constitution-4Today is the day we as Americans are supposed to be honoring our Constitution – the document true Americans still believe in and false Americans call old, out of date, antiquated, and that it no longer matters.

It is a document that has cemented our country into what has made it a leading force of the world for years. It gave us numerous God given, unalienable rights, not to be trampled on by those who just decide it no longer applies to serve their agenda.

For TRUE, CONSERVATIVE AMERICANS, that document has been the backbone of who and what we are for 229 years. Is there one Socialist, Communist or any other “ist” out there that can prove their idea of a form of government has that kind of strength?

It is a document that maximized our individual liberties and limited our government more than any other document in the history of the world. How did our founders do that – by using the previous failures of the “Old World” clear back to the Magna Carta?

Those men were smart – not to be confused with them not having made previous mistakes or having made them in the future. But when it came to the formation of this country, they certainly knew what was needed to protect our liberties and to make this the greatest country in the world.

How shall we look at some of the things happening in America today? Even Socialist, far left Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL) presented House Resolution 686 in 2009 called “Teach the Constitution Week” which was passed on September 14, 2009.

The bill urges, but does not direct high schools to spend one week each September teaching the United States Constitution to high school seniors and it also encourages students to petition the government on any issue of personal importance to them to demonstrate their understanding of their rights and responsibilities as citizens of the United States.

But the schools around America are not doing this – and why would we wait until our children are 17-18 years of age to fully present our Constitution to them. It is far more detailed than a mere 5 days could ever cover. It is our founding document of which those who want to replace it state it is a “living, breathing” document. No it’s not because if it was a living document that would mean you can change it “willy nilly” whenever individuals would think it necessary.

What are we doing as Americans?  I firmly believe if our children are not aware of what all those courageous individuals took on back in the early 1600’s – to have stepped aboard those ships, having no idea what was ahead of them; no idea what our founders gave up and sacrificed including their lives, they can have no allegiance to something they know nothing about.

Our elected officials along with the illegal Department of Education have seen fit to systematically eliminate most of our history prior to 1845 from our children’s textbooks. It is more important to present our Pre-K and up children “Sexual Education National Standards than about our Constitution, Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence.

What the heck is wrong with us? Have we become so immune to the deceit and corruption taking place within our halls of justice, that it is now the norm?

You say you want term limits – a bill passed to limit the time the elected’s can serve in office. Why? You already have term limits by walking into your local polling place and eliminating the crooks or lifers from office. These elected offices were never meant to be a “profession” to live off of the American people’s dole.

Is it laziness, complacency or just plain giving up thinking that whatever you try to do will not make a difference? Oh yes it will if you would start doing your own research on these corrupt, “go along” politicians and start taking control of your government back. Because if you don’t, it is YOU who have played into the very hands of those who have been conniving for over a hundred years to remove every liberty and right you possess today.

Just who do you think has paid for the elected’s underground, totally equipped bunkers – the Federal government? YOU are the Federal government and it is run and operated by your MONEY! Of which the corrupt individuals who have elected waste to where we now sit with a $20+ TRILLION dollars debt hanging out there.

And since these corrupt and lying elected’s have tried to convenience you that is YOUR debt – it is not!  It is the debt of the CORPORATION that was created to which this country now operates under.

So have any of you taken the time to watch the hearing of Jason Chaffetz or Trey Goudy – the false “we are going to make the American people believe we have this under control and we are going to hold these individuals responsible for their actions”!

We, America, are the laughing stock of the world!

We have individuals who were working under former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that have already admitted that under her direction or someone’s they destroyed servers, one using a hammer – and to make sure their political party deceit club stays in place, the head of the Justice department, Loretta Lynch gives them all immunity, so none of them are talking. One even totally dismissed a subpoena to appear before Congress. And nothing happens!

If it was you or I, we would have been in prison so fast our heads would swim as in the example of the Bundy family or Terry Trussel of Florida.

The Committee on Oversight and Reform is a joke and an affront to the American people. Congress as a whole REFUSED to IMPEACH Obama. Just what is everyone afraid of that they refuse to do their jobs and work by the Oath of Office they took? Or maybe I should ask WHO are they afraid of!

This phony committee called the “Committee on Oversight and Reform” has some of what we call the “chosen, Conservative kids” sitting on the full committee – Chaffetz, head of another phony committee Goudy, DeSantis. Shall I ask at this point ladies and gentlemen, where is your intestinal fortitude – your love of country! Or is it you just like the fame of being an American elected citizen who gets off by screwing the very people who elected you?

Why are you wasting our money and your time having these hearings? To make the American populous believe you are earning your pay?

Many of us have for years been supporters of the Republican Party because they stated they stood for and supported Conservatism and the Christian beliefs we held so dear.

Today this is not the case. Where did the split come from and why? Why did the Republican Party choose to “do their own thing” versus what was best for the American people as a whole? It wasn’t supposed to matter their color, nationality or Christian form of religion, but now, everything surrounds “social justice and political correctness” whatever that is and the American people are left outside looking in.

The debates held for the 2016 Presidential candidates were a joke. The real intense, get to the truth questions were not asked. There were issues in their backgrounds including how they have voted selling Americans down the proverbial river for one and they scratch their heads and wonder how Donald J. Trump has gotten all his support? Or how about their relationships or the people they are taking $$ from. You know they are going to owe favors back to all these big money men just like their free trips to Turkey.

How about that very secret trip that was made last March with approximately 54 private jets flying to the little offshore “Sea Island”, Georgia to figure out how they were going to get rid of Trump? What arrogance! It was flagged as the annual American Enterprise Institute (AEI) forum gathering and I would bet your tax dollars paid for it.

Karl Rove, the weasel, was there, but main stream media wasn’t – go figure! Just what was the main topic although it wasn’t on the original agenda – Trump! Oh yes according to the agenda House Speaker Paul Ryan, House Financial Services Chairman Jeb Hensarling (R-TX) and former Treasury Secretary turned director of the National Economic Council Larry Summers headed up the panel discussion on ““Have Central Banks Gone Too Far?”

Talk about a joke? This is like the pot calling the kettle black or putting the wolf in charge of the chicken coop! These are the very “elected’s” who oversee the spending of the “purse” and spend they do!

Among the thoughtful conversations on income inequality and the refugee crisis abroad, the AEI agenda also revealed natural places for Trump discussion beyond the normal chatter over poached eggs in the morning and tannin-rich wines in the evening. Link

Saturday kicked off with a panel titled “2016: Countdown to November,” with a number of media commentators who have made their opposition to Trump no secret, including Rich Lowry and Ramesh Ponnuru of National Review, AEI Congress-watcher Norm Ornstein, and conservative commentator Michael Barone. At the same time, another panel, “The Next President’s Economic Agenda,” was going on with Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), Sen. Rob Portman (R-Ohio), and current National Economic Council director Gene Sperling, among others.

The weekend also featured conversations with a veritable who’s who in the world of GOP establishment politics and tech. Paul Ryan, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and Gov. Scott Walker (R-Wis.) were all featured speakers, as were Apple CEO Tim Cook, Google’s executive chairman Eric Schmidt and Tesla/SpaceX CEO Elon Musk.

In a room dominated by millionaires and billionaires, there were even discussions about the role of money in politics, with Harvard Law professor Lawrence Lessig squaring off with former George W. Bush ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton in a discussion titled “Money in Politics: Is it the Root of Our Problems and Can it be Fixed?”

Are they serious?  For real? Even bothering to discuss if money is a problem in politics has to be one of the biggest jokes ever played on the American people. If they got rid of the American politicians dream machine and money bag lobbyist’s, things in Washington just might go from corrupt to operating according to the letter of the law.

AEI pays for lawmakers trips for their events to include family members and according to the Congressional ethics rules, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this. I don’t believe it is right or legal for our elected legislators to sit on ALEC writing legislation with businessmen and women and then going back to D.C. to get other legislators to present their work.

Are you ready for this?  They even had a “Conversation with His Holiness the Dalai Lama” titled “Capitalism and Consciousness:  How Free Enterprise Best Serves

Happiness, Dignity and Human Potential”. Just what do you suppose the Dalai Lama knows about this topic? Another talk regarding Americans need to accept the world’s love and peace?

Who are we supposed to trust? Political parties have sent this country down a proverbial path of division of the people of this country, yet when you peel away the fake facade they are all alike – Republicans and Democrats and even the ones who call themselves Christians and they are just using the name as a political mover.

Are you aware that Paul Ryan is a Catholic but supports Planned Parenthood? Did you know his wife is a lifelong – leftist flag flying Democrat? I would venture their pillow talk is interesting. American voters voiced their opinions regarding the selection of Paul Ryan but who listened? Maybe between the two of them they could come up with an explanation as to why tax- payer funded primary votes and caucuses in this election are no longer going to count.

Even the fresh, new glory “All American” boy Ron DeSantis (R-FL) had supported Dan Webster (R-FL) for House Speaker right up until the very end and then changed his vote for Ryan! Why was that? Money, Promises or Threats? Didn’t DeSantis pay attention to the fact Harry Reid was supporting Paul Ryan? Did Ryan pay DeSantis or others for their votes from that $2.4 million he was paid for his TPA yes vote?

Every branch of our government has failed us and those elected have failed to hold the Constitution in its rightful place as the leading document of the foundation of this country.

As KrisAnne Hall explains in her book Not A Living Breathing Document:  Reclaiming Our Constitution,” our Constitution was not created on a whim and should not be dismissed as dated or irrelevant to modern times. The Constitution and Bill of Rights are the culmination of centuries of hard-won experience. Each block in the foundation of liberty gave us greater protections of our rights.”

So come this November, we have 229 years of Liberty to Protect and Preserve. Time to take care of our “houses” and vote the slime and corruption out of office.

DANGER: GÜLEN CHARTER SCHOOLS AND THE FETHULLAH GÜLEN MOVEMENT! Part 3

Replacing Erdoğan with Fethullah Gulen

So the CIA plan is to once again decide who should be at the head of a country. Not the people of Turkey, but American businessmen, politicians and the CIA. Dump Erdoğan and put someone they can control like Gülen in his place. In March 2016, Mort Abramowitz and Eric Edelman, the CIA-Gladio Zionist operatives, both former U.S. ambassadors to Turkey are the co-chairs of the Bipartisan Policy Center’s (BPC) Turkey Initiative called for Turkey’s President Erdogan to either resign or reform.

Seriously I ask you America, are you really happy all these decisions are being made for our citizenry through the United Nations and other foreign countries when it is we, the American people” that are expected to pay for their lies and manipulations?

But then “What difference does it make?” Hillary Clinton, herself personally and her foundations have taken Gülen and other funds from the Mid-East and South East Asia, but she has admitted to America that WE, the U.S. created and have funded Al Qaeda as a terrorist organization in the heyday of the Soviet-Afghan war.

“What she doesn’t mention is that at no time in the course of the last 35 years has the US ceased to support and finance Al Qaeda as a means to destabilizing sovereign countries. It was ‘a pretty good idea’, says Hillary, and it remains a good idea today:

“Amply documented, the ISIS and Al Nusrah Mujahideen are recruited by NATO and the Turkish High command, with the support of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Israel”. “‘Let’s remember here, the people we are fighting today we began funding them twenty plus years ago”.

It has come to the point that Americans must admit to themselves that the Global War on Terror (GWOT) is being led by the U.S. and they aren’t trying as hard to hide the fact these days. And the Global war is not directed against Al Qaeda – we are using them as foot soldiers for our agenda.  Replace and change where WE want the changes to be regardless of who it hurts.

The UN Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA) is an Office of the United Nations Secretariat established in January 1998 as the Department for Disarmament Affairs. Its goal is to promote nuclear disarmament, weapons of mass destruction, chemical and biological weapons, along with conventional weapons, especially landmines and small arms. Snopes will tell you this department does not exist.  Never trust Snopes!

In 1959 Fethullah Gülen gave his first speech in a Mosque near the border of Greece and Bulgaria stating “Islam needed to undergo a process of renewal and that Communism was the core evil of humanity”. From this, how could anyone have predicted that several decades later, Fethullah Gülen would stand at the helm of a powerful movement with several million followers with the full support of and operating in the United States?

Gülen and his followers are opportunistic and they know how to manipulate to their benefit. In the ‘80’s Gülen positioned himself against communism to gain the support of the US/CIA. He has now managed to align himself with the Jewish community with his “love and peace” act Institutions and since he never takes risks but rather determines the direction of his moves by the wind, and then his followers will do anything to succeed.

According to the United States government a law abiding American citizen who buys survival food, a returning veteran from Iraq and Americans who criticize the government are considered “domestic terrorists” by our elected government, current president and NWO progressives. I consider the current inner workings of our government, especially the CIA and know-it-all- neocon’s to be “home grown terrorists.

But yet our government will play “Russian roulette” with our lives with the very people who wish us dead. Muslims can tell you until the moon turns blue that Islam is a “religion of peace”, but their “bible” – the Qur’an, paints an entirely different picture.

Make no mistake, Gülen is a radical Islamist who hides secret and sinister agendas with his supposedly moderate message.  If an individual wants to be a serious follower of Gülen, he or she must obey absolutely the ideology and the practices of the community, and if anyone has a different opinion, especially one contrary to Gülen’s, then he or she is considered to have betrayed the Movement and consequently is not welcomed in the community. That is a great deal of power for one man.

Do you understand what different words and phrases of Islam mean? Islamophobia is a charge against Christians and it means you have offended them and should be put to death. Justice to a Muslim means Sharia and Sharia means if you don’t believe you are against Mohammad and his teaching and you are to die. Jihad is a “war” against the “infidels” and you are an infidel according to Mohammad.

As far back as 1997, both Mort Abramowitz and Eric Edelman have been attached to Fethullah Gülen and their military memorandum as they were involved in coup scenarios to push then Prime Minister Necmettin Erbakan of the Welfare Party to resign and end his coalition government.

A Washington Post piece in 2014 by both of these men and Blaise Misztal, who is the director of National Security at the BPC, asked for regime change in Turkey and called on U.S. President Barack Obama’s administration to overthrow the Turkish government.

Then we have Michael Rubin, a former Pentagon official and committed neocon, who came out this past March stating his sympathy for a coup in Turkey. Originally published on the American Enterprise Institutes (AEI) website, Rubin openly encouraged the Turkish military to carry out an intervention, stating that the U.S. government would work with the new regime if that happened.

So here is another neocon that helped the regime change Iraq and destroyed that country; backed the Kurds while he started the partitioning of Iraq; tried to change the regime in Iran for decades and backed the neo-Nazis in Ukraine.

Reminding the readers, I revealed in my posting “CIA Supporting the Islamic Indoctrination of Our Children” that in January, 2016 a declassified US intelligence report from the Pentagon was released revealing Western support for Syria’s rebels and it also revealed an aided and abetted rise of the ‘Islamic State’. The report included high-level confirmation that the US-led strategy in Syria contributed directly to the rise of the Islamic State (IS).

The document showed that in coordination with the Gulf states and Turkey, the West intentionally sponsored violent Islamist groups to destabilize Assad, and that these “supporting powers” desired the emergence of a “Salafist Principality” in Syria to “isolate the Syrian regime.” It appears they intend to do the same in Turkey! Americans have had absolutely no say in any of these actions because we aren’t even supposed to know about them.

According to this report, this “beyond staggering” plot by the CIA to overthrow the current government of Turkey, replace Erdoğan with Gülen while at the same time utilizing Islamic State terrorists as “leverage” was first started in 2008 by the US military-intelligence establishment supported think tank American Enterprise Institute (AEI) whose board members are a “who’s who” of American military connected individuals, including former US Vice President Dick Cheney, and whose research papers advocated the United States creating what they call a “moderate Muslim” majority in the Middle East to battle Islamic extremists and whose target nation for this action was Turkey.

Aiding the CIA in this effort, this report continues, is the Turkish Imam Fethullah Gülen who came to the United States in 1999, gaining a “permanent visa” with help from former CIA officials which includes Graham Fuller.

Yet the FBI and other agencies have labeled Gülen “a radical Islamist”. Gülen was intentionally presented to America as a “peace loving Muslim” for him to be able to garner support in the right places including the America’s parents of his schools and politicians. Graham Fuller did a good job portraying this picture of Gülen.

In 2008, over the strong objections of the FBI, US State Department and Department of Homeland Security, Gülen managed to get a special Green Card and US permanent residency status. This was all done with the intervention of Morton Abramowitz and Graham E. Fuller.  According to former FBI Turkish translator and whistleblower, Sibel Edmonds, “Abramowitz, a known neocon, Israel lobbyist, CIA and State Department Operative, and Project on the New American Century signatory, has been one of Fethullah Gulen’s main handlers and backers.”

The report also supports the information that the FBI strongly resisted granting permanent residency status to Gülen and, according to secret US leaked cables parts of the American government have long believed that Gülen “is a ‘radical Islamist’ whose moderate message cloaks a mere sinister and radical agenda.” It was Graham Fuller’s job to make sure Gülen’s portrayal to the American public was that he was a “peace loving man”.

It was after CIA Fuller got Gülen into the United States, President Erdoğan established in Turkey the Justice and Development Party (AKP) in 2001 as the “moderate Muslim” platform desired by the AEI to effect change throughout the entire Middle East using part of Gülen’s massive wealth estimated between $22-50 billion.

In his 1999 speech Gülen is heard calling on his supporters to “work patiently and to creep silently into the institutions in order to seize power in the state“. Does this sound like “peace” to you?

The timing of Gülen’s arrival in the US is interesting as he was actually “defecting” from Turkey since Turkish prosecutors had demanded a ten-year sentence for Gülen for having “founded an organization that sought to destroy the secular apparatus of state and establish a theocratic state“. Gülen has not left the United States since.

America certainly is not the only country waking up. Other countries are taking a very serious look at the workings behind the Gülen schools, the turn-out of students and just how that money is flowing in and out of the Gülen workings.

It is to be understood the actual “patriotic” worth of the CIA’s actions depend upon who sits at the helm (Obama) and the director of the CIA always is a reflection of the POTUS. Hence we have John Brennan who you should recall refused to release 28 pages of the 911 Report because HE claimed it contained inaccurate information”. Well, couldn’t they release the pages and mark what the CIA claimed was inaccurate?

Brennan and CFRWho is John O. Brennan? Most certainly a globalist, supporter of the Obama agenda and a man who has worked for the CIA in enough positions for the past 25 years to write a book. Brennan withdrew his name from consideration for Director of the CIA in the first Obama administration over concerns about his support for transferring terror suspects to countries where they may be tortured while serving under President George W. Bush. Instead, Obama appointed Brennan Deputy National Security Advisor for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism AND Assistant to the President, a new position which did not require Senate confirmation.

Placing Brennan in the position of Dir. of the CIA, has put one of Obama’s closet and most powerful aides in charge of an agency that has been transformed by more than a decade of secret wars. Working for Obama Brennan has:

  • Overseen the escalation of drone strikes in Pakistan in 2010.
  • Was the principal architect of the administration’s secret counterterrorism operations in Yemen.
  • Became a prominent public spokesman for the administration, appearing on television after foiled terrorist plots and giving speeches about the legality and morality of targeted killing.
  • Brennan denied his use of brutal interrogation methods and ended up with the prize job for Obama.
  • After Brennan was sworn into his office not on a Bible but on a copy of the Constitution rumors came out he had converted to Muslim while stationed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Liberal leaning Snopes claims the rumor is not true. (
    This would explain his very close relationship with Obama).
  • The Beauty of Islam according to John Brennan of which is what Obama learned as a child in Jakarta.
  • Spoke forcefully for closing the prison at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, and colleagues say he has argued for greater openness and clearer rules for targeted killing.
  • His reporting of the supposed raid to kill Osama bin Laden was proved to be inaccurate.

After leaving government service in 2005, Brennan became CEO of The Analysis Corporation, a security consulting business, and served as chairman of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance, an association of intelligence professionals.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton helped in the establishment of the Turkish Gülen Charter Schools and the Gülen Movement in the US with a brokered deal to split the revenue from the sale of the oil captured in Iraq by ISIS Radical Islamic Terrorists, a  deal between Prime Minister Erdogan’s and Gülen’s factions in Turkey. The captured oil was subsequently driven to the Turkish border in oil truck caravans to be sold by Prime Minister Erdogan’s son.  For using her good offices to help Gülen, Clinton was paid an estimated $1 million – half to the Clinton Family Foundation and half to campaign coffers.

You must move in the arteries of the system without anyone noticing your existence until you reach all the power centers … until the conditions are ripe, they [the followers] must continue like this. “The Chokehold on Our Children” Part 2

The ‘progressive’ movement has been a slow, evil virus which has floated over this country like a deadly cloud. It is a man, woman and child eating monster for anyone who is a patriot, Christian, conservative or just happens to not agree with them. It demands redistribution of wealth and loan shark style taxation – known and hidden. It wants your speech, guns and children to form another fascist/socialist/whatever you want to call it to control your very existence, just by a new name -New World Order and his brother in crime the One World Religion.

I call it Collectivism versus Individualism!

They have known for many, many years the road to accomplish this was through the education of your children using indoctrination.

Why the push on Charter Schools? Because they are an experiment which to date have proven they can create more scandals than all the traditional public schools in the country put together. They don’t tell you that do they?

Why is the Federal government pouring billions of $$ into Charter school funding and yet what they put in place to “fix” the traditional public schools is more Title I funds for low income which has never worked because at the same time they continue to tell them they will never get to college or make anything of themselves. They play games with the grade scoring, curriculum, go up and then down as a priority and continue to throw our money down the drain on junk ideas – hence no improvement.

The scandals – how do they happen? Go here – it is like reading a mystery novel! Pick your state or city and go for it!

Charter Choice 2How! By putting a financial chokehold on the Charter schools by getting in too deep because of the mega fees charged by the Management companies; creating inflammatory budgets and outlandish salary packages for principals; less than excellent teachers through Teach for America teachers rather than those educated to be teachers; far too lenient legislation leaving the elected boards with no actual control and when they do try to close a failing school, the state charter boards and management companies step in and beg to give a failing school another 2 years; charter school board members serving as board members of several schools within a management  company circle. One or two school board meetings a year; school principals without credentials – not to mention the real dirt!

Let’s take a look at New Orleans where after Katrina, their schools were so bad they decided the cure was to make the whole school district charter. The results have been devastating! Called the state-level Recovery School District it was originally presented as a temporary solution.

The purpose of government controlled school “they” told us was to prepare our children to be good citizens for the country and to be able to gain a college degree if they wished and go into the job market they wanted. They never wanted us to know that it was corporate whores who would be making all the decisions regarding our children’s education.

A clear danger sign of things to come for all parents should have been when the CEO of Exxon-Mobil wrote that threatening letter to the governor of PA to “get in line with the Common Core Standards” or else!

With many citizens displaced after Katrina and more than 7K citizens unemployed, most schools were taken away from local control, with no community input as the feds and venture philanthropists provided money for the development of charter schools with no comparable sum offered to rebuild the traditional public schools.

Now, New Orleans has a system of individual and charter management schools (CMO’s) where taxpayer and Parental Control has flown the coop.

Charter school vulturesWith limited public oversight and transparency, these CMOs have the control of the taxpayers money; teachers working 70+ hours a week; staffed primarily by young, non-local white teachers who have no idea how to equate to the black students in New Orleans. Teach for America (TFA) teachers have tripled with a large share of them in leadership positions with little or no experience. TFA teachers are working mostly in the “no excuses” charter schools including KIPP and Mastery Charter.

What are “no excuses” Charter schools? They claim that more rigorous and uniform teaching methods along with scripted curriculum geared to being successful on high-stakes tests is the path to success. It sounds great until you understand the path being used is a very deliberate behavior regime that they insist all the children follow which begins in kindergarten and consists of submission, obedience and self-control.

Not bad values until you understand this path also includes no opportunity for play, relaxation or extra-curricular activities because that is “wasted” time. And they are being tested, tested, tested!

It has also produced very high rates of suspension in these schools which in some cases is not being documented and is from the statistics, being aimed at the black students.

Don't Be Charter Fooled 2In 2 of the “no excuses” charter schools (KIPP and Mastery) data is no longer being used for “education quality”, but the very purpose of the school itself. With few exceptions, the curriculum is characterized by a narrow interpretation of state standards at the expense of all other material. Students rarely learn local history or current events. Instead, science and social studies were relegated to ancillary classes in the elementary school and reduced to the accumulation of vocabulary and lists of facts at the middle school.

What makes a No-Excuses School a No-Excuses School?

  • High behavioral and academic expectations for all students—these expectations are applied without exception for extenuating circumstance, hence the designation No-Excuses. No-Excuses. This means that no matter how troubling a student’s home-life may be, no matter what difficulties they may have to overcome in their neighborhood or family, a student is still expected to work hard and follow the school’s code of behavior. This attitude arises from an idealistic and, in fact, very radical assumption that lies at the heart of the No-Excuses movement: that every student, no matter what his or her background, is capable of high academic achievement and success in life.
  • A strict behavioral and disciplinary code that leaves little room for ambiguity or inconsistency—rules and punishments are laid out in Talmudic detail, usually in a document that is required—and tested—reading for all students and faculty at the beginning of the year. In many schools, tardiness, even by a couple of minutes, and uniform violation (a missing belt, bright nail-polish, etc.) lead to automatic detentions.

Silence seemed to be especially important in the hallways. At the sound of each bell at the middle school, students were expected to line up at “level zero” with their faces forward and hands behind their backs and, when given permission, step into the hallway and onto strips of black duct tape. There they waited for the command of an administrator: “John, you can move to your next class!

Students then marched until they reach the STOP sign on the floor. Then their pass is checked for hallway permission before moving on to the next class or “restroom” time. Behavior infractions are being administered through their iPhone for everyone to see.

“No excuses” is also being used to foster “social justice” of which they are told it is to help them get into college. Detroit’s story is as interesting and shows education has come to be an element of social justice robots.

Remind you of any the pictures you have seen of Hitler’s education?

Joan Goodman, a professor in the Graduate School of Education University of Pennsylvania (not one of my favorites but she is right here in this quote about the programs) “These schools start with the belief that there’s no reason for the large academic gaps that exist between poor minority students and more privileged children. They argue that if we just used better methods, demanded more, had higher expectations, enforced these higher expectations through very rigorous and uniform teaching methods and a very uniform and scripted curriculum geared to being successful on high-stakes tests, we can minimize or even eradicate these large gaps, high rates of drop outs and the academic failures of these children. To reach these objectives, these schools have developed very elaborate behavioral regimes that they insist all children follow, starting in kindergarten.”

Submission, obedience, and self-control are very large values being taught in the “no excuses” formatted Charter schools. They want kids to submit. You can’t really do this kind of instruction if you don’t have very submissive children who are capable of high levels of inhibition and do whatever they’re told.

“These schools are not geared to what students have to know – that is considered wasted time”. Play, relaxation or extra-curricular activities are not important. The view of time and strict discipline are related, by the way; in order to get these kids to attend over very long hours—they have extended days and extended weeks — you have to be tough with the kids, really severe. They want these kids to understand that when authority speaks you have to follow because that’s basic to learning.”

These schools also believe that behaviors that you might not think are directly related to academic learning can have a domino effect if left unaddressed. Getting up from your chair to go to the bathroom without explicit permission, for example, or not having your hands folded on your desk, or not looking at the teacher every minute, or not having your feet firmly planted on each side of the center of the desk are problematic behaviors. If you don’t conform to these rules then you are going to precipitate the next domino and the next domino. It’s going to have a cascading effect on your behavior and pretty soon you’re going to be very disruptive.

Discipline comes in the form of being isolated from the rest of the class – they have to wear different colored shirts, can’t talk even to ask questions, may sit on a lower bench than the other children. And it’s all about the deliberate shaming of the kids.

Mastery Charter Schools and Mastery Schools of Camden form a non-profit school network in Philadelphia, PA and Camden, NJ serving over 10,500 students in grades K-12.  “Our mission is to ensure that all students learn the academic and personal skills they need to succeed in higher education, compete in the global economy and pursue their dreams. This begins in kindergarten!”  KIPP schools format seems to fall in line with Mastery!

For years now, advocates of the “no excuses” brand of charter school have denied the obvious.  While loudly proclaiming the test scores and graduation rates of the students who remain at their schools are at the top, they have denied that their application processes combined with the harsh discipline environments that emphasize extreme conformity to extreme behavioral expectations are forms of “cream skimming” designed to drive out students less likely to burnish their reputations as “miracle factories.” (Low income students – hence all the offers from the feds to place charters in low income areas).

These schools claim to be targeting the low-income students to help bring them up to a higher standard yet it is these very ‘rules’ that are helping them bring the ‘cream to the top’ without seeming biased or racially defined.  These schools rates for children suspended, expelled or leaving all together far exceed the national averages.

You have heard of the “cream” rising to the top haven’t you? Helps their data figures!

Part of the means of obtaining the “cream” in their schools, they use extreme in-school discipline tactics that emphasize how only a certain type of child is welcome in the school, and discipline is often coupled with overt and covert pressure for parents to transfer struggling students out.  The evidence is by now substantial that charter schools in the “no excuses” category seek different applicants to their schools via complicated procedures prior to admissions lotteries, and once students enter they quickly seek to push out students who will not fully and promptly comply with their expectations.

Charter schools will tell you more than 90% of their students are passing tests and almost 100% get into college. Reformers want you to believe they are a success and they will never tell you there is any dishonesty going on with testing and data. Where is the data to prove these statements?

Education Monsters 2People like Jeb Bush, Huckabee and all the Charter school management companies will tell you they are serving the same students as traditional public schools – they just know how to do it better. They will tell you one of their goals is to beat the standings of Finland but even they have learned testing, especially teaching to a test for better scores, proves nothing. When in a discussion with these reformers and you tell them their students are actually not doing any better, they will revert to comparing different management schools rather than as a whole.

Mastery Learning was first introduced in the 1920’s suggesting this was the way to tap into an individual’s potential for learning. In the early 1960s the idea of mastery learning was revived in the form of programmed instruction. Other names used in reference to this are Competency Based Education, Performance Based Education and Student Centered Learning.

More and more of the current Charter school models are using this failed form of education and at the same time using different names for the same ole thing. Referring to our children as “human capital” and given as proof of the mentality of that is the corporate intrusion into our education systems all over the country.

The real main problem of this education is Mastery Learning supports the ideology that the individual students meet certain standards or learning outcomes, but since our children are NOT common and do learn different things at different paces – hence the ongoing failure of the use of this method of teaching. The powers to be have been experimenting with this education game since the late 80’s – the thoughts in their minds since the early 1900’s. Each time the experiment was put in place it was a failure and they knew the only way they could get this implemented all over the country was in the way they did it.

Keep in mind that the schools which claim to be teaching social and moral values may not necessarily be what you think are right for your children. In today’s educational system the mindset seems to be a more free thinking system – one that is addressing issues which conflict with conservative morals and values. Parents need to really look inside these schools and not assume that because they are a charter or private school that they are better than the traditional school their child is currently attending.

The words Charter and Private are just words – what is important is what is happening behind the closed doors.

I still have not been able to come to terms with the fact that OUR Commissioners/superintendents of our children’s education (who are supposed to have an education background) would deliberately do this to our children. It still comes down to money, power and control which also makes it extremely evil. Anyone involved in this scheme doesn’t deserve our respect and need to be sent home – charged with treason would be too good for them!

The Chokehold on Our Children! Part 1

In a nightmare world progressives are designing a civil society where little tots are to no longer be your little tots.  They are government-sought human resources to be raised as tomorrow’s anarchists.

The massive push to fund Pre-K and get a hold in our daycare centers by providing the funding is a single mothers dream. However, in reality it flows with the Communist way of thinking which is to have control of the children from birth through college. This mentality is endorsed by Sen. Lamar Alexander (R), Al Gore and Bill Ayers as a means to indoctrinate the children and build barriers between them and their parents.

How could anyone be against tax-subsidized Pre-K for all you ask? There are many ways. I will never understand why parents are so willing to let complete strangers have control of their children for 6-9 hours a day, 5-7 days a week.

If that chokehold on children is not Hitlerian, then what is?

The only group of “home grown” terrorist Americans who went to jail and came out to go to college to become teachers and were welcomed by the liberal colleges and universities to indoctrinate your children on your dimes.

In 2012 Diane Ravitz confused to her readers when a reader ask if Ms. Ravitz thought teachers were teaching  Marxism in the classroom and she responded addressing that “all teachers love children, to teach and their country”. Sorry Ms. Ravitz, most change agents of the 80’s were teachers and you didn’t answer the question.

Bertell Ollman, a college professor who states she has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses on Marxism for almost a decade—mainly at New York University, but also at Columbia University, Union College, and the old Free University of New York believes Marxism is not being taught correctly.

Has the Bogeyman entered the classrooms of our young children?  Marxism has been slowly infiltrating our lives since the early 20’s.  John Dewey is not a figment of anyone’s imagination.

Obama sees fit to once again put his feet and hands into the classrooms of our children encouraging parents to put their children in Pre-K even if they don’t work and he is made sure it was funded.

On Wednesday, December 17, 2014, the White House Summit on Early Education  unveiled nearly $1 billion in new “investments” to “expand access to high-quality early childhood education to every child in America” from “birth and continuing to age 5.” It’s a retread of President Obama’s 2013 State of the Union school-spending plan, which was a repackaging of his 2011 Race to the Top Early Learning Challenge program.

ChaChingDozens of corporations, foundations and individuals have agreed to dedicate a greater ongoing percentage of their philanthropy to expanding high quality early childhood programs and research as a strategy for achieving better education, health, social and economic outcomes, with commitments currently totaling more than $333 million.

Obama also announced over $750 million in federal funding for early learning programs through the Preschool Development Grants and Early Head Start-Child Care (EHS-CC) Partnerships, totaling more than $1 billion in critical investments in early childhood education announced today.

There are some pretty big Bogeymen out there to warp the minds of your children let alone the physical and mental abuse of the heavy push for our children to sit in a classroom all day long tied to a computer.

Cleverly they have incorporated the National Sexual Education Standards (NSES) throughout the curriculum of the English Language Arts and Math textbooks. Hurrah for Planned Parenthood (PP)!  This is to start in Kindergarten.

I have written about this push of sexual education for our children at such an early age before and it is just like the DARE drug program to stop drug use. Young children who are exposed to things they know nothing about are going to go about their own way to learn what it is all about – hence a large drug problem among young children. The same thing is happening with all the “sexual” information being thrown at our young children. Hence, the increase of sexual promiscuity and unwed mothers.

Come here my pretty!Just what kind of men and women do we have running the government of our country that they would allow these inexcusable antics to go on especially without informing parents? But then, after all, what do the legislators have to fear – we re-elect them no matter what they do to us and now they are in full force to kidnap our children. “Come here my little pretty”!

Have you ever read “The State of the American Child: Securing Our Children’s Future” presented by the 111th Congress?  You certainly should!

Obama’s White House contends that “studies show for every dollar we invest in early childhood education, we see a rate of return of $7 or more.”  PROVE IT!

They made this statement based on the results of a Preschool in Michigan, run at a cost of $19,000 per child more than a half-century ago, and a similar program in North Carolina called the Abecedarian Early Intervention Project.

The Abecedarian Early Intervention Project was focused on “poor” children stating they are behind and less prepared than those who come from a home of greater wealth. The massive cost of this program was $13,900 per child per year. Researchers advised caution about the positive reports pointing out there were many analytical discrepancies in published reports, including unexplained changes in sample sizes between different assessments and publications.

My question is – did the Federal government pay these schools to participate in this project? It wouldn’t be the first time.

Brookings Institute found in a study that full-time pre-K in 2 states; GA and OK “have had, at best, only small impacts on later academic achievements.” In fact, Georgia elementary-school students’ test scores are mediocre, and Oklahoma test scores have been on the decline for the past decade.

Keep in mind a large majority of our children are already in Pre-K by a government forced economic system of both parents having to work to make ends meet. What isn’t in place is most of the children are not available for the clutches of the Fed’s – yet.

The “problem” isn’t most families’ lack of access to preschool. It’s Washington’s lack of access to your kids for their institutionalized warehousing, data mining, and pedagogical propaganda schemes.

Always keep this in mind – presented to be included in the Congressional Record of January 10, 1963, by then Rep. A.S. Herlong, Jr., of Florida, the official record – Current Communist Goals from the Communist Manifesto in part:

  1. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind.
  2. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.
  3. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teacher’s associations. Put the party-line in all textbooks.
  4. Breakdown cultural standards of morality.
  5. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as normal, natural and healthy. (the NSES) do exactly that.
  6. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and divorce.

The Preschool Development Grants program will got $250 million for 2015. And it’s another competition pitting states against each other for approval.

Never forget the 1983 production of the Reagan Department of Education under the evil leadership of Terrell Bell producing “A Nation at Risk:  The Imperative for Education Reform” supported by Bill Bennett and Newt Gingrich. Bell created the National Commission on Excellence in Education and those appointed produced A Nation at Risk.

This document produced by Reagan’s “blue ribbon” education commission proposed to use schools as factories for more effectively turning Millennials and every generation that follows into usable raw material for corporate production.

Though filled with right-wing rhetoric in content, it reads like a Soviet proclamation on industrial production. Students are redefined as inputs in a system to maximize American corporate competitiveness, productivity and profits which is where we are today.

It does sound like todays Common Core State Standards and the communist way of life.

HitlerDr. Shirley McCune appearing at the Kansas Governor’s Summit on Education in 1989 with Sen. Alexander stated:  “…what we are into is a total restructuring of the society. What is happening in America today…is not simply a change 4 situation and the usual winds of change. What it amounts to is a total transformation of our society…The whole ball game in this particular change society is that there are only two things that really matter. One of those is the information capitol that we can put together…Secondly, to produce Human Capital…we have to prepare students not for today’s society, but for a society that’s 20, 30, 40, 50 years down the road…That’s called Social Change Function of Schools.”

And what kind of radically changed, restructured New Age society and education did Dr. McCune have in mind? In her co-authored The Light Shall Set You Free (1996), she talked about a “point of light,” and stated: “Only the souls who are ready to receive the new curriculum will elect to raise their vibrations to match those required to enter the New Age. Did you know that the animals’ souls are the souls of our future children? We are entering the Age of Aquarius…. The goal for all of humanity who will enter the new millennium is to become androgynous…. Educational systems, businesses, political structures and governments all built on self-serving principals, for example, are crumbling, only to be reborn through tremendous pain into higher forms.”

Even more frightening than what she said is the fact at the same time she was a research assistant in School-to-Work at Arizona State University, and then she became an administrative assistant to the Superintendent of Public Instruction for the State of Washington.

And you wonder how education got to where it is today!

That Dr. McCune is a New Age proponent who on November 2, 1989 had used the term “human resource development” more than once is perhaps significant in that earlier in that year, New Age networking Sen. Claiborne Pell had introduced Senate Joint Resolution 135, the “National Commission on Human Resource Development Act,” co-sponsored by Senators Al Gore and Nancy Kassebaum. The resolution was to establish the Center for Human Resource Development and spoke of the “normal aspiration of all citizens to more fully achieve their potential in body, mind and spirit…. [and] there is a role for government to assist in research and education on techniques that promote the… fuller realization of human potential.” Testifying for the measure was Dr. Herbert Benson of Harvard Medical School, who explained the “relaxation response” as experienced by those who practice Zen, Yoga and Transcendental Meditation. The resolution probably would have passed the Senate except that Senator Dan Coates (R) put a “hold” on it and it died. Similar bills – you will be amazed!

In case some of you weren’t old enough to realize it in 1989, Newsweek magazine referred to Bill Clinton as the “New Age President,” and the “Renaissance Weekend” he had attended for years was referred to by The New York Times as a “New Age Retreat.” He was also at this 1989 Summit.

Interestingly Sen. Lamar Alexander stated at the same 1989 Summit:  “The New American School would probably start with babies and go through the eighth grade. It would be all year long. It would be open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Every child would have his or her own computer and work-station. Every child would have a team of teachers that would stay with that child until graduation. These schools would ‘serve children from age three months old to age 18′ and they would serve as a ‘one-stop shopping’ center for welfare services ranging from family planning, health care, and other social services. Legislation should ‘assure that all women have access to affordable, high quality parental care and that all infants and children have access to affordable, high quality comprehensive health care'”.

The New American Schools Development Corporation’s radical design teams have been selected to “break the mold” away from basic-traditional education in order to train (not educate) children for the global workforce. Privatizing education through Charter Schools allows these radical design teams and other private entities such as The Edison Project (Jeb Bush’s buddy) to rob American citizens of their own tax-supported schools. This plan is being supported by both the right and the left-wing political groups who appear to have met in the radical mid-center on education, social control and a global economy.

Education has now been changed forever:

  • Purpose of Education was to transform society from individualism to collectivism
  • Fact based education is no longer the primary focus of education
  • Students are to be considered as HUMAN CAPITAL and education’s purpose is to train student’s to work

So to fall in line with the dreams of Sen. Alexander we now have ‘The SEED Foundation’ along with SEED charter schools are emerging. How are they different?

It is a college-prep, public boarding Charter school providing a 24-hour-a-day, five-day-a-week learning environment for underserved students from sixth through twelfth grade in Miami-Dade, FL. Founder’s Rajiv Vinnakota and Eric Elder are recipients of Oprah Winfrey’s Angel Network’s Use Your Life Award. That in its self should give any parent a warm and fuzzy feeling. Go here to see where all the money is coming from to support this foundation. (pages 18-21) That is certainly a lot of support.

Does anyone know the definition of an underserved student? Once again all other students are left out of the equation whether it is a good program or not. This educational society is continually putting barriers up and causing division between what they call underserved or lower income and the rest of the American students.

Aren’t you at least a little curious as to why there is so much attention to our babies? Don’t you feel like you have lost control over your own family?

In Nov., 2014, Obama signed into law a bipartisan bill to improve the quality of federally subsidized child care provided by the Child Care and Development Block Grant. The bill sets stronger health and safety standards for subsidized care, makes it easier for parents to find and keep quality child care, and takes steps to improve the quality of child care so that children get quality early childhood development services. Sounds wonderful until you realize your children are under the control of the Fed’s.

A national poll released by the First Five Years Fund earlier this year found 71 percent of voters, including 60 percent of Republicans, support greater federal investments and involvement in early childhood education.

The problem I have with the First Five Years Fund is they state they are “bipartisan, however they don’t state who they are, who sits on their board of directors or how they receive their funding. The web site mission:  Our mission is to create a smarter, stronger, healthier, and more productive America through early childhood education for disadvantaged children through bi-partisan federal advocacy.

What is the deal that every program, grant, voucher, charter school, or scholarship program is being geared to low-income or disadvantaged children?  Is it that they will fall in line quicker? Are more vulnerable? More easily indoctrinated? Aren’t the rest of the children in this country worth all of these tax dollars being spent on them through public education, especially when in the final assessment it is all indoctrinating our children?

If not, you need to show me the reason all these legislators, non-educators, corporate types and Soros, Gates, Bush and Walton level financiers are so interested in our children, especially those so very young.

If what I am saying is not the truth, then why aren’t all these investors investing in our public schools to fix what they say is wrong rather than creating baskets full of other ideas, organizations, legislation, failures and control? I don’t buy it is all Unions and I don’t support them either.

Are America’s parents going to continue to keep a blind eye, deaf ears and continue to allow the Federal government and private industry to invade our homes and take away our rights as parents to raise and take care of our children as we believe it should be done – rather than on the backs of the federal government and the misappropriation of our hard earned tax dollars?

BIG EDUCATION’S NOT-SO-SECRET EFFORT TO MARGINALIZE TEACHERS

Introduction

As we’ve pointed out, so-called “personalized learning” is the current fad in progressive education. But observing personalized learning in action reveals that the term is misleading. Perhaps we should call it “de-personalized” learning.

Most parents don’t realize that the “personalization” aspect of this digital training (not to be confused with education) comes not from extra attention paid by a good teacher, but from creepy mind-mapping and psychological analysis. The sophisticated software used in these interactive digital platforms can evaluate exactly how the child’s mind works (including socio-emotional characteristics) and so, theoretically, tailor the training to fit his needs.

The problem with this is, at least, twofold. First, the government has no business examining how children’s minds work, especially when the data collected from this intrusion may be stored in the children’s lifelong dossiers and used down the road for heaven knows what. Second, notice what, or rather who, is excised from this digital-training process: the teacher.

Although the ed-tech universe pays lip service to the value of the teacher’s involvement, in reality, gluing kids to screens for much of the school day pushes the teacher to the margins of the educational experience. Utah teacher Suzan Barnes has explained that a classroom built around digital instruction too often reduces the teacher to a dashboard monitor, clicking here and there to unlock the next level of each student’s lesson without the necessity of, or the time for, truly evaluating whether that student has learned anything. Students are thus deprived of the teacher’s guidance and wisdom that would come to bear in a traditional classroom with actual human interaction.

This marginalization of teachers suggests the long-term possibility (plan?) of vastly reducing the number of teachers needed in the classroom, saving millions in personnel costs. An added benefit would be, as Ms. Barnes explains, that the government could restrict the points of view to which students are introduced. Why risk exposure to the rogue teacher who doesn’t toe the government-approved line?

Regardless of the macro plan, the result of this “personalized” training is that it’s anything but. Students interact with impersonal software on an impersonal device, perhaps with an occasional computer-generated humanoid voice commenting on their performance. Meanwhile, the teacher is stuck at the desk, inputting the required mountains of data.

It gets worse. The de-personalization movement not only marginalizes teachers, it minimizes their skills in dealing with human students anyway. Educational Testing Service (ETS), which administers standardized tests including the College Board’s SAT and AP exams, is developing a new exam for assessing teacher candidates that observes them in a clinical environment disinfected of all actual students. This new assessment would replace students with avatars. Seriously.

ETS’s proposed “National Observational Teaching Exam” (NOTE) would create a virtual classroom filled with fake computerized students and make teacher candidates “teach” a lesson to the fake students. Feedback on the candidates’ performance would be provided by – of course – artificial intelligence. 

ETS is creating NOTE in partnership with TeachingWorks, a University of Michigan initiative “dedicated to improving teachers’ preparation and to creating a professional threshold for entry to teaching.” That sounds worthwhile until you read the annual report and discover that TeachingWorks is generously funded by (let’s all say it together) the Gates Foundation. Having royally mucked up public education regardingstandardsdigital training, etc., Bill Gates is now directing his well-funded ineptness toward teacher preparation. 

Gates’s sponsorship explains to some extent how education professionals could suggest such a goofy sci-fi way of training teachers. If it involves computers, apparently, Gates is all in. 

But relevant also is Gates’s advocacy of maximum standardization in education – remember his analogy of education as a standard electrical outlet – and such standardization is one goal of NOTE. As ETS explains, “In partnership with Mursion, which provides a mixed-reality teaching environment with simulated students, the avatars are produced by trained, calibrated human ‘interactors’ using standardized protocols. The use of virtual classrooms not only supports greater standardization of instructional contexts and settings for candidates, but also eliminates disruption to classroom activities, curriculum and student learning that occurs in schools.”

Standardized protocols produce standardized “students” to produce standardized teachers. It’s Bill’s ultimate fantasy.

As for using something like NOTE to determine a student teacher’s readiness for the classroom, only someone utterly unfamiliar with caring human interaction and its centrality to genuine education could be talked into that.

This is just the latest in a cascading series of efforts to denigrate the teachers.  It reflects a flawed understanding of human nature, of what makes a teacher great, and of what captures the imagination and enthusiasm of the child.  Recall your most effective teacher from high school. Now try to visualize him or her “teaching” a screen of avatars. Impossible, right? Odds are, sadly, that such people will no longer seek a career in the de-personalized world of personalized education.

There is a lot of hankie-pankie going on in the U.S. Department of Education and nobody seems to be able to pinpoint the collusion in a public/private financial partnership deal with Goldman Sachs called Pay For Success, PFS.

Senator Cruz did not mention once that Pay For Success, PFS, was rigged into the federal education legislation, ESSA. In fact, Senator Ted Cruz did NOT even vote on the day of the passage of ESSA. Why didn’t Sen. Cruz vote against this bill?

It was Goldman Sachs that had funded Senator Cruz for his entry into the Presidential Race. Heidi Cruz works for Goldman Sachs and is currently on leave while her husband runs as a candidate for President. Is this why they felt silence was “golden”?

Perhaps Heidi Cruz can explain Pay For Success to Special Education parents since she announced that education is her primary goal. We might also ask her to explain the federal education fake CHOICE. Or ask her about the psychological child abuse on children in the classroom that would CONTINUE in Pay For Success because Common Core psychological interventions were legislated through ESSA.

Senator Hatch (R-UT) slipped Pay For Success into the new federal education law, ESSA, Every Student Succeeds Act, and uses a preschool in Utah as a pilot. Goldman Sachs is rewarded a kickback for every child who isn’t sent to Special Education. Goldman Sachs, who provided loans and is a silent funder for the Cruz campaign, is reeling in financial rewards for education programs already implemented and paid with Special Education funding. WHAT IS PAY FOR SUCCESS?

Pay For Success was legislated in the Reauthorization of Elementary and Secondary Education Act, now called the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015. The ESSA was passed by both Republican Houses of Congress. Legitimate questions and issues have been raised by In the Public Interest about how the Pay for Success (PFS) program was evaluated, including:

“PFS brings venture capital to the provision of public services. Investors provide the up-front funds for critical preventive services with the expectation of receiving a return on their investment. The theory is that the private investment dollars can fill a funding gap when government doesn’t have adequate financial resources to spend on prevention activities. Under a PFS arrangement, the government repays the loan with interest if pre-determined social outcome targets are met. The theory presumes that even after paying the investors and service providers, the state ultimately reaps financial savings through foregone budget dollars spent to address future more costly, but now avoided, social problems.” [Emphasis added] (Source)

The implementation of Pay For Success, PFS, is a system of kickbacks called Social Impact Bonds, creating a public/private partnership where government strikes deals (contracting mechanisms) with outside businesses and investment financiers to provide capital to accomplish ESSA Common Core psychological/mental health intervention goals on ALL children at school. Therefore, supposedly, fewer children are referred to Special Education.

Goldman Sachs has piloted a PFS investment in a preschool in Utah. Yes, the same Utah that heralds Senator Hatch who included PFS as an amendment to ESSA. [NOTE: Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) recently praised the Pay For Successprogram in Utah. Senator Lee also was the co-sponsor of S 306 with Senator Cruz, which pushes Common Core on all private, religious, and homeschools. Senator Lee has endorsed Senator Ted Cruz for President.]

But the controversy concerning this experimental program using handicapped children for monetary gain is that Special Education funding and service interventions are already being paid through IDEA, Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (Special Education) funds for a program that says children are not going to be referred to Special Education services. WHAT?! The results are that fewer truly Special Education children are sent forward for an IEP evaluation because Special Education services are already being administered. But supposedly the reason Goldman Sachs is getting a pay-out is because children aren’t sent to Special Education. Is this double-speak, double-dipping, or both?

Let’s spell this out:

1. Use Special Education Common Core/psychological interventions and Special Education funds FIRST on the entire classroom;
2. Do NOT send truly handicapped Special Education children for their guaranteed legal evaluation;
3. Use more Special Education intensive psychological interventions on children not meeting Common Core psychological standards;
4. Then reap the benefits for children not sent to Special Education even though Special Education funds were used in the first place;
5. Then pay Goldman Sachs a reward because FEWER children were sent to Special Education. What?!!!

Little do parents realize that Common Core for babies and preschool programs in the pilot preschool program (and all Common Core K-12 schools) have an inordinate amount of social, emotional, and behavioral conditioning using Common Core psychological behavior modification programs. These programs originated in Applied Behavior Analysis, an applied intensive behavior modification program researched on autistic children to be able to function in the real world. Parental knowledge or consent is not provided for this Common Core psychobabble.

Pay For Success is a lousy concept of corruption using children for profit, called taxpayer double dipping, and paying someone off to do the dipping. Is this really reaping financial savings for the government? This is all done with a little twist of ethics—redefining the interventions, using handicapped children to provide a basis for a money grab, psychological child abuse for using these concepts on normal children, and gobs of federal money. This scheme should be turning many heads and must be investigated. [Source]

The pilot program in Utah used PFS as an intervention program in preschool. Goldman Sachs was paid an outcome payment of $2589.70 for each student not referred to Special Education. This program pays back a percentage of the investment to the financial partnership if FEWER children are reported to special education. But, did anyone question the programs or funding to create these statistics BEFORE this kickback was evaluated? NO! Questions were posed, but little has been done to stop the child abuse or the financial bleeding.

Understanding ESSA

The concept of direct student services, services carried out by IDEA Special Education funding, is the Common Core concept reinforced in the new federal education legislation, ESSA. Universal School-Wide Intervention Systems are blanketed on ALL children. ALL children are “At-Risk” and must be psychoanalyzed and treated in a three tiered process in the normal classroom. ALL CHILDREN are treated with psychological techniques normally used for severely handicapped students. The reason psychological techniques are used is because Common Core includes psychological non-academic behavioral standards (See both graphs that design behavioral interventions.

Pay For Sucess

Children with true mental or physical handicaps are NOT apprised with an actual IEP, or referred for a true special education evaluation, until going through the Response to Intervention (RTI) three-tiered process in the regular classroom. These services are based on the conditioning processes developed through Applied Behavior Analysis. Applied Behavior Analysis, a psychological conditioning technique, was renamed Response to Intervention to make it more palatable to parents.

The following behavior modification techniques are being used in the classroom and are actually listed in the ESSA legislation: response to interventions, RTI; positive behavior interventions supports, PBIS; multi-tiered system of supports, MTSS; School-wide multi-tiered system of supports, SWTSS; early intervening services, EIS; Specialized Instructional Support Services, SISS; and Universal Design for Learning, UDL.

These behavioral interventions are all paid for with special education IDEA funds. Therefore, fewer children are referred to Special Education because they had already received Special Education services to meet Common Core. This is the double-dip.

There is also great controversy surrounding the implementation of these behavior modification/affective programs on normal children. The development of these programs was first researched from Applied Behavior Analysis with research on autistic children. The US Department of Education has stated that these techniques are “scientific research based interventions” to meet the government desired goals. However, the government had NOT released the standards of what would be taught, tested, and scored in the affective domain. The Department catapulted the techniques onto normal children citing “prevention”. It uses extreme behavior modification techniques on children because Common Core standards named affective/subjective group-think outcomes to be achieved in the normal classroom.

These behavior modification techniques are extreme measures that induce artificial stress and depression on normal children who are being forced to change their behavior to the government’s desired collectivist standards. To achieve a subjective psychological outcome, psychological techniques must be implemented for behavioral change. When a standard states that your child should have “grit”, do parents know and understand the impact of what is measured and scored? A gang member has “grit”, but not the behavior most parents feel as acceptable. The question arises: can the U.S. Department of Education and the ESSA legislation LEGALLY implement behavior modification programs on unsuspecting children, especially when parents are in the dark about these radical techniques to change the attitudes, values, beliefs, and dispositions of their children? What happened to academics? The goal is to mold our American children into something less than American.

Goldman Sachs “Golden Sacks”

Mandated Common Core non-academic standards (Title I) and direct student services (IDEA) are used as a template for achieving these goals. Pay for Success equates SUCCESS, where Goldman Sachs has a return on their investment money, when districts DENY special education services to students who should be receiving them. Parents are able to request an IEP Evaluation, but many are NOT apprised of the RTI process. Under Title I, Part D (ii) Pay For Successinitiatives, keeping special education students under 1% is incentivized by NOT reporting truly special education children into the IEP process until much later.

Recently, parents sued their school district which denied their child Special Education services until their child went through RTI process and did not include the parents in these evaluations.

Parents of Special Education children should read the following carefully and in its entirety:  

  • “The U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals recently ruled that a school district’s failure to provide educational testing data to parents violated the procedural requirements of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Additionally, this failure deprived parents of the opportunity to meaningfully participate in the formation of their child’s individualized education program (IEP).

    The parents subsequently brought suit alleging, among other things, that the district’s failure to provide the student’s RTI data constituted aprocedural violation of the IDEA, and prevented them from fully participating in the IEP process. The court agreed, finding the district violated the IDEA by failing to ensure the RTI testing data was properly documented, presented to the parents, and carefully considered by the entire IEP team. The court held that the district violated the “procedural safeguards of the IDEA by not providing parents with an opportunity to examine all records relating to C.M [the student].” (Source)

The Utah pilot program boasts, “evidence has shown reduces by 95 percent the need for special education among the low-income students who would otherwise likely be placed in special education programs.” However, the evaluation of the program has been challenged to investigate the impact on vulnerable individuals and the double payment from IDEA funds and investment dollars paid for by the public. How children were measured as needing support and how the children were selected for the ‘Pay For Success’ program is also a major aspect of the challenges to the way this program operates.

There are no procedural safeguards in the RTI process. Parents are NOT given their rights under this process. Parents must demand an investigation. Stop using our children for research. Abide by the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment to stop the psychological child abuse in the classroom.

The Legal Challenge:

A legal challenge to ESSA must be brought forward stating that it denies parents of truly Special Education children to be involved in their child’s evaluations from the beginning when using the following psychological techniques prior to an IEP evaluation: Response To Intervention, RTI; Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports,PBIS; Student Assistance Programs, SAP; Specialized Student Instructional Support, SSIS; Multi-Tiered System of Supports, MTSS; Schoolwide Tiered System of Supports,SWTSS, Early Intervening Services, EIS; Universal Design for Learning, UDI; or other psychological techniques.

A legal challenge must be brought forward by parents stating that normal children in the classroom are receiving Special Education Behavior Modification programs when their children are NOT Special Education students. Parents have NOT been informed of the RTI, PBIS, MTSS, SWTSS, EIS, SISS, UDL, or other mental health psychological programs and interventions performed on their normal children. There is NO disclosure of what the vague non-academic standards are, how they are measured, or the risks involved in changing the attitudes, values, beliefs, and dispositions of their children.

There is NO disclosure of the risk or liability and damage imposed by teachers who are non-certified professional personnel implementing these psychological programs. The school that has trained the teachers in “fidelity”, as “research” to implement these psychological programs EXACTLY as they have been developed, may also have liability issues concerning teachers acting as therapists. A legal challenge must be brought forward against Goldman Sachs for receiving kickbacks for children not referred to Special Education when, in fact, Special Education funds have been used prior to those children being evaluated for the Pay For Success program. In effect, Goldman Sachs is paid TO BE SURE ALL KIDS meet Common Core psychological goals.

Ted and Heidi Cruz are certainly on that list of establishment insiders. It is blatantly clear that Ted Cruz’s “performance” in suspending his campaign was a total lie after a total shut down in Indiana. Exactly what we would expect from an establishment insider.

DANGER: GULEN CHARTER SCHOOLS AND THE FETHULLAH GULEN MOVEMENT! Part 1

“The charter school experiment has resulted in the United States being the only country in the world where the Gülen Movementhas been able to establish schools fully funded by  the host country’s taxpayers.”  The Joke’s on US!

The world should never forget “Islam is a Human time bomb ignited by a hair trigger called hatred – them toward us”.

The Gulen Charter schools and the Gulen Movement must be removed from the United States. I recently wrote an article regarding the CIA’s role in allowing Sheikh Mohammed Fethullah Gulen into this country and put all the blame for their invasion into our school systems upon the CIA and uninformed and unquestioning state and local school boards. Now they are invading our military bases. It is time for parents to understand the full danger involved in this Jihad. For the 2015-2016 school year we have 155 Gulen Charter schools in 25 states with Texas (52) and Ohio (17) having the most. In 2011, Texas only had 33.

Since February 1997, the National Security Council, the all-powerful institution which includes the civilian and military leaders of the country, has repeatedly placed political Islam at the top of its list of threats to this nation and vowed to “refuse all compromise” in its fight against religious radicalism. A few months later, the net was widened and the list of potential suspects grew longer: investigations have been launched against hundreds of civil servants, teachers, governors and local leaders, accused of being too close to the “forces of reaction”

I would like to remind the readers that it was the CIA who supported Gulen being allowed to come into this country supposedly because he was ill with the endorsement of Graham Fuller, now former CIA agent. Sorry CIA but diabetes can be treated all over the world. The FBI had started several investigations against the Gulen operation for numerous reasons, one of them to prevent Gulen from being granted permanent residency in America and to have him deported. Even though the FBI had determined Gulen to be a “Radical Islamist”, the Islamic angels in Obama’s White House, CIA and Clinton’s State Dept. reigned in the FBI preventing them from indicting and deporting Gulen and his whole operation. Hum!

Taking a look back in history in case you weren’t aware, the Brennan’s CIA is and has been supporting the Islamic indoctrination of our U.S. children and the whole program here in the U.S. was fundamentally developed by George Soros Center for American Progress and Gulen.  The object is to “force feed” our children “Radical Islamic” educational programs and incentives.

Talk about your own government supporting working from inside to ruin YOUR country!

The past and present governors of Texas told their citizens they were protecting their children by not participating in the Common Core ruination of our education system, but instead they have allowed the Gulen movement to grow within the state and also allowing the Gulen Institute to be at home on the grounds of the University of Houston.

The Institute website talks a good talk as does Fethullah and all his mouthpieces, but the research that has been done is undeniable. With speakers like this how could anyone go wrong?

Gulen Speakers Names

Even if you don’t have any children currently in school or a Gulen Charter school, Americans need to understand the damage being done here to our children and the internal conversion to Jihad being paid for by YOU!

Gulen Charter schools are disguised by several different names: Concept, Horizon Science Academy’s, Paragon, Sonoran, LISA Academy, Magnolia, and many, many more. Florida for example has 7 Gulen schools all with different lead names.

Something most Americans don’t know is that Gulen and Turkey’s Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan were best of friends with the same objectives until the Turkish government announced a plan to shutter private schools — many owned by the Gulen movement that help Turkish students prepare for college entrance exams. Two men with big ego’s! They both want to be in charge!

Gulen loves to claim he is all about fighting “poverty, disunity, and ignorance, but his underlying actions tell another story. The use of H-1B visas to bring teachers to America for their schools is also a farce. Local teachers are being passed up for teaching jobs within the Gulen schools with the schools claiming America’s teachers are not smart enough or they don’t have enough education to teach at their STEM schools. No one else in this country applies for more H1B visa’s than Gulen.

The U.S. taxpayer dollars being gained by the Fethullah Gulen operation is undeniable. In 2011, Truebright Science Academy alone received more than $3 million from the Philadelphia School District for its 348 pupils.

The respected German weekly ‘Der Spiegel’ also raised serious questions about Fethullah Gulen and his worldwide movement in a pair of highly critical articles published in 2012 and 2014. The magazine cited individuals who broke ties with Gulen and who characterize Hizmet as an ‘ultraconservative secret society’ and Gulen himself as an ideologue who tolerates no dissent,’ is ‘only interested in power and influence,’ and ‘dreams of a new age in which Islam will dominate the West returning to the ways of the Ottoman Empire.” This description has been repeated over and over again.

Besides the American taxpayers making the Gulen Movement rich, their followers and teachers give as much as 40% of their earnings to the following, yet the Movement has no headquarters, no address, is not registered anywhere, and has no central bank account.

Collectively the Gulen “movement” and the Gulen schools are under their own Charter School Management Co., Charter Educational Services & Resources formerly known as Grace Institute for Educational Research & Resources.

When I first began investigating Gulen and his schools, what I found so painful was  finding the government of this country so twisted that we have the CIA bringing Fethullah Gulen into this country and the FBI looking into their fraud and Jihad activities and our government is once again taking the lead on ruining America.

Look what it got us:  The CIA coming up with this less than brilliant idea, believed they could control Gulen and at the same time abuse the religious structure in America as a cover to advance their design of global control. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton helped in the establishment of the Turkish Gulen Charter Schools in the US, and brokered a deal to split the revenue from the sale of the oil captured in Iraq by ISIS Radical Islamic Terrorists, between Prime Minister Erdogan’s and Sheikh Mohammed Gulen’s factions in Turkey (the captured oil was subsequently driven to the Turkish border in oil truck caravans to be sold by Prime Minister Erdogan’s son).

For using her good offices to help Sheikh Mohammed Gulen, Clinton was paid an estimated $1 million; payment was made to both the Clinton Family Foundation and the Clinton Presidential Campaign (payment to a political campaign by a foreigner is in violation of US Federal Campaign Laws). If we were to remind Mrs. Clinton of this I am sure her response would be, “What difference does it make”.

This makes me question if our State Governors are getting a stipend for allowing the Gulen school’s within their states. What say you Rick Perry and John Kasich?

In 2008 Bill Clinton made a speech praising Gulen at the Third Annual Friendship Dinner organized by the Turkish Cultural Center of New York (a Gulenist organization). The website Citizens Against Special Interest Lobbying in Public Schools (CASILIPS), later confirm Hillary Clinton’s involvement:

“However, the most probable reason for Bill Clinton’s attendance was the Gulenists’ numerous contributions to Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Clinton Foundation. A sampling can be seen in this Table. All these contributions came from individuals identified as Gulenist based in their affiliations with Gulenist organizations or schools.”

 Not only the Clinton’s, but education’s main destroyer Bill Gates has used his foundation to also fund the Gulen movement. They are after all Charter schools and that is the road to ruination. In 2007, through the Texas (again) High School Project, the Gates Foundation shelled out $10,550,000 to the Cosmos Foundation, another Gulen enterprise which operates several publicly funded Gulen Charter schools in Texas.

One teacher from the South stated, “the Gülen movement’s ultimate goal is to open charter schools in the U.S. to funnel U.S. tax dollars back into the Gülen movement in Turkey. They skim just enough off the public taxpayers from these charter schools so it won’t look suspicious.” She stated this after her class had won a free cultural trip to Turkey through the Atlantic Institute. The Atlantic and Peace Islands Institute’s, are both Gulen enterprises.

Both of these Institutes claim they are supporting “shared values” and send out press releases claiming they are against the killings (Paris) and offer dinner’s celebrating Gulen, Ramadan, Table of Abraham and Interfaith principals.  Peace Islands Institute website is a must read.

The Federal Government Declares War on Its Own with HR 5!

No one has done more research on the Federal NO WAY – ESA HR-5 bill than Anita Hoge! If you don’t know what that is – it is the re-authorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act and the last time they messed with it we got No Child Left Behind.

This bill is a killer to your PARENTAL RIGHTS and will give us NATIONALIZED EDUCATION.

(Put your own State here) Floridians Against Common Core Education (F.A.C.C.E.), Florida AgEnders, Stop Common Core FL, Citizens of Florida, Florida Against HR 5, parents and students are asking Representative John Kline to stop the REAUTHORIZATION of ESEA, HR 5, the Student Success Act of 2015 which will amend No Child Left Behind.

  • HR 5 denies parents their rights over their children. References page 488; 522-555.
  • HR 5 legislation creates the radical transformation of tax collection through the assigned destruction and hostile takeover of our local neighborhood schools.
  • HR 5 violates states’ rights under the United States Constitution.
  • HR 5 is designed to destroy local, public neighborhood schools through usurpation of elected school boards’ authorities and responsibilities.
  • HR 5 will destroy all private education in America, as well, legislating Title I “choice” vouchers that will “follow the child,” enforcing
  • HR 5 compliance in EVERY PRIVATE AND RELIGIOUS SCHOOL.
  • HR 5 would legislate services to these Title I “choice” children called DIRECT STUDENT SERVICES AS A VOUCHER that must be equitable and comparable to any public school, which is needed to satisfy Common Core. 
  • HR 5 will destroy representative government, all non-governmental schools, and standardize education across this nation. This overreach of the federal government is in direct violation of our United States Constitution which dictates separation of Federal jurisdiction vs. State jurisdiction.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, you state in the Student Success Act HR 5, Press Release, February 3, 2015:”…..This proposal provides an opportunity to chart a new course….”

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, this “new course” that you are forcing on the states will end in Constitutional chaos.

  • HR 5 removes Constitutional states’ rights sovereignty.
  • HR 5 redefines parent and removes parental rights over the upbringing of their children.
  • HR 5 subjugates state legislatures under blatantly false pretenses about state and local control.
  • HR 5 presents choice vouchers defined as “direct student services,” as a means to control private and religious schools and phase out public schools.
  • • HR 5 would transform ALL SCHOOLS into government schools. Has every state ceded the land that these schools occupy, turning them into federal lands? If the states have not ceded the land to the federal government, the federal government’s jurisdiction is determined to be severely limited, unless altered drastically by the state legislature. Questions of jurisdiction would still remain. At the least, HR 5 obfuscates state and federal jurisdictions as specified in the Constitution and affirmed in numerous Supreme Court decisions

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE Who “Grubered” your HR 5 and consigned the states to federal takeover?

  • HR 5 forces private and religious schools to provide services through an APPROVED state list of providers eliminating the freedom for private and religious schools to teach students to their own standards and select their own curriculum.
  • HR 5 forces private and religious schools to provide non-cognitive mental health areas of personality development and interventions whereby proficiency levels in the social, emotional, and behavioral domain are scored to a criterion resulting in violations of privacy under the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment, federal law, state law, and civil rights laws.
  • HR 5 uses choice vouchers to dissolve the public school system through the exodus of (departure of) Choice, Title I, at-risk students who disengage from the public school and enter a private or religious school. Public schools are presently represented by locally elected school board members in the United States. The destruction of our neighborhood public school system undermines the power and authority of property tax provisions and elected school board representation on the local level, representation which financially supports local education agencies.
  • HR 5 provides for the expansion of charter schools as the sanctioned alternative for schooling. As you, Representative Kline, must know, charter schools are a system of schooling without elected boards. They use public tax monies regulated by federal government mandates, standards, assessment and teacher remediation with data tracking and trafficking and re-education toward Common Core standards.
  • HR 5 by design eliminates local and state representative government by removing the states’ rights and local control of education and surrenders our children’s education and future to the dictates of the federal government.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, H.R. 5 is a Constitutional Crisis in the Making.

  • HR 5 requires that states legislatively surrender their rights over education in order to receive Title I funds.
  • HR 5 removes the parents as the final arbiters in the upbringing of their children, and wrestles control of private and religious education through federal encroachment as explained below.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, quoting from your HR 5 legislation, on page 552, you stipulate the criteria for removing the state legislature’s constitutional power, rights, and responsibilities as follows:

Subpart 4—Restoration of State Sovereignty Over Public Education and Parental Rights Over the Education of Their Children

‘‘SEC. 6561. STATES TO RETAIN RIGHTS AND AUTHORITIES

THEY DO NOT EXPRESSLY WAIVE.

‘‘(a) RETENTION OF RIGHTS AND AUTHORITIES.— No officer, employee, or other authority of the Secretary shall enforce against an authority of a State, nor shall any authority of a State have any obligation to obey, any requirement imposed as a condition of receiving assistance under a grant program established under this Act, nor shall such program operate within a State, unless the legislature of that State shall have by law expressly approved that program and, in doing so, HAVE waived the State’s rights and authorities to act inconsistently with any requirement that might be imposed by the Secretary as a condition of receiving that assistance.” (Emphasis added)

“(b) AMENDMENT OF TERMS OF RECEIPT OF FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

An officer, employee, or other authority of the Secretary may release assistance under a grant program established under this Act to a State only after the legislature of the State has by law expressly approved the program (as described in sub- section (a)). This approval may be accomplished by a vote to affirm a State budget that includes the use of such Federal funds and any such State budget must expressly include any requirement imposed as a condition of receiving assistance under a grant program established under this Act so that by approving the budget, the State legislature is expressly approving the grant program and, in doing so, waiving the State’s rights and authorities to act inconsistently with any requirement that might be imposed by the Secretary as a condition of receiving that assistance.” (Emphasis added)

The passage of your bill out of committee to be voted on by the entire House of Representatives by February 24 must be stopped. The HR 5 Reauthorization of ESEA, amending No Child Left Behind, must be stopped because the provisions inherent in this legislation are egregious and lack Constitutional authority. Passage of H.R. 5 will bring about the destruction of the United States system of public education as well as the radical transformation of representative government both at the state and local level.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, these states’ rights issues have not been discussed at your hearings. Is each state legislature aware of the fact that these measures, hidden in federal and state statute, will remove their state’s guaranteed rights under the Constitution? Will each state, including your own state of Minnesota, have to amend its own state constitution to comply with HR-5?

Several states have recently added language in their state statutes that in effect cedes jurisdiction to the federal government.

REPRESENTATIVE KILNE, have you advised the following states of the impact of the HR 5 legislation:   (add your state information here)

Florida 2014 Statute Title XLVIII, K-20 EDUCATION CODE, Chapter 1008,

ASSESSMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY 1008.33 Authority to enforce public school improvement

(1) The State Board of Education shall comply with the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), 20 U.S.C. ss. 6301 et seq., its implementing regulations, and the ESEA flexibility waiver approved for Florida by the United States Secretary of Education. The state board may adopt rules to maintain compliance with the ESEA and the ESEA flexibility waiver. (Emphasis added)

(2)(a) Pursuant to subsection (1) and ss. 1008.34, 1008.345, and 1008.385, the State Board of Education shall hold all school districts and public schools accountable for student performance. The state board is responsible for a state system of school improvement and education accountability that assesses student performance by school, identifies schools that are not meeting accountability standards, and institutes appropriate measures for enforcing improvement.

Proposed rule changes (2013) for school grades also include a revision of the participation rate calculation to comply with the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) and extension of the one-letter-grade-drop limit as a continued measure to ease Florida’s transition to Common Core in accountability systems. (Emphasis added)

Pennsylvania has currently proposed legislation, HB 168, Sec. 121(a) (Representative Tobash), that states it will comply to federal ESEA legislation and future ESEA legislation:

“The Department of Education shall develop and implement Keystone Exams in [the following subjects:]……..as required by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (Public Law 107-110, 115 Stat. 1425) or any successor statute.”(lines 17, 18, 19 ) (Emphasis added)

Oklahoma, in an effort to stop Common Core, the Oklahoma legislature’s passage of House Bill 3399, Sec. 11-103.6a 4 (page 18) with the purpose to remove Common Core Standards, defined in their bill that they would succumb to ESEA federal law:

“Upon the effective date of this act, the State Board of Education shall seek certification from the State Regents for Higher Education that the subject matter standards for English Language Arts and Mathematics which were in place prior to the revisions adopted by the Board in June 2010 are college-and career-ready as defined in the Federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) Flexibility document issued by the United States Department of Education.” (emphasis added)

The Oklahoma legislature codified Common Core through ESEA and gave up its state’s rights authority by surrendering education and students to federal control.

Indiana’s supposed departure from Common Core in HB 1427, (Sec. 14.5(a) C, page 9) also surrenders its state’s rights in order to comply with federal standards.

“Provides that the state board shall implement educational standards that use the common core standards as the base model for academic standards to the extent necessary to comply with federal standards to receive a Flexibility Waiver. ” (emphasis added)

South Carolina’s bill, H3893, (Sec 3, section 59-18-325, (C)(1) passed to stop Common Core and the Smarter Balanced Test is yet another example of a state surrendering its state’s rights over education and students to the federal government. In fact this law restores Common Core:

“The summative assessment must assess students in English/language arts and mathematics, including those students as required by the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and by Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. [For purposes of this subsection, ‘English/language arts’ includes English, reading, and writing skills as required by existing state standards.” [NOTE: The existing State standards are Common Core.] (Emphasis added)

The state of Washington is yet another example. Reference Senate Bill 6030, (Sec 6, (4)(a) page 16, lines 17-20):

“..and shall not conflict with requirements contained in Title I of the federal elementary and secondary education act of 1965, or the requirements of the Carl D. Perkins vocational education 20 act of 1998, each as amended.” (Emphasis added)

(Has your state done this and given all authority over to the Federal Government through total compliance of ESEA Federal Legislation? Time to check)

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, have these states been apprised of the devious design in HR 5 to take away states’ rights granted under the 10th Amendment to the Constitution?

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, why have your hearings not discussed the aspect of the “direct student services” that is defined as PUBLIC SCHOOL CHOICE FOR ALL PRIVATE AND RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS? Why have these services not been discussed…services that each private and religious school MUST “provide on an equitable basis” to meet the individual needs of each child who receives a SUPER VOUCHER? Why does the state require that private or religious schools MUST use “approved academic tutoring services as determined by a provider on a State approved list”? Schools will be subjected to discrimination charges if they deny matriculation of a Title I child even if they cannot financially support the OPEN-ENDED direct services mandated in HR 5, as explained below — even if it bankrupts them.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, why is “meaningful choice” defined as complying to state standards (Common Core) and interventions identified for each “at-risk” child receiving the following services: Special Education, instructional support services, counseling, mentoring, one-to-one tutoring, and other benefits for the Title I child? Why is there wording that mandates that a private or religious school MUST comply with the Civil Rights Act, (the school cannot deny admittance to a Title I choice child) 504 Rehabilitation Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, (MUST administer services for mental health disabilities), IDEA (MUST administer behavioral screening, response to interventions, positive behavioral interventions and supports, mental health wrap-around, BILLABLE MEDICAID SERVICES, mental health services or specialized student support services), General Education Provisions Act (GEPA).

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, you know full well that HR 5 will codify the Family Education Rights in Privacy Act (FERPA). This important Act, as it stands now, has been totally gutted due to President Obama’s Executive Order, EO 12866, January, 2012. FERPA now allows personally identifiable information on the student to be released without informed written parental consent. This personally identifiable information on the students includes anecdotal, psychological observations, analysis, and reeducation interventions in the affective domain by teachers, all tracked and trafficked.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, why must private and religious schools provide the following specialized Instructional support on an equitable basis with public school students?

Services defined as school counselors, social workers, school psychologists, or other qualified professional personnel providing assessment, diagnosis, counseling education, therapeutic and other necessary services defined in Sec. 602 IDEA, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, when in fact Common Core has been expanded into the mental health personal trait standards defined as social, emotional, and behavioral weaknesses now coded as a disability?

The State Education Agency names an ombudsman, “an official appointed to investigate individuals’ complaints against mal administration, especially that of public authorities,” for the following equitable services in each private and religious school: monitoring and enforcement requirements of private and religious schools, including reeducation in the affective domain. Obviously, under HR-5 the SEA will operate independently with no accountability to the state legislature which has surrendered its authority and responsibility over education and the students.

Referring to the concept of Title I funds that will “follow the child” and the super voucher called “direct student services”: the Title I fund that “follows the child” is going directly to every child, bypassing state government. No one at the public hearings explained that CHOICE, TITLE I FUNDS “FOLLOWING THE ‘at-risk’ CHILD” would be used to destroy the financial base of public schools which have elected school boards and are funded by local tax dollars. HR 5 is purposely designed to destroy the traditional public school system.

Furthermore, REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, there are scores of pages in your ESEA legislation that would expand CHARTER SCHOOLS OPERATING WITHOUT BOARDS ELECTED BY THE TAXPAYERS AS THEIR REPRESENTATIVES. THIS IS A SET UP FOR CHARTER SCHOOL TAKEOVER OF ALL EDUCATION with charter school authorizers to control private and religious schools. Yet, no one explained HOW these Title I funds “following” a CHOICE, TITLE I “at risk” CHILD will impact the intrusion into private and religious schools, which will be forced into all of the mandates that come with Common Core implementation and EVERY CHILD identified and funded through Title I and thereby subverting the mission of the private and religious school.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, you have crafted HR 5 behind closed doors and put it on the fast track to correspond to the “spitball” known as the ESEA Reauthorization.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, your HR 5 merged with the Senate version of ESEA REAUTHORIZATION will NATIONALIZE EDUCATION BYPASSING LOCAL CONTROL AND STATE CONTROL, ELIMINATING LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT, THE HALLMARK OF A FREE SOCIETY.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, your “super vouchers” cannot buy our children. No government can deny parents their God-given rights over their children. (Pierce vs Sisters, 1925) Are you really requiring parents to waive their rights?

Similar to the waivers HR 5 requires of the states? If so, we demand that you immediately produce the waiver by which parents would sign their children over to the federal government! Explain that one to God…and your own grandchildren.

In 1990 a federal investigation was completed against the Pennsylvania Department of Education, after filing a federal complaint against the Educational Quality Assessment, EQA, & the US Department of Education’s National Assessment of Educational Progress, NAEP, under the Protection of Pupils Rights Amendment. Forced the Pennsylvania EQA to be withdrawn. Forced the US Department of Education to do their job to investigate the psychological testing of children without informed written parental consent. NAEP was never investigated because the Department said I didn’t have standing, although documents had proven that NAEP did experimental research & used different states to pilot their agenda by embedding their test questions into the Pennsylvania EQA as well as other state tests.

Progressive US Senator Lamar Alexander (R-TN) knows that this time the public will not be so easily fooled by his lies as we have been in the past.  He has lied to us for years and he is lying to us about NCLB/ESEA Reauthorization.  We have already had experts reading and analyzing this bill and the more they dig the worse it gets.   We ARE being deceived AGAIN.

This document is a jewel. Now you will also understand why the government is supporting Teach for America.

Do not try to put it on your web site as it will give you a copy-right message.  You can save it to your computer, read it and print it out. This is one of the most important documents I have found spelling out their devious plan to ruin our children and slide into their New World Order. 

Here are just a few of the issues that have been uncovered hidden in this massive ESEA bill:

1.  Title 1 funding will be tied to compliance with Common Core State Standards (they should be called Common Core Federal Standards but I digress)  Comply or else!! 

In 2010 the US Dept. of Education created a document called “A BLUEPRINT FOR REFORM”  In this document on Page 10 it clearly states that by 2015 the administration will attach Title 1 funding with compliance to common college and career standards (Common Core or Common Core aligned-which is CC with a new name and a few changes).  Now do you see why Alexander MUST get this passed ASAP?????

2.  Every child will be considered Title 1 and required remediation if they do not perform to the expected outcomes of Common Core.

3. 60-70 pages just on Charter Schools

4.  Title 1 money to follow the child – THIS WILL be the destruction of private schools, elected school boards and traditional public schools not to mention what it will do to property taxes.  Private schools will be forced to take these vouchers or go belly up.  This means they will also be forced to take Common Core.  So why would a parent pay more to send a child to private school if the child will get the same education for half the cost?  So even if they do take the vouchers they will go belly up. This is a no win for private and religious schools.  What happens to the tax structure and the local public school when kids start taking their money to other districts, counties or states?  This action alone WILL destroy private schools, traditional public schools leaving Charters the only CHOICE.  Is Obama’s CHOICE the CHOICE you bargained for when you supported Charter Schools?  We tried to warn legislators and parents about the real agenda with Charters but they wouldn’t listen and many are still not listening.  Charters WILL eliminate elected representation and they WILL end up being the ONLY CHOICE.  That people is not choice.  That will privatize education and make many riche people even richer.  The good mom and pop Charter your children go to now will be swallowed up by the big boys.  And when you complain who will you complain to??  The goal is to remove parents from the education of their children and Charters and Vouchers is exactly how it will happen.

5. We must investigate the  State longitudinal data systems (funded by NCES) tracking individuals with a unique national ID and evaluating ALL TITLE I CHILDREN ( that’s ALL children under this legislation.) Did you ever wonder why ALL children are eligible for free lunch now.  It is because all children will be considered Title 1 and at risk.  They are basically redefining the meaning of EDUCATION.

6. We must investigate the entire TITLE I BLANKET of psychological manipulation of redefining a disability under IDEA and the rehabilitation Act which allows a disability to have interventions….not meeting social and emotional outcomes in Common Core. We can prove this through the contracts revealed in ESEA Flex Waiver. (Interpersonal Skills)

7.  In Dec. 2011 President Obama issued an EO that gutted FERPA protection of our children’s data.  MASSIVE Amounts of data will be collected.  All data can and will be shared and that includes biometric data without parental knowledge or consent.  This EO will be made permanent law in the NCLB/ESEA reauthorization.
If you need more convincing that we are being deceived again please contact me and I will provide enough proof to make your head spin. THIS ISOBAMA’S EQUITY PLAN.We are told by DC that Alexander is pushing this through so fast they don’t know which way is left.  And why is he pushing it through so fast?  Remember the Blueprint for Reform……read it.  NCLB/ESEA expired in 2007 but NOW it MUST be slammed in.  You betcha.  Because the citizens in America are pushing back and getting legislators to push back on the federal take over (which Alexander has supported and pushed since the later 80’s)  So they have to act fast before we “read the bill to find out what’s in the bill”  Well they underestimated us.  We are reading the bill and we are finding it must be REPEALED/SUNSETTED not REAUTHORIZED.  DO NOT LET THEM SOFT SHOE YOU because they WILL try.  The majority of them have not even read the reauthorization.If you do nothing else to save our children I am truly begging you to share this with EVERYONE you know and call your US Representative and your 2 US Senators (in TN that includes Alexander).  Let them know we want ESEA/NCLB to be SUNSETTED or outright repealed NOT reauthorized.  Please feel free to provide any feedback you get after you make your calls.  PLEASE start calling.  Leave a message.  If the line is busy keep calling until you get through.    Also send an email to your US Rep. and your 2 US Senators.  We MUST hit them hard.  If you have conservative media contacts, if you belong to a group, if you have friends, neighbors, relatives.  PLEASE get this out to EVERYONE.  Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest……….this issue is more important than any issue we will face and we need to give it as much push as we did with so many issues in the past.   They do respond to phone calls and emails but they must come in hundreds to each Representative and Senator!!!

Republicans Are Now In Control – Not Conservatives!

The words of Republican and Conservative are not necessarily a bonding of thoughts, ideas, morals or values.

One represents a frame of mind, the way you want your children to grow up with respect for others and themselves with a strong set of morals and values to carry with them through their lives.

The other is merely the name of a Political party backed by liars and huge money sources. Don’t misunderstand me, I believe the Democrats as a party are also liars. It just so happens the Republicans just came back into full power and they will certainly not clean up their act for the likes of the American people. In addition, the Republicans did nothing for us in stopping Common Core.

We are being told we should trust that party but as a parent and grandparent I can’t do that. They lie – repeatedly. Example – this morning I was cleaning out some papers and I came across the list of the “supporters” listed on Jeb Bush’s web site for the support of the Common Core State Standards.

You know, the web site that is so hard to find. The URL is www.highercorestandards.org but the actual name of the web site is “Conservatives for Higher Education”.

All REPUBLICANS and I wouldn’t call any of them CONSERVATIVE because they support the CCSS. The only changes you will find in the list of supporters are the removal of the names of Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin and Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal.  Ghee, I wonder why?

Maybe it’s because they had the intelligence and backbone to stand-up to the forceful orders of a bunch of “cash cows” telling them how to think and speak. They obviously finally decided to take the time to read the standards, found them unacceptable, below previous standards and unfit for consumption by our children.

Maybe they even decided corporate heads were not qualified to decide what our children should learn – we did do very well before unions, government and cash cows got into education. After all children educated in the 40’s and 50’s put us on the moon!

Interestingly enough, one name still remains on that list. It’s the name of that Preacher who stood in front of his TV cameras in December 2013 and stated he no longer supported the standards and then shortly thereafter went and had lunch with the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) and gave them his worldly advice. You guessed it –

MIKE HUCKABEE!

HUckabee 5I’m not sure which direction some of the ministers in this country are headed, but this one openly lies to the whole country two nights in a row and then at lunch urges state education officials to get rid of the “Common Core” name because it has become “toxic.” However, it would appear he intends to support the standards given the instructions he gave to the CCSSO. “Rebrand it, refocus it, but don’t retreat”. Ouch!

It would seen Mr. Huckabee has become toxic!

Some of our REPUBLICAN governors took Huckabee’s advice to heart:

  • Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer (R) has used an executive order to purge the name “Common Core” from the standards and refer to them, instead, as Arizona’s College and Career Ready Standards: “The Executive Order requires that executive agencies refer to the standards, adopted in 2010, as Arizona’s College and Career Ready Standards, and encourages citizens and education stakeholders to do the same.” Their standards are still CCSS.
  • Iowa’s Governor Terry Branstad (R) also chose to “rebrand” now referring to the standards as the “Iowa Core”. Imaginative!
  • Florida’s Governor Rick Scott (R) opted to rebrand by removing the words “Common Core” from all official education documents. Floridians are under the impression the new standards name is the “Next Generation Sunshine State Standards however that name was put in place in 2007 and remains today for all except the ELA and Math Standards. Those are being referred to simply as 2014 Language Arts Florida Standards and the 2014 Mathematics Florida Standards and they were renamed in February, 2014.

When Scott was asked if the standards had just been re-branded he replied, “The Florida Standard is derived from the Next Generation Sunshine State Standard, which was derived from earlier versions of the Sunshine State Standards. These standards pre-dated Common Core and are truly Florida’s own standards.”

What about Florida’s obligation to the Federal Government from our acceptance of Race to the Top money? Gov. Scott said: “Race to the Top was a four-year grant. That grant has expired, it’s done. We are no longer under obligation to the Federal Government. So we are pushing back against any Federal intrusion into our public schools.”

This statement is also a lie since Florida applied for an extension to complete all their requirements when they filed their last report. Another lie, we still have money and he has an extension until Sept 1, 2015 – the RTTT deal is not over!

RTTT Extension

  • Indiana’s Governor Mike Pence (R), the first to accept the CCSS and then the first to supposedly “replace” the CCSS is still in hot water with his parents and voters. It is obvious the new Indiana standards are so close to the old ones that stating they are “rebranded” is certainly more appropriate than saying they are changed.

Florida’s Governor Scott thought he was smart to call for 3 meetings to hear complaints about the standards, but he forgot two things at those meetings – the parents and himself! He couldn’t find the time to attend any of those meetings or the Town Hall events he called for – but at the same time he found the time to go all the way to South Florida to have dinner with Jeb Bush.

How is your state doing? Are they continually lying to you, playing a cover-up game? Florida tells us they have made 99 changes to the CCSS to make them our own, but no details showing what those changes supposedly are. The 99 changes involving cursive writing and calculus will not be tested on in the general state tests, out of eleven thousand math and English standards means nothing.

It is called TEST UNTIL YOU DROP!

All the participating CC states were required to file a yearly report to the FDOE if they received Race To The Top (RTTT) funds explaining how they spent the funds, how much they have left, what goals they listed on their applications have been completed and which ones haven’t and why! Florida RETAINED most of the $700M they received in Tallahassee in round 2 according to their own words to pay for a flubbed up CCSS web site and contracts they needed to put in place to be compliant.

I noticed this past week several local school districts around the country had amendments or referendums on their ballots to increase school taxes. I’m not surprised, but I am surprised the voters were dumb enough to vote for the increases to their property taxes to pay for this boondoggle of a Trojan Horse. Are you really prepared to take head on the estimated costs of the CCSS?  $1,024,163,000 is one estimate.

Interestingly enough in Florida, Scott stayed as far away from the topic of the CCSS as he could during the campaign. Even Jeb Bush hitting the trail for Scott tried to stay away from the topic, but Bush never does know when not to lie. When asked about the changes to Florida’s CCSS he said, “he agrees with Scott’s statement that “Common Core is out” in Florida. Florida’s changes to Common Core were not substantial, and standards are now “Florida-based” and higher”.

How can Bush say “CC is out of FL” & then “concede FL made changes to the CCSS that were not substantial“? Makes Absolutely No Sense and in my playbook it’s called “doublespeak”!

How do the Master Deceivers in your state work? The ones in Florida tried to convince the FDOE they have complied with all requirements while at the same time convincing the public that the Florida standards are something other than Common Core with a new name or “lipstick on a pig.” Notice the changes here, FL has all 3 standards!

Florida powers to be tripped all over themselves in trying to convince everyone the CCSS were gone, yet at the same time, after having asked for an extension and renewed their NCLB waiver in June 2014, it would have broken the rules of the waiver – and Rick Scott really likes to play with money.

Equally interesting is these states have all had to sign a “memorandum of understanding” with the FDOE regarding RTTT if they were planning to apply for the grants or expect to be picked, which is what Florida did. Contrary to what Florida’s governor said, it is obvious the rules still apply regarding RTTT because they asked for the extension to comply.

I hope the “powers to be in charge” of these states understand clearly “we” have NOT been educated with the CCSS. We know full well you are liars, fence jumpers, manipulators, deceivers, and in bed with the likes of Carnegie, Gates, Soros, Bush Dynasty, ALEC, NEA, NTA, Charter School Management Companies and actually too many others to name. Anyone who is willing to put some “cash” into your election “cow” – you will cop a deal with.

That is everyone but the American people.

Florida’s raging battle over Choice/Charter/Vouchers is beginning to take on a sickening level. Actually there is no difference between the “money men” involved in vouchers, choice and charters. They are all part of the same pot with the same legislature passing all this lenient legislation.

Vouchers/Choice nor Charters do not get our children away from Common Core and I thought that was the main issue. The Florida Supreme court has already ruled once against Vouchers being unconstitutional according to the state statutes. The legislature did it anyway and now they are back in court.

Politics did had its ugly hand in the last election when it came to education right down to the local boards. There is no love loss by me for the “Step Up For Student’s” and nor should there be for you. They are just another “cash cow” looking to fill coffers in the name of the “low-income” children. But they all have been playing the low-income game since 1965 and it never gets any better. Why? They all continue to use those children as scape goats rather encouraging them and laying out the world in front of them. Money does not buy good education!

Interesting the support of the voucher programs and like the Charter school mess, there is no one minding the store. There are so many scandals surrounding the McKay Scholarship program along with the legislation that was passed that even though a Private school is receiving Public taxpayer funds, they don’t have to abide by FOIA requests. So who is minding the stores?

David Figlio of Northwestern University, who has evaluated the scholarship program on an annual basis for the state – guess whose side he’s on. If he is being paid by the state, you need to look no further.

Some in Florida believe that in re-electing Scott he would be “thankful” and be willing to talk “dump the CCSS” completely. That is not going to happen. Not only is the man a businessman first and foremost, he never (even in his own lawsuit) faces his accusers nor answers questions about anything.

Although it was Charlie Crist and the Republican House & Senate that gave Florida the CCSS, the state would have been better off to elect Crist since the monopoly of republicans in Tallahassee would never have given Crist anything he wanted. They won’t give it to us either.

Nor will those in D.C. The republicans took charge of the House and Senate in ’94 and ’02 and exactly what did that give us?  Promises!

You are right if you think my faith in any politician has flown out the proverbial window and I still don’t understand why you put all of your faith in them rather than your own intelligence especially after they have lied to you so many times. Most should have been removed from their jobs at the local level already. You would have been!

They are ruining our children’s futures, actively working at creating the North American Union as a prelude to the New World Order and pushing your children into UN/UNESCO communist education .

As J. Edgar Hoover (FBI) stated at the time Eisenhower signed The Communist Control Act in 1954, “you are forcing the Communist Party movement to go underground” which is exactly what it did for a period of time. Once they realized no one was going to act on the ACT, they began to slowly surface through the building up of unions and control all over the country. We now even openly elect communists into elected offices.

I see this country as having been an expansive experiment – touched by the hand of God, implemented by Godly people and what do we have today? Nothing but scraps left – 97% of the people asleep or could care less. If you are sitting on the sidelines watching what politicians have done to this country with their egos and self-serving attitude it is truly a sad sight.

I sincerely hope more states are successful in gaining back the control of the education of their children and along with that the morals and values that were once the strong force behind this great country.
