Jeb Bush Caught with His Pants Down Again!

We the People caught you! Florida is the absolute worst state when it comes to the education of our children. Not only are we still being contaminated by the likes of Jeb Bush and his uneducated ideas regarding the education of our children, we have the largest herd of lap dogs in the country continually sniffing at his backside.

Not many independent thinkers here. Everyone just plays follow the leader and this has been going on since the passage of the original legislation putting Charter schools in motion.

To top it off we have a governor (Scott) who thinks he is the best thing ever since the invention of peanut butter and is just about as sticky. His idea of education has become to “follow the leader” being Jeb Bush taking funds from traditional public schools and playing like Congress to load the wallet of Charter schools with our tax dollars. And Scott thinks he deserves to win a seat in the U.S. Senate next year – watch out!

Part of Florida’s new legislation is to now protect the failing charter schools by keeping information from the public regarding the Charter school testing scores and results. Included in this “swamp” package is the forcing of the “D” and “F” scored schools to close or become Charter schools, ignoring the laid out “turnaround” plans by the “elected” school boards.

Bush and Scott both have endorsed this joke of a new Secretary of Education who like the two of them, know nothing about educating children – just the manipulation of money and lies.

How many times do people have to learn about the depth of the manipulation that has gone on in this state and others to capture the control of our children turning most of them into walking and talking “dumbed down” fabrics of what they could have been?

You all can take your 21^st Century College Readiness BULL and stick it! These children are no more ready for college than the man in the moon. They can’t add and subtract simple change transactions or read well enough to comprehend what they are reading. And you think they are going to get into college? No, the real plan is for them not to get into college – that is what the “school-to-work” legislation was all about. LINK

Do you remember a couple of years ago Condoleezza Rice, CFR member, stating she thought the CFR should take over the education of our children? Now the New World Order freaks are trying to get their two cents into the equation.

Tax-supported school choice eroding our public, private, religious, and home school education is the vehicle to change not only the right of Americans to choose the kind of education they wish for their children but is removing our representative form of government to unelected councils.

Heck, people like Sen. Lamar Alexander and his lapdogs believe the system should have our children cradle to grave, 24/7. They want to take them from the hospital nursery. Just what is in the minds of these “swamp feeders”? Do they intend to begin just walking into hospital nurseries and taking our babies to be raised by the government?

Never forget that Jeb Bush and all the cronies including members of Congress, former presidents, Pope Francis and your local government are working toward a New World Order and have no shame in using our children to accomplish that by indoctrination in the schools and removing your rights.

Jeb Bush’s comment on the campaign trail that he “actually carries little Baby Jesus in his pants pocket because it’s my strength,” makes me ill. This is a man that has spent his life following directives to ruin our children’s future’s and he is going to place the blame on Jesus? Reading this will tell you he does NOT follow Jesus’ lessons. Remember a good share of his funding for his foundations comes from Bill Gates, destroyer of all he touches!

On the other hand, Bush expressed this gobbledygook during the campaign “I am asked sometimes whether I would ever allow my decisions in government to be influenced by my Christian faith. The simple and safe reply is no, never, of course not.” Can’t have it both ways Jebbie – liar, liar, pants on fire!

DeVos ‘ push is for all schools to be under the title of private dances in tune with everything Bush has tried to do for years. I would guess that along with those in the Senate who also were sitting on the Education Committee and approved her for her appointment and received political donations from DeVos, Bush made a strong recommendation for her appointment to Trump.

Again, Mr. Trump, I thought we were draining the swamp, not filling it up!

When it comes to truth and Jeb Bush you won’t usually hear it and it certainly got out there during the 2016 campaign. Words matter, so it’s important to know that Bush never calls public school districts public schools districts. Instead, he says the United States has “over 13,000 government-run monopolies run by unions.” He doesn’t mention that some districts don’t have any unions, that unions can’t win a contract agreement by politicians, and that a number of governors have sharply curtailed the power of unions.

Bush advocates using public money for students to use to pay for private school tuition to include religious schools. I am not so sure that fits well with the 1^st Amendment however in Florida it will do no good to file a lawsuit, because when it comes to anything education the judges are refusing to hear the cases.

The focus of his Bush’s 1998 campaign for Florida governor was the “Opportunity Scholarship Program,” a voucher program that allowed state funds to be used to pay tuition at church-run schools. It was struck down by the state Supreme Court in 2006. A short time later, the Florida Senate, controlled by Republicans, refused his request to place a constitutional amendment on the ballot repealing a provision in the state constitution separating church and state.

Bush and his legislative cronies tried to pass a similar amendment in 2012 and the voters shot it down. So as per usual, Bush found a back door for his scam. His Florida legislator lapdogs passed the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program, which allows students to attend private school with the help of publicly funded tax credits. In November 2014, he opened the annual conference of his Foundation for Excellence in Education by having himself introduced by a student who touted the program for helping to send her to private school.

In July 2014, Citizens for Strong Schools, Inc. and Fund Education Now amended a five-year-old lawsuit alleging the state has failed to adequately fund public education to include new claims concerning the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program and the McKay voucher program for students with special needs stating they were lowering funding for public schools and increasing funding for Charter/Choice/Vouchers by unconstitutionally “diverting” money from Florida’s public schools. Bush has said that “we can’t just outsource public education to bureaucracies and public education unions and hope for the best,” but he is perfectly comfortable on outsourcing public education to for-profit education companies who open public charter schools but run them like a business. (Is it a coincidence that Florida has the second-highest number of for-profit charter schools?) AND WE ARE STILL #47 IN THE COUNTRY!

Florida’s corporate brained Governor Scott already has a program in the state he claims is bringing jobs to Florida called Enterprise Florida which has for years been dumping tax dollars into it and at the same time giving horrendous tax credits to the corporations who are playing the game.

Now once again, Florida is using more tax credits on corporate income taxes and insurance premium taxes for donations to scholarship-funding organizations (SFOs), nonprofits that provide scholarships for low-income students and children in foster care and offer funds for transportation to public schools outside a child’s district. Businesses get a dollar-for-dollar tax credit for SFO contributions, with total credits capped at $559.1 million. Unused credits can be carried forward to the next fiscal year.

They claim this plan proves they are NOT using tax dollars for the voucher scam, however, the shift in income must come from somewhere and with Scott looking at increasing state property taxes to make up for the shortfall, tax dollars are being affected, even if only indirectly.

• Scholarships can be worth up to $5,886, though they may not exceed private school tuition and fees. Transportation grants for public schools are worth up to $500.
• Again, the whole program is geared to “low-income” children which in itself is a form of “segregation”.

Back in 2011, Charter Schools USA, a charter school management company, makes its money charging the school a management fee similar to what happens when you live in an Association development. At that time, that money was a percentage of the $150 million in tax $$ that the state was paying the company to run its 25 Charter schools in Florida. At just one of their schools in Osceola County, Charter Schools USA was paid $822,182 in administration fees for just one year.

I wonder just exactly what you get for those $$! Lack of legislative oversite because the owners are buddies with Bush and most of the legislators who I would remind you, in Florida, are ALLOWED to own or be affiliated with Charter schools while at the same time writing, voting on and passing Charter school legislation. Do you think this is a conflict of interest?

As Bush walks around puffing his chest out at his clever work, you will never hear him talk about the Charter school test scores that were either no better or worse than the public schools. Or that under his program of assigning letter grades to schools based on test scores, a disproportionate number of charters get failing academic letter grades from the state. Or that Florida’s charter sector has been marred by numerous closures of charters — some even during the school year — and repeated financial mismanagement and corruption scandals.

Did you ever hear of your children going to school on a Monday morning and the school is locked up – lock, stock and barrel? Happens with Charter schools all the time.

The standardized test scores that the Bush reforms used to hold schools and districts “accountable” to came from his now-defunct Florida Comprehensive Accountability Test (FCAT) program, which collapsed over the years as the integrity of the test scores were questioned repeatedly by school districts.  In 2012, after a disaster with an FCAT writing test in which only 27 percent of fourth graders scored proficient — down from 81 percent the year before. It wasn’t the first time either.

And don’t think this hasn’t been tried before – the voucher and privatization experiment. In the 1980’s, Chile under the dictator Augusto Pinochet and continued by both liberal and conservative leadership, moved to vouchers and privatization to supposedly offer better education access for all.

In 1995, beloved by many Milton Friedman used Chile as an example as to why the U.S. needed to privatize public education. Thank God, we didn’t take his advice, since the voucher and privatization experiment in Chile resulted in a greater inequality and less educational access.

If you think my thoughts regarding charter/choice/vouchers is a “stand alone” prorogate, read some of the comments made by a DeVos Michigan Charter school (Eagle Crest Charter Academy) (ECCA) board president Brian Polet, and what he has to say in his resignation letter:

“This copy-written, corporate driven education model has been developed by non-teachers and Edu-crats from Washington to Lansing to the detriment of students, parents, taxpayers and local school boards. Without control of curriculum and a limited control of budgets, CC has effectively removed local control from parents and put it the hands of ESPs, the Dept. of Ed and state boards.” 

“As a logical conclusion to this hokum, ECCA has fallen victim to this Soviet-style education. The chaos that has ensued is not the consequence of bad management by NHA, but a result of a flawed educational system.  More disturbing to me is the inability to guarantee the data privacy of our students. Equally troubling is the ability for educational personal to manipulate tests and assessments to move any student into certain fields or vocations and to modify behavior without consent or knowledge of the parent. 

Sadly, as a volunteer I have no “skins” in this game. This puts the board and its individual members at a decided disadvantage against the combined efforts of CMU and NHA. I want no part of a lousy educational mode. With CC, we no longer have the Socratic model of education, but a new Bill Gates vocational schooling for worker bees and drones. Plainly, I have not left education, education has left me and more importantly, our students.” 

Keep in mind that Jeb Bush is also a lap dog to the New World Order!

CONSTITUTION DAY, September 17, 2016

ALL CONGRESSIONAL DECEIVERS SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE NOVEMBER 8, 2016 NO MATTER the PARTY!

Today is the day we as Americans are supposed to be honoring our Constitution – the document true Americans still believe in and false Americans call old, out of date, antiquated, and that it no longer matters.

It is a document that has cemented our country into what has made it a leading force of the world for years. It gave us numerous God given, unalienable rights, not to be trampled on by those who just decide it no longer applies to serve their agenda.

For TRUE, CONSERVATIVE AMERICANS, that document has been the backbone of who and what we are for 229 years. Is there one Socialist, Communist or any other “ist” out there that can prove their idea of a form of government has that kind of strength?

It is a document that maximized our individual liberties and limited our government more than any other document in the history of the world. How did our founders do that – by using the previous failures of the “Old World” clear back to the Magna Carta?

Those men were smart – not to be confused with them not having made previous mistakes or having made them in the future. But when it came to the formation of this country, they certainly knew what was needed to protect our liberties and to make this the greatest country in the world.

How shall we look at some of the things happening in America today? Even Socialist, far left Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL) presented House Resolution 686 in 2009 called “Teach the Constitution Week” which was passed on September 14, 2009.

The bill urges, but does not direct high schools to spend one week each September teaching the United States Constitution to high school seniors and it also encourages students to petition the government on any issue of personal importance to them to demonstrate their understanding of their rights and responsibilities as citizens of the United States.

But the schools around America are not doing this – and why would we wait until our children are 17-18 years of age to fully present our Constitution to them. It is far more detailed than a mere 5 days could ever cover. It is our founding document of which those who want to replace it state it is a “living, breathing” document. No it’s not because if it was a living document that would mean you can change it “willy nilly” whenever individuals would think it necessary.

What are we doing as Americans?  I firmly believe if our children are not aware of what all those courageous individuals took on back in the early 1600’s – to have stepped aboard those ships, having no idea what was ahead of them; no idea what our founders gave up and sacrificed including their lives, they can have no allegiance to something they know nothing about.

Our elected officials along with the illegal Department of Education have seen fit to systematically eliminate most of our history prior to 1845 from our children’s textbooks. It is more important to present our Pre-K and up children “Sexual Education National Standards than about our Constitution, Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence.

What the heck is wrong with us? Have we become so immune to the deceit and corruption taking place within our halls of justice, that it is now the norm?

You say you want term limits – a bill passed to limit the time the elected’s can serve in office. Why? You already have term limits by walking into your local polling place and eliminating the crooks or lifers from office. These elected offices were never meant to be a “profession” to live off of the American people’s dole.

Is it laziness, complacency or just plain giving up thinking that whatever you try to do will not make a difference? Oh yes it will if you would start doing your own research on these corrupt, “go along” politicians and start taking control of your government back. Because if you don’t, it is YOU who have played into the very hands of those who have been conniving for over a hundred years to remove every liberty and right you possess today.

Just who do you think has paid for the elected’s underground, totally equipped bunkers – the Federal government? YOU are the Federal government and it is run and operated by your MONEY! Of which the corrupt individuals who have elected waste to where we now sit with a $20+ TRILLION dollars debt hanging out there.

And since these corrupt and lying elected’s have tried to convenience you that is YOUR debt – it is not!  It is the debt of the CORPORATION that was created to which this country now operates under.

So have any of you taken the time to watch the hearing of Jason Chaffetz or Trey Goudy – the false “we are going to make the American people believe we have this under control and we are going to hold these individuals responsible for their actions”!

We, America, are the laughing stock of the world!

We have individuals who were working under former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that have already admitted that under her direction or someone’s they destroyed servers, one using a hammer – and to make sure their political party deceit club stays in place, the head of the Justice department, Loretta Lynch gives them all immunity, so none of them are talking. One even totally dismissed a subpoena to appear before Congress. And nothing happens!

If it was you or I, we would have been in prison so fast our heads would swim as in the example of the Bundy family or Terry Trussel of Florida.

The Committee on Oversight and Reform is a joke and an affront to the American people. Congress as a whole REFUSED to IMPEACH Obama. Just what is everyone afraid of that they refuse to do their jobs and work by the Oath of Office they took? Or maybe I should ask WHO are they afraid of!

This phony committee called the “Committee on Oversight and Reform” has some of what we call the “chosen, Conservative kids” sitting on the full committee – Chaffetz, head of another phony committee Goudy, DeSantis. Shall I ask at this point ladies and gentlemen, where is your intestinal fortitude – your love of country! Or is it you just like the fame of being an American elected citizen who gets off by screwing the very people who elected you?

Why are you wasting our money and your time having these hearings? To make the American populous believe you are earning your pay?

Many of us have for years been supporters of the Republican Party because they stated they stood for and supported Conservatism and the Christian beliefs we held so dear.

Today this is not the case. Where did the split come from and why? Why did the Republican Party choose to “do their own thing” versus what was best for the American people as a whole? It wasn’t supposed to matter their color, nationality or Christian form of religion, but now, everything surrounds “social justice and political correctness” whatever that is and the American people are left outside looking in.

The debates held for the 2016 Presidential candidates were a joke. The real intense, get to the truth questions were not asked. There were issues in their backgrounds including how they have voted selling Americans down the proverbial river for one and they scratch their heads and wonder how Donald J. Trump has gotten all his support? Or how about their relationships or the people they are taking $$ from. You know they are going to owe favors back to all these big money men just like their free trips to Turkey.

How about that very secret trip that was made last March with approximately 54 private jets flying to the little offshore “Sea Island”, Georgia to figure out how they were going to get rid of Trump? What arrogance! It was flagged as the annual American Enterprise Institute (AEI) forum gathering and I would bet your tax dollars paid for it.

Karl Rove, the weasel, was there, but main stream media wasn’t – go figure! Just what was the main topic although it wasn’t on the original agenda – Trump! Oh yes according to the agenda House Speaker Paul Ryan, House Financial Services Chairman Jeb Hensarling (R-TX) and former Treasury Secretary turned director of the National Economic Council Larry Summers headed up the panel discussion on ““Have Central Banks Gone Too Far?”

Talk about a joke? This is like the pot calling the kettle black or putting the wolf in charge of the chicken coop! These are the very “elected’s” who oversee the spending of the “purse” and spend they do!

Among the thoughtful conversations on income inequality and the refugee crisis abroad, the AEI agenda also revealed natural places for Trump discussion beyond the normal chatter over poached eggs in the morning and tannin-rich wines in the evening. Link

Saturday kicked off with a panel titled “2016: Countdown to November,” with a number of media commentators who have made their opposition to Trump no secret, including Rich Lowry and Ramesh Ponnuru of National Review, AEI Congress-watcher Norm Ornstein, and conservative commentator Michael Barone. At the same time, another panel, “The Next President’s Economic Agenda,” was going on with Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), Sen. Rob Portman (R-Ohio), and current National Economic Council director Gene Sperling, among others.

The weekend also featured conversations with a veritable who’s who in the world of GOP establishment politics and tech. Paul Ryan, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and Gov. Scott Walker (R-Wis.) were all featured speakers, as were Apple CEO Tim Cook, Google’s executive chairman Eric Schmidt and Tesla/SpaceX CEO Elon Musk.

In a room dominated by millionaires and billionaires, there were even discussions about the role of money in politics, with Harvard Law professor Lawrence Lessig squaring off with former George W. Bush ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton in a discussion titled “Money in Politics: Is it the Root of Our Problems and Can it be Fixed?”

Are they serious?  For real? Even bothering to discuss if money is a problem in politics has to be one of the biggest jokes ever played on the American people. If they got rid of the American politicians dream machine and money bag lobbyist’s, things in Washington just might go from corrupt to operating according to the letter of the law.

AEI pays for lawmakers trips for their events to include family members and according to the Congressional ethics rules, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this. I don’t believe it is right or legal for our elected legislators to sit on ALEC writing legislation with businessmen and women and then going back to D.C. to get other legislators to present their work.

Are you ready for this?  They even had a “Conversation with His Holiness the Dalai Lama” titled “Capitalism and Consciousness:  How Free Enterprise Best Serves

Happiness, Dignity and Human Potential”. Just what do you suppose the Dalai Lama knows about this topic? Another talk regarding Americans need to accept the world’s love and peace?

Who are we supposed to trust? Political parties have sent this country down a proverbial path of division of the people of this country, yet when you peel away the fake facade they are all alike – Republicans and Democrats and even the ones who call themselves Christians and they are just using the name as a political mover.

Are you aware that Paul Ryan is a Catholic but supports Planned Parenthood? Did you know his wife is a lifelong – leftist flag flying Democrat? I would venture their pillow talk is interesting. American voters voiced their opinions regarding the selection of Paul Ryan but who listened? Maybe between the two of them they could come up with an explanation as to why tax- payer funded primary votes and caucuses in this election are no longer going to count.

Even the fresh, new glory “All American” boy Ron DeSantis (R-FL) had supported Dan Webster (R-FL) for House Speaker right up until the very end and then changed his vote for Ryan! Why was that? Money, Promises or Threats? Didn’t DeSantis pay attention to the fact Harry Reid was supporting Paul Ryan? Did Ryan pay DeSantis or others for their votes from that $2.4 million he was paid for his TPA yes vote?

The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are being whittled away with each passing day, through intent as well as ignorance – and along with that the protections which were given to us in the form of our God-gifted liberties.

Every branch of our government has failed us and those elected have failed to hold the Constitution in its rightful place as the leading document of the foundation of this country.

As KrisAnne Hall explains in her book Not A Living Breathing Document:  Reclaiming Our Constitution,” our Constitution was not created on a whim and should not be dismissed as dated or irrelevant to modern times. The Constitution and Bill of Rights are the culmination of centuries of hard-won experience. Each block in the foundation of liberty gave us greater protections of our rights.”

So come this November, we have 229 years of Liberty to Protect and Preserve. Time to take care of our “houses” and vote the slime and corruption out of office.

Deceit Is In Place Everywhere and Your Children Are The Tools

In August 2010, former Governors Jeb Bush (FL) and Bob Wise (WVA) through the Foundation for Excellence in Education (FEE), convened the Digital Learning Council to develop the roadmap to integrate current and future technological innovations into public education.

The Digital Learning Council claims they brought together some of the brightest and most respected minds in the United States – all focused on working together to shape the principles and policies of digital learning. This diverse group of leaders hailed from education, government, philanthropy, business, technology and think tanks stating they came together to develop policy actions for local, state and federal lawmakers and policymakers to advance digital learning.

Over the course of five months, the Digital Learning Council met by virtual interaction more than 40 times and covered a wide range of topics, including: student eligibility for digital learning, access to high-quality digital content and instruction, customization and personalization of education such as blended learning, funding models, assessments and accountability.

Florida’s personal Council was referred to as PAGE or Parents Advancing Global Education – Florida 2.0 Digital Learning – The Page Plan Statewide Digital Village. Co-founders were listed as:

 Kim J. Kendall (who run for Thrasher’s seat after he was chosen as the president of Florida State University) who was appointed to serve on the Florida Commissioner of Education’s “Florida 2.0 Digital Learning Group” in the Spring of 2012 which is focused on bringing digital reform to all of Florida’s students. She states she worked on bringing our Florida students into the digital age and finding funding without dipping into the budget! She has served on several committees relating to education.

 Jill Flores is a certified Elementary Education teacher in Florida. She has taught the 5th grade as a Language Arts/Reading teacher for the Duval County School District and is currently supporting the Duval County School District as a Media Specialist. With two children in the public school system, Flores is driven to help the state of Florida transform our education to compete at a global level.

Both women reside in St. John’s County Florida. No others were listed as being a part of this “team” in the beginning. FEE was working behind closed doors through the Florida State Board of Education.

To remind my readers, St. John’s County is where the School Board member Beverly Slough is from – she is the one who sat down to talk to me about how she felt the Common Core Standards were a ‘disaster’ to our children’s education – 4 hours of talking about the disaster of Florida’s education to have her turn around and totally support it. And her married to a minister!

As a parent, I do have to question their reasoning and idea’s in regard to GLOBAL education since there still have NOT been any comparison studies done from one state to another let alone those countries we are supposed to be held up to that justifies our children being in front of a computer for hours every day under a “digital learning atmosphere” no the spending it requires.

Reminder – China, Finland and other countries we are supposed to be learning from are now beginning to forgo some of the things we are being told to use to bring us up to a global standard.

Today, it is very difficult to find any documentation or web site connections to PAGE – the term and logo have been removed and it would seem all is being done entirely through FEE – Jeb Bush’s world. It matters not that he has resigned from all boards including FEE to run for president. He has left behind another traitor – Condoleezza Rice to run things for him in his absence.

No comments as to hold those in Washington, D.C. or their individual state legislators responsible for playing Russian Roulette with our children’s education for years. No mention of the likes of Marc Tucker and his educational ideas leading America to “COLLECTIVISM/ TOTALITARISM” versus “INDIVIDUALISM through the indoctrination of our children thru education.

Isn’t it interesting how the so called “Conservative” men and women of America now feel comfortable enough to ‘come out’ as they say, and show their true colors as to the goals that have been set for America.

THINGS I KNOW FOR SURE –  

God is Crying! His people are wandering in a world of self – “It’s all about me”!

Over the past 24 hours California has had over 100 earthquakes from 0.6 – 4.1. Michigan of all places had one this month at 4.2.; at 4:45 am today 5/22 Maine had a rare 2.1 quake; and over the past 48 hours the whole of the West coast of the United States has moved on at least a 4.0 magnitude level or greater.  A large share of these is natural especially all the ones they have had in Nepal, but the man-made induced ones are a serious concern. An April 2015 a USGS report found the increase in seismicity has been found to coincide with the injection of wastewater in deep disposal wells in several locations, including Colorado, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Ohio.

Much of this wastewater is a byproduct of oil and gas production and is routinely disposed of by injection into wells specifically designed and approved for this purpose. It’s called hydraulic fracturing or “fracking”. Things are moving.

I now know our elected officials are “Political Prostitutes” (PP) continuing to waste our money and pass legislation to push forward their massive lie regarding Global Warming. Now all over the country individual community unelected city and county councils are trying to gain control over all our water.
I refer to their corporate buddies in crime as “corporate whores” whose greed has taken over their very being demanding control of every aspect of our lives.

I know morality and values were this country’s greatest strength – John Adams said, “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other”. I don’t care what the atheists are trying to make you believe. This country was founded on Godly teaching which is why it was one of the main things the Communists knew they had to change – our morals and values.

The United States of America is now a dictatorship because our PP have over the years deliberately set us up not as a country, but a mass of corporations from every town, village, city, county, state – including the federal government! You ask why the elected ones are not following the Constitution – they work for us? No they don’t – they haven’t since 1871.

I know the difference between “The Constitution of the united states of America” (a republic) and “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” (a corporation) because when I went to school they still taught us how to learn – not to be indoctrinated.

I know Congress committed TREASON against the People, who were considered Sovereign under the Declaration of Independence and the organic Constitution. I also know that every elected PP since them has at some point learned we are not operating as a Republic.

I know we have allowed ourselves to be manipulated and indoctrinated into the touchy-feely world believing what we want is far more important than what we need.

I know God has become an afterthought only to remembered when we need something.

I know we have clergy with yellow stripes running down their backs because they don’t preach the truth of what is happening for fear of losing donations from some heavy donating liberal.

I know we have clergy who are preaching a “prosperity” form of religion and oh how Jesus hated the money changers. They distort the words of the bible to suit whatever social agenda comes along even to the point of trying to convince we Christians we pray to the same God as Muslims.

I know Evil has overtaken country not to mention the world as a whole. It is hanging over us like a deep, dark veil with a stink that burns your very soul.

I know Barack Hussein Obama is NOT the Chosen One – he just thinks he is! He is a puppet as most PP’s are.

Our world is being dominated by corrupt MEN/WOMEN whose only focus in life is MONEY – POWER – CONTROL! I almost want to still be alive to watch as they try to take over the world in their New World Order and self-destruct while fighting to see who will be on top – all of these political prostitutes and corporate whores cannot be in control at the same time. It will be like an eating frenzy.

I know these individuals and more like them are liars by their actions and the words they speak! Karl Rove, Dick Morris, Dick Armey, Colin Powell, Jeb Bush, George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush, Bill Gates, Clinton’s Newt Gingrich, Dick Chaney, Condoleezza Rice, governors and elected legislators and many others– are evil, some so deeply ingrained in the worship of Lucifer they no longer can see any light! Their eyes are dull and their smiles tainted.

But they will certainly try to get your support and/or vote by telling you they are Christian and Conservative. But they are liars!

I know most Minister’s, Priest’s and Rabbis are following a false God called 501 (c) (3) not willing to stand-up and speak out for HIM who they are supposed to be serving or those whom they are to be guiding and leading – look at Rick Warren – Joel Osteen and many others. The Jesuit Pope – listen to what is coming out of his mouth!
I know Islam is evil and their GOD is nothing like my GOD as Rick Warren would have you believe – my GOD does not wish all those who do not believe in HIM should be dead. Jesus never ask his people to murder those who don’t believe in him just because they don’t believe – if that were true there wouldn’t be any Jews alive today.
Always remember when they talk about honoring Islam as a religion and Sharia the enforcing part of that religion – Islam is NOT a religion but a social and political ideology. A way of life so to speak.

Many so called conservatives co-opted the initial intentions of the Tea Party movement – I guess it was easier to let others decide what we were all about! Many of those groups are funded by those who are actually our foes in “sheep’s clothing” – others are just plain greedy taking our donations in masses to live “high on the hog”.

We worked ourselves to death to get the Congress majority to Republican and they have done NOTHING to protect the American people, but have continually gone along with Obama and the left and refused to defund his policies and activities.

Do you still believe if a republican candidate tells you he is a conservative and loves God you believe him without checking him or her out?

Is your next updated cell phone more important than the communist actions that have stolen your constitutional liberties? Is family important to you or just a bothersome detail?

Are you a sheeple or a God fearing, Constitution loving, stand-up American who will do everything in your power to preserve and defend the United States of America?

I personally will not accept anything less nor should you – no excuses – anyone elected to any office in this country will have to PROVE to me they are a God fearing, Constitutional trusting individuals – all are politicians, with the exception of about six I can name and are currently speaking “double-speak” and that is nothing but lies!

Example – we have 3 men – governors – who whole heartedly were out there supporting the Common Core Standards and Jeb Bush, but now that they have decided to throw their 2 cents into the Presidential ring – they have recanted to give the appearance they are now on the side of all the parents who have been fighting this monster.  Mike Huckabee – the most disgusting as a supposed man of God; Scott Walker and Bobby Jindal.

Example – Ted Cruz has been talking a good talk, but what about his past and that of his wife? It is a proven fact that many “first” ladies have had a lot of influence on what comes out of the White House. Is he another Republican plant? A good-looking talker who for you, always seems to say the right things at the right times?

Cruz spent a good portion of his early career working for President George W. Bush — first as a legal policy adviser to the Bush-Cheney campaign in 2000, then as part of the recount team in Florida (remember that election?). He was the Department of Justice coordinator for the Bush-Cheney transition team and then spent six months as Associate Deputy Attorney General at the DOJ. But his longest stretch of work for Bush was at the Federal Trade Commission from 2001-03 at the Office of Policy Planning as the director. In 2003 he left to become the Solicitor General of Texas on Bush’s recommendation.

Cruz was a relatively unknown when he ran for the Senate and had spent the last several years writing op-eds and making speeches for conservative think tanks. Few knew much about him; he’d held some appointments at the federal level, courtesy of Bush, and been Texas solicitor general—but aside from the most superficial resemblance to Tea Party crush Marco Rubio, that was about it as far as his credentials went. Cruz had never run for any office, but he’d spent a lot of time with the hard right.

I heard the statement made “Oh he’s a good guy – his father is a minister”. Our ministers today are not all “good guys” having been rather taken by the almighty $$.

If you are beginning to wake up you will see has been a political star of the Bush family as he was not that well-known in Texas when he decided to run for office. George W. Bush was the first to give him a huge endorsement and then had the added assistance of George P. Bush (Jeb’s son) in pulling in the Hispanic Republicans of Texas.

His wife, Heidi Cruz, has worked at the investment banking firm of Merrill Lynch since 2005 and will take a leave of absence to campaign with her husband. Heidi Cruz also has a formidable political résumé. She previously was the director for the Western Hemisphere at the National Security Council and worked at the Treasury Department. She graduated from Harvard Business School and Claremont McKenna College.

Heidi was an active member of the Council on Foreign Relations until June, 2011 on a 5-year “term membership” program.

Her time at the CFR cannot go unnoticed as during her term at the CFR Heidi Cruz served on a task force that in 2005 wrote “Building a North American Community,” a report from CFR on relations between the United States, Mexico and Canada which in actuality they were referring to the work to put in place the “North American Union” (NAU) a baby George W. Bush was heavily pushing and Obama has now taken up the reigns.

Heidi’s bio on this report states: HEIDI S. CRUZ* is an energy investment banker with Merrill Lynch in Houston, Texas. She served in the Bush White House under Dr. Condoleezza Rice as the Economic Director for the Western Hemisphere at the National Security Council, as the Director of the Latin America Office at the U.S. Treasury Department, and as Special Assistant to Ambassador Robert B. Zoellick, U.S. Trade Representative. Prior to government service, Ms. Cruz was an investment banker with J.P. Morgan in New York City.

There is also a notation on the document – Note: Task Force members participate in their individual and not institutional capacities. * The individual has endorsed the report and submitted an additional or a dissenting view.

This is no small matter – you cannot serve on a task force and help write something as important as this and not believe in what you are doing. I don’t care what anyone says. You cannot serve more than one master!

The real danger here folks is once again our elected “prostitutes” have gotten in bed with big corporations, seeking to serve multi-national business interests aligned to the fast-track authority to push through Congress without debate or amendments anything regarding the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TIP) which when put in place will be an even bigger job killer of America than NAFTA ever thought off. The NAU is part of this along with the future New World Order.

After all the free information passed along to friends and foes – many still do not want to know or hear the truth – choosing rather to ignore the information thinking it will all go away and they won’t have to deal with it.

“THEY”, Monsanto knows infants and young children are more sensitive to the toxins found in GMOs and they are weakening their immune systems.

“THEY” are creating vaccinations which are killing and/or leaving our children with weak immune systems and at the very least Autistic – a proven medical fact. Why is it when one child is murdered by a violent person, as a culture, we put forth anger, hatred, and punishment towards such a sick person. Yet when there is documented evidence that proves, beyond any doubt, that hundreds, and likely thousands of infants, are murdered every year by vaccines in this country, we consider it to be good public policy?

Our children are being given RFID’s by the schools to monitor them – are we in NAZI Germany?

Our children are singing songs wishing people who are against Obama or Mother Earth would die! They have been taught the animals are more important than humans!

What kind of a nation have we become that our people are so indoctrinated and brainwashed they will not even do their own research to know for a fact that every Communist country has always killed three-quarters of the people by first taking their guns and the other quarter spend the rest of their lives as “worker-bees”!
We do not protest when our President tells us we are to “honor” the UN when they are the force behind our destruction!

• HR 5 legislation creates the radical transformation of tax collection through the assigned destruction and hostile takeover of our local neighborhood schools.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, this “new course” that you are forcing on the states will end in Constitutional chaos.

• HR 5 removes Constitutional states’ rights sovereignty.
• HR 5 redefines parent and removes parental rights over the upbringing of their children.
• HR 5 subjugates state legislatures under blatantly false pretenses about state and local control.
• HR 5 presents choice vouchers defined as “direct student services,” as a means to control private and religious schools and phase out public schools.
• • HR 5 would transform ALL SCHOOLS into government schools. Has every state ceded the land that these schools occupy, turning them into federal lands? If the states have not ceded the land to the federal government, the federal government’s jurisdiction is determined to be severely limited, unless altered drastically by the state legislature. REPRESENTATIVE KLINE Who “Grubered” your HR 5 and consigned the states to federal takeover?

• HR 5 forces private and religious schools to provide services through an APPROVED state list of providers eliminating the freedom for private and religious schools to teach students to their own standards and select their own curriculum.
• HR 5 forces private and religious schools to provide non-cognitive mental health areas of personality development and interventions whereby proficiency levels in the social, emotional, and behavioral domain are scored to a criterion resulting in violations of privacy under the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment, federal law, state law, and civil rights laws.
• HR 5 uses choice vouchers to dissolve the public school system through the exodus of (departure of) Choice, Title I, at-risk students who disengage from the public school and enter a private or religious school. Public schools are presently represented by locally elected school board members in the United States. The destruction of our neighborhood public school system undermines the power and authority of property tax provisions and elected school board representation on the local level, representation which financially supports local education agencies.
• HR 5 provides for the expansion of charter schools as the sanctioned alternative for schooling. As you, Representative Kline, must know, charter schools are a system of schooling without elected boards. They use public tax monies regulated by federal government mandates, standards, assessment and teacher remediation with data tracking and trafficking and re-education toward Common Core standards.
• HR 5 by design eliminates local and state representative government by removing the states’ rights and local control of education and surrenders our children’s education and future to the dictates of the federal government.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, H.R. 5 is a Constitutional Crisis in the Making.

• HR 5 requires that states legislatively surrender their rights over education in order to receive Title I funds.
• HR 5 removes the parents as the final arbiters in the upbringing of their children, and wrestles control of private and religious education through federal encroachment as explained below.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, quoting from your HR 5 legislation, on page 552, you stipulate the criteria for removing the state legislature’s constitutional power, rights, and responsibilities as follows:

Subpart 4—Restoration of State Sovereignty Over Public Education and Parental Rights Over the Education of Their Children

‘‘SEC. 6561. STATES TO RETAIN RIGHTS AND AUTHORITIES

THEY DO NOT EXPRESSLY WAIVE.

‘‘(a) RETENTION OF RIGHTS AND AUTHORITIES.— No officer, employee, or other authority of the Secretary shall enforce against an authority of a State, nor shall any authority of a State have any obligation to obey, any requirement imposed as a condition of receiving assistance under a grant program established under this Act, nor shall such program operate within a State, unless the legislature of that State shall have by law expressly approved that program and, in doing so, HAVE waived the State’s rights and authorities to act inconsistently with any requirement that might be imposed by the Secretary as a condition of receiving that assistance.” (Emphasis added)

“(b) AMENDMENT OF TERMS OF RECEIPT OF FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

An officer, employee, or other authority of the Secretary may release assistance under a grant program established under this Act to a State only after the legislature of the State has by law expressly approved the program (as described in sub- section (a)). This approval may be accomplished by a vote to affirm a State budget that includes the use of such Federal funds and any such State budget must expressly include any requirement imposed as a condition of receiving assistance under a grant program established under this Act so that by approving the budget, the State legislature is expressly approving the grant program and, in doing so, waiving the State’s rights and authorities to act inconsistently with any requirement that might be imposed by the Secretary as a condition of receiving that assistance.” (Emphasis added)

The passage of your bill out of committee to be voted on by the entire House of Representatives by February 24 must be stopped. The HR 5 Reauthorization of ESEA, amending No Child Left Behind, must be stopped because the provisions inherent in this legislation are egregious and lack Constitutional authority. Passage of H.R. 5 will bring about the destruction of the United States system of public education as well as the radical transformation of representative government both at the state and local level.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, these states’ rights issues have not been discussed at your hearings. Is each state legislature aware of the fact that these measures, hidden in federal and state statute, will remove their state’s guaranteed rights under the Constitution? Will each state, including your own state of Minnesota, have to amend its own state constitution to comply with HR-5?

Several states have recently added language in their state statutes that in effect cedes jurisdiction to the federal government.

REPRESENTATIVE KILNE, have you advised the following states of the impact of the HR 5 legislation:   (add your state information here)

Florida 2014 Statute Title XLVIII, K-20 EDUCATION CODE, Chapter 1008,

ASSESSMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY 1008.33 Authority to enforce public school improvement

(1) The State Board of Education shall comply with the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), 20 U.S.C. ss. 6301 et seq., its implementing regulations, and the ESEA flexibility waiver approved for Florida by the United States Secretary of Education. The state board may adopt rules to maintain compliance with the ESEA and the ESEA flexibility waiver. (Emphasis added)

(2)(a) Pursuant to subsection (1) and ss. 1008.34, 1008.345, and 1008.385, the State Board of Education shall hold all school districts and public schools accountable for student performance. The state board is responsible for a state system of school improvement and education accountability that assesses student performance by school, identifies schools that are not meeting accountability standards, and institutes appropriate measures for enforcing improvement.

Proposed rule changes (2013) for school grades also include a revision of the participation rate calculation to comply with the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) and extension of the one-letter-grade-drop limit as a continued measure to ease Florida’s transition to Common Core in accountability systems. (Emphasis added)

Pennsylvania has currently proposed legislation, HB 168, Sec. 121(a) (Representative Tobash), that states it will comply to federal ESEA legislation and future ESEA legislation:

“The Department of Education shall develop and implement Keystone Exams in [the following subjects:]……..as required by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (Public Law 107-110, 115 Stat. 1425) or any successor statute.”(lines 17, 18, 19 ) (Emphasis added)

Oklahoma, in an effort to stop Common Core, the Oklahoma legislature’s passage of House Bill 3399, Sec. 11-103.6a 4 (page 18) with the purpose to remove Common Core Standards, defined in their bill that they would succumb to ESEA federal law:

“Upon the effective date of this act, the State Board of Education shall seek certification from the State Regents for Higher Education that the subject matter standards for English Language Arts and Mathematics which were in place prior to the revisions adopted by the Board in June 2010 are college-and career-ready as defined in the Federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) Flexibility document issued by the United States Department of Education.” (emphasis added)

The Oklahoma legislature codified Common Core through ESEA and gave up its state’s rights authority by surrendering education and students to federal control.

Indiana’s supposed departure from Common Core in HB 1427, (Sec. 14.5(a) C, page 9) also surrenders its state’s rights in order to comply with federal standards.

“Provides that the state board shall implement educational standards that use the common core standards as the base model for academic standards to the extent necessary to comply with federal standards to receive a Flexibility Waiver. ” (emphasis added)

South Carolina’s bill, H3893, (Sec 3, section 59-18-325, (C)(1) passed to stop Common Core and the Smarter Balanced Test is yet another example of a state surrendering its state’s rights over education and students to the federal government. In fact this law restores Common Core:

“The summative assessment must assess students in English/language arts and mathematics, including those students as required by the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and by Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. [For purposes of this subsection, ‘English/language arts’ includes English, reading, and writing skills as required by existing state standards.” [NOTE: The existing State standards are Common Core.] (Emphasis added)

The state of Washington is yet another example. Reference Senate Bill 6030, (Sec 6, (4)(a) page 16, lines 17-20):

“..and shall not conflict with requirements contained in Title I of the federal elementary and secondary education act of 1965, or the requirements of the Carl D. Perkins vocational education 20 act of 1998, each as amended.” (Emphasis added)

(Has your state done this and given all authority over to the Federal Government through total compliance of ESEA Federal Legislation? Time to check)

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, have these states been apprised of the devious design in HR 5 to take away states’ rights granted under the 10th Amendment to the Constitution?

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, why have your hearings not discussed the aspect of the “direct student services” that is defined as PUBLIC SCHOOL CHOICE FOR ALL PRIVATE AND RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS? Why have these services not been discussed…services that each private and religious school MUST “provide on an equitable basis” to meet the individual needs of each child who receives a SUPER VOUCHER? Why does the state require that private or religious schools MUST use “approved academic tutoring services as determined by a provider on a State approved list”? Schools will be subjected to discrimination charges if they deny matriculation of a Title I child even if they cannot financially support the OPEN-ENDED direct services mandated in HR 5, as explained below — even if it bankrupts them.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, why is “meaningful choice” defined as complying to state standards (Common Core) and interventions identified for each “at-risk” child receiving the following services: Special Education, instructional support services, counseling, mentoring, one-to-one tutoring, and other benefits for the Title I child? Why is there wording that mandates that a private or religious school MUST comply with the Civil Rights Act, (the school cannot deny admittance to a Title I choice child) 504 Rehabilitation Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, (MUST administer services for mental health disabilities), IDEA (MUST administer behavioral screening, response to interventions, positive behavioral interventions and supports, mental health wrap-around, BILLABLE MEDICAID SERVICES, mental health services or specialized student support services), General Education Provisions Act (GEPA).

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, you know full well that HR 5 will codify the Family Education Rights in Privacy Act (FERPA). This important Act, as it stands now, has been totally gutted due to President Obama’s Executive Order, EO 12866, January, 2012. FERPA now allows personally identifiable information on the student to be released without informed written parental consent. This personally identifiable information on the students includes anecdotal, psychological observations, analysis, and reeducation interventions in the affective domain by teachers, all tracked and trafficked.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, why must private and religious schools provide the following specialized Instructional support on an equitable basis with public school students?

Services defined as school counselors, social workers, school psychologists, or other qualified professional personnel providing assessment, diagnosis, counseling education, therapeutic and other necessary services defined in Sec. 602 IDEA, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, when in fact Common Core has been expanded into the mental health personal trait standards defined as social, emotional, and behavioral weaknesses now coded as a disability?

The State Education Agency names an ombudsman, “an official appointed to investigate individuals’ complaints against mal administration, especially that of public authorities,” for the following equitable services in each private and religious school: monitoring and enforcement requirements of private and religious schools, including reeducation in the affective domain. Obviously, under HR-5 the SEA will operate independently with no accountability to the state legislature which has surrendered its authority and responsibility over education and the students.

Referring to the concept of Title I funds that will “follow the child” and the super voucher called “direct student services”: the Title I fund that “follows the child” is going directly to every child, bypassing state government. No one at the public hearings explained that CHOICE, TITLE I FUNDS “FOLLOWING THE ‘at-risk’ CHILD” would be used to destroy the financial base of public schools which have elected school boards and are funded by local tax dollars. HR 5 is purposely designed to destroy the traditional public school system.

Furthermore, REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, there are scores of pages in your ESEA legislation that would expand CHARTER SCHOOLS OPERATING WITHOUT BOARDS ELECTED BY THE TAXPAYERS AS THEIR REPRESENTATIVES. THIS IS A SET UP FOR CHARTER SCHOOL TAKEOVER OF ALL EDUCATION with charter school authorizers to control private and religious schools. Yet, no one explained HOW these Title I funds “following” a CHOICE, TITLE I “at risk” CHILD will impact the intrusion into private and religious schools, which will be forced into all of the mandates that come with Common Core implementation and EVERY CHILD identified and funded through Title I and thereby subverting the mission of the private and religious school.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, you have crafted HR 5 behind closed doors and put it on the fast track to correspond to the “spitball” known as the ESEA Reauthorization.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, your HR 5 merged with the Senate version of ESEA REAUTHORIZATION will NATIONALIZE EDUCATION BYPASSING LOCAL CONTROL AND STATE CONTROL, ELIMINATING LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT, THE HALLMARK OF A FREE SOCIETY.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, your “super vouchers” cannot buy our children. No government can deny parents their God-given rights over their children. (Pierce vs Sisters, 1925) Are you really requiring parents to waive their rights?

Similar to the waivers HR 5 requires of the states? If so, we demand that you immediately produce the waiver by which parents would sign their children over to the federal government! Explain that one to God…and your own grandchildren.

In 1990 a federal investigation was completed against the Pennsylvania Department of Education, after filing a federal complaint against the Educational Quality Assessment, EQA, & the US Department of Education’s National Assessment of Educational Progress, NAEP, under the Protection of Pupils Rights Amendment. Forced the Pennsylvania EQA to be withdrawn. Forced the US Department of Education to do their job to investigate the psychological testing of children without informed written parental consent. NAEP was never investigated because the Department said I didn’t have standing, although documents had proven that NAEP did experimental research & used different states to pilot their agenda by embedding their test questions into the Pennsylvania EQA as well as other state tests.
