LIBERTY!

Once again I have to apologize to my readers. We took a long, well deserved vacation visiting family, a convention and a bit of genealogy wandering through several cemeteries old in New England.

While gone I got a major sinus infection which knocked me for a loop and we actually came back early. We will be off again the end of September and I can’t wait for that trip and tell my education followers about who I visited with. I am at this point in anticipation, excited about the coming trip.

The following is an article I wrote earlier this week and it was published on the CapitolHillInsider.com. I hope you all understand the point I was trying to get across – some of the readers did not, but then they never do.

Back fresh from a very well-deserved vacation, I woke up this morning to find certain so-called news agencies believing we are celebrating the Constitution today rather than the Declaration of Independence. One agency even having George Washington sitting on his horse at Gettysburg.

I was surprised that some of them weren’t telling us today was the national holiday of Beer, Hot Dogs and Hamburg’s and Fireworks!

It is sad to note so many Americans have so little regard for our country including our elected officials. On the brink of celebrating our 241st birthday, we had seven congressmen who voted against Kate’s Law.

How do you vote against the safety and welfare of your citizens over those who are here, not only illegally, but have committed crimes and murdered citizens of our own country?

George Washington and many of the founders have been quoted enough for people to know how they felt about this country and what they saw her future to be.

America has always been a compassionate country and at the same time selfless, but that never meant the welfare of the people of this country didn’t come first.

Eight months before he was elected to be our first president, George Washington wrote to Francis Van der Kemp, “I had always hoped that this land might become a safe & agreeable Asylum to the virtuous & persecuted part of mankind, to whatever nation they might belong.” He went on to clarify that he welcomed “persons of moderate property, who are determined to be sober, industrious & virtuous members of Society.”

This doesn’t sound like a man who was willing to fill this country with those who would murder us or even take over our country.

Washington was like a coach handpicking the best players for his team, unashamed of stocking the nation’s vast lands with those who would most benefit the United States.

Just remember when Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (Fla.),  Carlos Curbelo (Fla.), Mario Diaz-Balart (Fla.), Dan Donovan (N.Y.), Peter King (N.Y.), Dave Reichert (Wash.) and Justin Amash (Mich.) run for office again, they are willing to take your hard earned money in the form of salaries, pensions and healthcare (which I remind you they were unwilling to participate in Obamacare), but they are not willing to protect you and your families over illegals. And all seven are Republicans.

It is no wonder with the lack of interest in truly vetting candidates that this country is in the mess it is.

Those who follow some of these rags would most likely say what is the difference whether we are celebrating the Constitution or the Declaration of Independence? Who cares, it’s just another holiday. But if they truly cared about their country, they would make sure the truth is always presented.

Some always come up with reasons they think our country isn’t perfect – what country is? They are all run by humans who error and cheat on a regular basis.

Why is it important to remember the Declaration of Independence came before the Constitution on July 4, 1776? Because the 2 documents gave Americans specific things.

The Declaration of Independence gave us the source of our POWER which comes from the PEOPLE. Our RIGHTS declaring, we are all created EQUAL, and that those rights come from our CREATOR and with that we are endowed with certain UNALIENABLE RIGHTS and among those are LIFE, LIBERTY and the pursuit of HAPPINESS.

Hey Hollywood, try living in North Korea, Russia, Saudi Arabia or even Canada like you said you were going to and see if you have these things!

Some historians would have you believe King George III was a good guy and compared to most of his predecessors he was. England was constantly being plagued by Kings who were greedy, wanting to finance their own adventures through the taxation of the people.  It really wasn’t so different than it is now with our lawmakers.

If you remember, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were so well written because of the history of rights and wrongs which had been carried out against the English people since the early 1100’s.

King John, popularized by the tale of Robin Hood and Hollywood (who by the way was not robbing the rich and giving to the poor, but returning oppressive taxes back into to the hands of the people), took over while his brother Richard the Lion-Heart was fighting in the Crusades.

It was said of King John that he “plundered his own people”, he was “cruel towards all men” and “Hell itself was fouled by the presence of John”.  In 1207 King John introduced the first income tax in England.  Taxation at that time was established at one thirteenth of “rents and moveable property”.   Taxes were collected locally by sheriffs and administered by the Exchequer.  His brutal policies and excessive taxation brought him into conflict with his barons, the land and business owners. Taxes imposed by King John were excessive to the point of oppression.  This made no difference to the King as these taxes served to double his income for each year, and served to finance his adventures.  Though the taxes levied by John were excessive, he is most known for his punishments against defaulters.

When I read about King John he reminds me of the way things are being done throughout our government today – the only difference is, today it is being carried out by 535+ King John’s with no real regard for the people they say they are serving. Everything is mouth service!

John was ruthless, showing favor only to those who suited his needs (lobbyists).  King John’s excessive and ruthless taxation lead to a rebellion of the barons resulting in the adoption of the Magna Carta.  The Magna Carta of 1215 made the King promise that no taxes except the regular feudal dues were to be levied, and except by the consent of the Great Council, or Parliament.

It was the Magna Carta which laid out a great deal of the wording of both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.

The Constitution gave us the Preamble declaring it is “We the People” – not the states that are in control. The people, not any other entity or authority, are the source of governmental power under the Constitution.

The purpose of each document is important in that the Declaration of Independence gave the reasons for our separation from England and explained how the PEOPLE were to control government. The Constitution laid out our form of government.

Sadly, those who wish to turn our country into a One World Government have had enough influence on our children’s education or lack of, with the elimination of any history prior to 1865 being presented to our children, they are slowly ruining our country. Liberal publishers have been allowed to eliminate facts, distort information, give more fodder to liberal history over Republican and more space to Islam religion than Christian.

If our young Americans had been properly educated regarding these founding documents and the founders themselves, they would never even think about following a man like Bernie Sanders for President of this country. They wouldn’t have had to make up excuses as to why Ted Cruz was eligible to be President.

It doesn’t matter that on September 14, 2009, the U.S. House passed H.RES 686, Rep. Alan Grayson -D (FL) referred to as the “Teach the Constitution Week” bill.  The problem is the bill doesn’t mandate or demand high schools are to spend just one week each September teaching the United States Constitution to high school seniors – the bill urges them to do so. It also encouraged students to petition the government on an issue of personal importance to them to demonstrate their understanding of their rights and responsibilities as citizens of the United States.

How can our up and coming students petition the government on an issue of personal importance to them to demonstrate their understanding of their rights and responsibilities as citizens of the United States if they don’t even understand what is covered within the Constitution or the Declaration of Independence. Today they go around assuming this or that to make sure they have their liberty and rights, but they have no idea they already have them firmly planted within those documents.

Why are we not requiring History to be taught, especially American History, more than one week in September and why are we waiting until their high school years?

Grayson’s bill was a “smoke and mirrors” move to appease the parents and educators who were complaining our children were NOT being taught the founding documents. And they still are not!

Why has a traditionally “core subject”, which was ranked in the same academic hierarchy as English, Science, and Math for decades, been silenced in thousands of American classrooms?

For starters, you can go and read the “1934 Conclusions and Recommendations of the Carnegie Committee – American Historical Assoc. Investigation of the Social Studies in the Schools” and if that doesn’t show you what has been happening try “Research About Teaching and Learning – 1st & 2nd Editions“.

But parents I’m not here to punish you, so as an alternative, if you read this small wonderful 47 page booklet “Back to Basics Reform” it will lay out the groundwork as to the ruination of our children’s education and the demise of our country as we know it because of it.

Bluntly put, America’s schools are dangerously obsolete. Instead of teaching students to be critical thinkers and problem-solvers, we are asking them to memorize facts for multiple choice tests. This problem isn’t limited to low-income school districts: even our top schools aren’t teaching or testing the skills that matter most.

Critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication, the top three skills are not being taught in America’s public schools.

Rather than being equipped with the skills to formulate their own conclusions, or solve a problem that may have multiple solutions, students are taught to regurgitate data that has been drummed into their heads in a school classroom. Any classroom these days whether it is public, charter, private or pushed by vouchers. It is the lack of GREAT information that is being left out.

They may be able to tell you when the Declaration of Independence was signed, but why it was signed or what it meant for the history of the world eludes them. (And judging by students’ scores on civics tests, they may not even know the date for the signing.)

I cannot encourage parents enough to begin Home Schooling their children. Charter schools and vouchers are being drummed into everyone’s heads because it still gives the government and others CONTROL over the Education and Future of your children.

Someone please explain to me what good it does to send your child to a “Classical Charter School” or Private school by a Voucher when they are still using Common Core aligned curriculum and standardized tests?

At the same time, I do NOT support Mike Huckabee’s “Learn Our History” series. Not only are the reviews bad, the series are very expensive. I cannot support a man such as Huckabee who couldn’t wait to align himself with Jeb Bush and the Common Core Agenda, then as a minister lies to his TV audience’s as to no longer supporting CC and 2 months later has lunch with the CCSSO telling them to preserve the CC by “renaming or rebranding” it and soon enough parents won’t even know their children are still using it. Today is about our LIFE, LIBERTY and the pursuit of HAPPINESS and you have had these since July 4, 1776. The fact some Americans and foreigners want to turn those three things into something else is an entirely different issue.

We are 50 FREE and INDEPENDENT STATES – not a ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT for King Georges to rule over us.

Read the Declaration of Independence at least once a week to fully understand what was given to you. No country is perfect, but you will NEVER find one that is any better than this one.

CIA Supporting the Islamic Indoctrination of Our Children

Our Children Do Become What They Are Taught! This is why it is so important to pay attention to what is being FED to our children and who is behind it.

OBUMMER3A declassified US intelligence report from the Pentagon that was released earlier this year, reveals that Western support for Syria’s rebels aided and abetted the rise of the ‘Islamic State’. The report included high-level confirmation that the US-led strategy in Syria contributed directly to the rise of the Islamic State (IS).

The document shows that in coordination with the Gulf states and Turkey, the West intentionally sponsored violent Islamist groups to destabilize Assad, and that these “supporting powers” desired the emergence of a “Salafist Principality” in Syria to “isolate the Syrian regime.”

We have not been given a choice in this war – Assad or ISIS!

Despite anticipating that Western, Gulf state and Turkish support for the “Syrian opposition” — which included al-Qaeda in Iraq — could lead to the emergence of an ‘Islamic State’ in Iraq and Syria (ISIS), the document provides no indication of any decision to reverse the policy of support to the Syrian rebels.

Among the batch of documents obtained by Judicial Watch through a federal lawsuit, released earlier this week, a US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) document then classified as “secret,” is dated 12th August 2012.

Some outlets have reported the US intelligence community’s internal prediction of the rise of ISIS. Yet none have accurately acknowledged the disturbing details exposing how the West knowingly fostered a sectarian, al-Qaeda-driven rebellion in Syria.

Noting that “the Salafist”, the Muslim Brotherhood, and AQI al-Qaeda in Iraq are the major forces driving the insurgency in Syria,” the document states that “the West, Gulf countries, and Turkey support the opposition,” while Russia, China and Iran “support the Assad regime.”

In a section titled ‘The Future Assumptions of the Crisis,’ the DIA report predicts that while Assad’s regime will survive, retaining control over Syrian territory, the crisis will continue to escalate “into proxy war.”

The document also recommends the creation of “safe havens under international sheltering, similar to what transpired in Libya when Benghazi was chosen as the command center for the temporary government.”

According to Brad Hoff, a former US Marine who served during the early years of the Iraq War and as a 9/11 first responder at the Marine Corps Headquarters Battalion in Quantico from 2000 to 2004, the just released Pentagon report for the first time provides stunning affirmation that: “US intelligence predicted the rise of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL or ISIS), but instead of clearly delineating the group as an enemy, the report envisions the terror group as a US strategic asset.”

In the past several weeks 2,000 fighters, 250 vehicles and hundreds of tons of ammo has been sent from Turkey to Islamic terrorists in Syria giving Britain cause to enter the war. US  Rep. Tulsi Gabbard’s warning to the American people about the Obama regimes actions said: “Russia’s installation of their anti-aircraft missile-defense system increases that possibility of — whether it’s intentional or even an accidental event — where one side may shoot down the other side’s plane, and that’s really where the potential is for this devastating nuclear war.”

Russian Death PlaneNow Putin has ordered Russia’s Ilyushin-80 giant command and control aircraft designated for use during nuclear war (otherwise known as the “Doomsday plane”) to prepare for worldwide war operations within a fortnight after military intelligence analysts discovered a “beyond staggering” plot by United States and Turkish government factions to bring down Turkey’s President Recep Erdogan and replace him with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) “designated figurehead” Fethullah Gulen—while at the same time utilizing Islamic State terrorists as “leverage”.

 

As if this information is not enough, another recently released document shows how the CIA is attempting to control the flip of the Turkish government and the Middle East oil while supporting Fethullah Gulen and his Charter schools here in America.

What is wrong with our parents that they put their children into schools they know nothing about the leaders except it is a “Charter” school. With charters failing at an amazing rate, you would think they would think twice about putting their children in these schools. But, no…..

So what does Putin ordering his Ilyushin-80 giant command and control aircraft designated for use during nuclear war as the “Doomsday plane” to prepare for worldwide war operations have to do with Turkish Gulen Charter schools?

Military intelligence analysts discovered a “beyond staggering” plot by United States and Turkish government factions to bring down Turkey’s President Recep Erdogan and replace him with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) “designated figurehead” Fethullah Gulen—while at the same time utilizing Islamic State terrorists as “leverage”.

This plot to overthrow the current government of Turkey by the CIA was first started in 2008 by the US military-intelligence establishment supported think tank American Enterprise Institute (AEI) whose board members are a “who’s who” of American military connected individuals, including former US Vice President Richard Cheney, and whose research papers advocated the United States creating what they call a “moderate Muslim” majority in the Middle East to battle Islamic extremists and whose target nation for this action was Turkey.

Aiding the CIA in this goal is of course none other than the leader of the Gulen Charter schools who has been hiding in the Pocono Mountains since 1999 – Fethullah Gulen. The CIA will tell you he came here for “health reasons” but in truth he ran from his government and went into exile when he was accused of attempting to undermine Turkey’s secular regime in order to institute an Islamic state. He obtained his long time visa with the help of former CIA officials.

2015 – Gulen also recently ran afoul again of Turkey’s president, Recip Erdogan. Erdogan accused Gulenists of operating a “parallel state,” and he reportedly lobbied President Obama last month to extradite Gulen back to Turkey. With the current CIA information, we know that is NOT going to happen.

These schools first started appearing the same year Gulen first appeared in 1999 with 17 of the original 165 schools no longer open. Currently, there are 148 Gulen Charter schools operating in the U.S. in 27 different states.  Texas (48) and Ohio (17) have the most schools with California and Florida following with 12 and 11 schools respectfully.

Under the leadership of Sheik Mohammad Fethullah Gülen the goal has always been to re-instate the Ottoman Empire by indoctrinating and recruiting American children, especially high school age, to follow their agenda.

In 2013 there was a split between Turkey’s Sunni Muslim Brotherhood Islamist leader, Premier Erdogan and Fethullah Gülen, after Erdogan banned non-state run preparatory schools. Both have the same goal of restoring the Ottoman Empire.

The FBI who has done several investigations of these schools across the country, has resisted in granting permanent residency to Gulen and according to secret leaked cables, parts of the American government have long believed that Gülen “is a ‘radical Islamist’ whose moderate message cloaks a more sinister and radical agenda.”

After years of investigating him the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security, due to his guardian angels in the State Department and the CIA, are prevented from bringing an indictment against him, so they try to kick him out of the US. But once again Gulen’s CIA angels step in and portray Gulen as a scholar, despite the fact that Gulen doesn’t even have a high-school diploma and never went beyond the 5th grade.

Ohio state audits of these schools found thousands of public dollars “illegally expended” to finance the U.S. citizenship process for Turkish employees — some fresh out of college with no classroom experience and broken English. Employees are forced to give back a portion of each paycheck to fund the Foundation. – TY CIA!

AND YET GULEN IS ALLOWED TO OBTAIN MILLIONS IN TAXPAYER $$ WITH THE PRIMARY GOAL OF INDOCTRINATING OUR CHILDREN INTO ISLAM!

This report shows that shortly after the CIA got Gulen into the U.S., President Erdogan established in Turkey the Justice and Development Party in 2001 using a moderate Muslim platform to create change throughout the entire Middle East using part of Gulen’s massive wealth estimated to be between $22-50 billion.

Gulen also owns and operates over three hundred Madrasas around the world, including Pakistan, Central Asia, and the Caucasus. While Gulen’s suspicious and secretive Madrasas have been shut down and or restrained in countries such as Russia, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, based on these governments’ justified suspicions that his schools had more than just education on their agendas, his rapidly and secretively expanding charter school empire here in the US has gone quite unnoticed and unacknowledged by legislators – however the CIA is well aware of what is happening.

The Gulen schools are one of the largest users of the H-1B visa program bringing in teachers from Turkey claiming America does not have intelligent enough teachers in math and science to teach our students.

Collectively this is called the Gulen “Movement” and a large share of the schools are over seen by their own “for-profit” management company Charter Educational Services & Resources formerly Grace Institute for Educational Research and Resources .

The CIA coming up with this less than brilliant idea, believed they could use Gulen and abuse the religion in America as a cover to advance their design of global control. This dual arrangement was then brokered by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton between Erdogan and Gulen factions in Turkey to split the illegal oil wealth captured by Islamic State terrorists in Iraq and Syria—and which Hillary Clinton has been paid by Gulen, to both her families foundation and presidential campaign, an estimated $1 million.

To help support its diverse interests, Gulen movement supporters in the U.S. have in recent years begun to donate heavily to numerous political campaigns. Gulenists have also paid for hundreds of Turkish “cultural” trips for members of Congress from both sides of the political aisle.

In 2013, Prime Minister Erdogan discovered the CIA-Gulen plot against himself and Turkey which he publically labeled as an “international conspiracy” vowing revenge on Gulen and threatening Francis Ricciardone, the US ambassador to Turkey, with expulsion.

Fearing their “moderate Muslim” project would be destroyed, the CIA then transferred out of Turkey “selected” military and intelligence officers, before Erdogan could arrest them, to Iraq—and where on 8 April 2013 they declared themselves to be the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL/ISIS/Daesh/Islamic State).

So where does this leave our children with essentially stupid people (CIA) who believed they could use GULEN and they could abuse religion as a cover to advance their design for global control. Gulen has his own agenda and they are not the same.

December 1, 2015 Obama announced they were sending more American troops to Iraq to protect their Islamic State allies – BUT – Iraq’s Prime Minister, Haider al-Abadi, said they were not welcome and their powerful Shiite militia leaders vowed to kill the moment they set foot on Iraqi soil.

So what can we see as our Muslim president’s goal? We have evidence that over 14K Islamic refugees have vanished from Sweden, but in fact have been transported to the U.S. More than 100 radical Islamic charter schools owned and operated by “King of Madrasas” Gulen in the United States set up by the brainchild of the CIA, a maze of dubious NGO’s—including George Soros’ Center for American Progress NGO which joined with Gulen, and which after this “beyond staggering” plot was discovered this past week caused Putin to label George Soros as threat to national security.

For a clearer picture America, these 14K refugees are to be placed in regions occupied by the Gulen Charter schools. Did our various state governors know of this plot? Why would our legislator’s support this use of our children to Muslim indoctrination?

LOCAL SCHOOL BOARDS ARE BEING REPLACED, STRIPPED OF POWER Part 2

Public schools are being closed in communities where they are most needed. In Arizona, the teachers in Charter Schools do not have to be certified. Federal, and State laws and regulations have been waived to serve the new “choice” schools, but these are subjects not being addressed by the vested interest.) Back to the list.

The Center on Education Reform is listed as a resource on the list. The contact person is Jeanne Allen, formerly with the Heritage Foundation. (Ed. Note: Jeanne Allen still heads this group and is now showing up at meetings sponsored by The Excellence Foundation, headed by former Governor of Florida, Jed Bush (brother to George W Bush, Jr.). They are now promoting “The Common Core Standards” and the performance-based test, aligned to the standards. The almost same identical legislation is appearing state by state and is in all probability written by the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) or The Council for Foreign Relations (CFR) who have now joined with the right political organizations trying to convince citizens that our country is in danger of collapse due to children not being trained for the global workforce). The conference at Arizona State University lists the following:

The Board of Directors for The Center on Education Reform, listed as: William J Hume; G. Carl Ball; William J Bennett; John Chubb (Brooking Institute pushing Choice); Denis P. Doyle (on Design Team with Bennett); Pete du Pont (Hudson Institute); Chester E. Finn, Jr. (on the Modern Red Schoolhouse Design Team and the Edison Project and others). The Arizona Republic, our local newspaper noted:

On Wednesday, July 20, 1994, the Republican Candidate for State Superintendent of Public Instruction for Arizona, Lisa Graham, attended a fund raising event for her in Washington, D. C. at the home of Grover G. Norquist. She is being touted as the author of the “landmark Arizona Charter School Choice Plan” and Charter School Legislation. The following persons along with others are listed on the invitation:

Jeanne Allen; Congressman Dick Armey; Governor Pete du Pont; Jeff Flake (with the Goldwater Institute in Arizona, (now U. S. Senator from Arizona) working with the Morrison Institute to implement the plan). Sidney Hoff-Hay (with the Lincoln Caucus); Senator John McCain; Michael Sanera (Arizona Institute for Public Policy Research who hosted the Edison Project last year in Arizona—this institute and the Goldwater Institute are listed as Heritage Institute think-tanks. The Heritage Institute is established in 34 states, and Governor J. Fife Symington III. (Ed note: Lisa-Graham- now Keegan is closely associated with Charter Schools in Arizona and runs a company to train applicants. All living former State Superintendents of Public Instruction in Arizona are listed as now associated with charter schools. Their names may be checked on the web).

Several members involved in restructuring education are members of the elite and secret Council for National Policy. This council does not make its membership list available to the public. It was formed (so they say) to counter the left Council on Foreign Relations, but some of the members belong to the CFR. This CNP’s membership includes the leadership of almost all conservative and Christian leadership groups. What is the motive?

Could it be money? In an article written by David R. Sands, The Washington Times, April 12, 1988, titled “Powerful players get global bank off the ground.” Sands states:

“Organizers will soon be announcing the final details for the long-delayed ambitious international finance bank with headquarters in the District of Columbia….Credit International, which will offer exclusive upscale private banking services and U. S. real estate financing for foreign investors in addition to its trade financing operations, …Credit International and its holding company, Credit International Banc Shares Ltd., feature a high-powered group of organizing directors, headed by bank Chairman, Richard V. Allen, former national security advisor for President Reagan….Other board members include Dr. Edwin Feulner, president and chief executive of the Heritage Foundation….”

The Heritage Foundation has been promoting along with Willard W. Garvey (The Center for Privatization in Wichita, Kansas) privatizing government holdings. In a letter to President Ronald Reagan, April 6, 1984, Garvey states:

“Privatization is now ‘an idea whose time has come’. The knowledge, communication, and computer industry can make political representatives obsolete”. (Emphasis added).

Has it? The Heritage Foundation created the “Town-Hall-The Conservative Meeting Place” which has “Instant 24 Hour Communication and Interaction for Conservative Groups”, and it works with such groups as: “The Free Congress Foundation’s National Empowerment Television project; The Leadership Institute; Citizens Against Government Waste; Family Research Council; The State Policy Network of state-based think tanks; Intercollegiate Studies Institute and more”. (Heritage Publications 1993/1994, p. 12).

Former Secretary of Education named a study group to evaluate national student assessments. Some of those named include: Lamar Alexander; Hillary Rodham Clinton; Linda Darling-Hammond; John C. Este, Jr. (president, National Association of Independent Schools) which was involved with forming Ted Sizer’s Coalition of Essential Schools – Sizer’s group was named Project: Relearning and has been approved by the Governors and The Education Commission of the States for restructuring. His Atlas Communities is also one of NASDC’s Design Teams; Bill Honig (former state superintendent of public instruction, Calf.) (Education Daily, May 15, 1986, p. 2).

William Bennett also funded Mastery Learning projects while he was Secretary of USDOE. (Transforming American Education: Reducing the Risk To The Nation, A Report to the Secretary of Education United States Dept. of Education, The National Task Force on Educational Technology, April, 1986). In the same Education Daily edition listed above, it states:

“Bennett includes ‘Character’ projects in diffusion network priorities.” (Ed. Note: Mastery Learning is based on behavioral psychology and both ML and Character educations programs raised an outrage from parents and many teachers, so the name was changed to Outcome Based Education to try and fool the public).

The National Diffusion Network was established to promote government programs into the schools across America. The decline of public education can be traced directly to these programs. At no time, has any organization or group promoting Goals 2000 ever discussed the destructive behavior modification and inferior programs that have been used on teachers and students for more than three decades. I accuse the federal government, left and right wing foundations, and groups of deliberately trying to destroy public education in the United States. (Were these destructive programs deliberately created to help destroy public education so the profit motive” privateers” could take over and implement the global economy?)

I accuse these same groups and persons of developing mind-bending destructive Sex Education, Character Education, Self-esteem, and Skinnerian Behavior Modification programs to destroy the culture and youth of our county. Why has this been done? So they may control and develop the “human resources” (the workers and the clones) to carry out their deceptive plan of total control not only of human resources but all resources in the world.

These movers and shapers are outside the mainstream of American culture and political thought in this country, and most others where this one-world system is being implemented. Are some of the persons involved innocent victims of NTL change agents? Are some political and power hungry opportunists? Are some money hungry parasites that live off federal and foundation grants? Whatever the reason, this plan must be stopped immediately by the people. (The Common Core Standards is the final nail in the coffin. Obama’s Race To The Top was started decades ago).

Every person has been given free-will to choose right from wrong. We are at the point in history where we must choose, and we must take a stand against this totalitarian plan which will lead not only the United States of America but other citizens of the world into slavery. (Ed. Note: The behavioral psychologist does not believe in free-will. They look upon mankind as a machine to be shaped and molded into whatever they desire. Children are now called “human capitol” and “human resources” to be trained in our schools for the planned global economy using behavioral psychology).

Citizens must know the enemy, and the enemy is coming from both the right and left political and economic groups. The radical right and the radical left have met in mid-center. (Ed. In the Teachers’ Guide, Feb., 1993 for Whittle Educational Network News and Programming, i. e. Channel I (Connected with Edison Project) – listed for Friday, Feb. 26 “The Educators’ Channel” titled And Learning For All: National Town Meeting of Education, (Program source: Pacific Mountain Network, with underwriting provided by the U. S. Department of Education’s Office of Educational Research and Improvement, and by United Airlines, p. 15).

While good parents and American citizens are stripped of their salaries with high government taxation, and plead with their representatives and school officials not to implement Outcome Based Education (which is the systematic control system being used to change everything in our country), the federal government promotes its destructive plan through private groups like Whittle and others. During her teaching career, Ann taught all grade levels, (K-College in reading) as well as all ability level students including gifted, and non-English speaking. In 1982, she was the Republican candidate for State Superintendent of Public Instruction for Arizona; ran again in 1986, the primary purpose was to expose the experimental programs being used on teachers and children, especially ECRI (Exemplary Center for Reading Instruction) and others. She pushed for a Congressional investigation on ECRI and other programs, but it never happened. People contacted her regarding ECRI and the harmful effects on children who were having difficult problems due to the stress from ECRI. All of this went to Congress and the DOE. The DOE lied about the method and denied that children were timed with stopwatches even after Ann sent them documented pod materials from their manuals. A large effort has been made to cover up ECRI and other similar programs destroying our children.

Ann’s education research articles have been published in the Wisconsin Report, Charlotte Iserbyt’s books; The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America, and Back to Basics Reform, the Barbara Morris Report, and countless newspapers and magazines. She also contributed data to Rev. James Patrick’s “Research Manual, America 2000/Goals 2000 – Moving the Nation Educationally to a ‘New World Order’.”

At the request of concerned parents, Ann spoke in several states against America and Goals 2000 and helped organize the Southwestern USA to work against the Soviet/Carnegie/American agreement… through the “National Citizen’s Alliance.” She is a member of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution with eight proven Revolutionary Patriots, one of whom served at Valley Forge with Gen. The Federal Government Declares War on Its Own with HR 5!

  • HR 5 legislation creates the radical transformation of tax collection through the assigned destruction and hostile takeover of our local neighborhood schools.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, this “new course” that you are forcing on the states will end in Constitutional chaos.

  • HR 5 removes Constitutional states’ rights sovereignty.
  • HR 5 redefines parent and removes parental rights over the upbringing of their children.
  • HR 5 subjugates state legislatures under blatantly false pretenses about state and local control.
  • HR 5 presents choice vouchers defined as “direct student services,” as a means to control private and religious schools and phase out public schools.
  • • HR 5 would transform ALL SCHOOLS into government schools. Has every state ceded the land that these schools occupy, turning them into federal lands? If the states have not ceded the land to the federal government, the federal government’s jurisdiction is determined to be severely limited, unless altered drastically by the state legislature. Questions of jurisdiction would still remain. At the least, HR 5 obfuscates state and federal jurisdictions as specified in the Constitution and affirmed in numerous Supreme Court decisions

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE Who “Grubered” your HR 5 and consigned the states to federal takeover?

  • HR 5 forces private and religious schools to provide services through an APPROVED state list of providers eliminating the freedom for private and religious schools to teach students to their own standards and select their own curriculum.
  • HR 5 forces private and religious schools to provide non-cognitive mental health areas of personality development and interventions whereby proficiency levels in the social, emotional, and behavioral domain are scored to a criterion resulting in violations of privacy under the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment, federal law, state law, and civil rights laws.
  • HR 5 uses choice vouchers to dissolve the public school system through the exodus of (departure of) Choice, Title I, at-risk students who disengage from the public school and enter a private or religious school. Public schools are presently represented by locally elected school board members in the United States. The destruction of our neighborhood public school system undermines the power and authority of property tax provisions and elected school board representation on the local level, representation which financially supports local education agencies.
  • HR 5 provides for the expansion of charter schools as the sanctioned alternative for schooling. As you, Representative Kline, must know, charter schools are a system of schooling without elected boards. They use public tax monies regulated by federal government mandates, standards, assessment and teacher remediation with data tracking and trafficking and re-education toward Common Core standards.
  • HR 5 by design eliminates local and state representative government by removing the states’ rights and local control of education and surrenders our children’s education and future to the dictates of the federal government.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, H.R. 5 is a Constitutional Crisis in the Making.

  • HR 5 requires that states legislatively surrender their rights over education in order to receive Title I funds.
  • HR 5 removes the parents as the final arbiters in the upbringing of their children, and wrestles control of private and religious education through federal encroachment as explained below.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, quoting from your HR 5 legislation, on page 552, you stipulate the criteria for removing the state legislature’s constitutional power, rights, and responsibilities as follows:

Subpart 4—Restoration of State Sovereignty Over Public Education and Parental Rights Over the Education of Their Children

‘‘SEC. 6561. STATES TO RETAIN RIGHTS AND AUTHORITIES

THEY DO NOT EXPRESSLY WAIVE.

‘‘(a) RETENTION OF RIGHTS AND AUTHORITIES.— No officer, employee, or other authority of the Secretary shall enforce against an authority of a State, nor shall any authority of a State have any obligation to obey, any requirement imposed as a condition of receiving assistance under a grant program established under this Act, nor shall such program operate within a State, unless the legislature of that State shall have by law expressly approved that program and, in doing so, HAVE waived the State’s rights and authorities to act inconsistently with any requirement that might be imposed by the Secretary as a condition of receiving that assistance.” (Emphasis added)

“(b) AMENDMENT OF TERMS OF RECEIPT OF FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

An officer, employee, or other authority of the Secretary may release assistance under a grant program established under this Act to a State only after the legislature of the State has by law expressly approved the program (as described in sub- section (a)). This approval may be accomplished by a vote to affirm a State budget that includes the use of such Federal funds and any such State budget must expressly include any requirement imposed as a condition of receiving assistance under a grant program established under this Act so that by approving the budget, the State legislature is expressly approving the grant program and, in doing so, waiving the State’s rights and authorities to act inconsistently with any requirement that might be imposed by the Secretary as a condition of receiving that assistance.” (Emphasis added)

The passage of your bill out of committee to be voted on by the entire House of Representatives by February 24 must be stopped. The HR 5 Reauthorization of ESEA, amending No Child Left Behind, must be stopped because the provisions inherent in this legislation are egregious and lack Constitutional authority. Passage of H.R. 5 will bring about the destruction of the United States system of public education as well as the radical transformation of representative government both at the state and local level.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, these states’ rights issues have not been discussed at your hearings. Is each state legislature aware of the fact that these measures, hidden in federal and state statute, will remove their state’s guaranteed rights under the Constitution? Will each state, including your own state of Minnesota, have to amend its own state constitution to comply with HR-5?

Several states have recently added language in their state statutes that in effect cedes jurisdiction to the federal government.

REPRESENTATIVE KILNE, have you advised the following states of the impact of the HR 5 legislation:   (add your state information here)

Florida 2014 Statute Title XLVIII, K-20 EDUCATION CODE, Chapter 1008,

ASSESSMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY 1008.33 Authority to enforce public school improvement

(1) The State Board of Education shall comply with the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), 20 U.S.C. ss. 6301 et seq., its implementing regulations, and the ESEA flexibility waiver approved for Florida by the United States Secretary of Education. The state board may adopt rules to maintain compliance with the ESEA and the ESEA flexibility waiver. (Emphasis added)

(2)(a) Pursuant to subsection (1) and ss. 1008.34, 1008.345, and 1008.385, the State Board of Education shall hold all school districts and public schools accountable for student performance. The state board is responsible for a state system of school improvement and education accountability that assesses student performance by school, identifies schools that are not meeting accountability standards, and institutes appropriate measures for enforcing improvement.

Proposed rule changes (2013) for school grades also include a revision of the participation rate calculation to comply with the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) and extension of the one-letter-grade-drop limit as a continued measure to ease Florida’s transition to Common Core in accountability systems. (Emphasis added)

Pennsylvania has currently proposed legislation, HB 168, Sec. 121(a) (Representative Tobash), that states it will comply to federal ESEA legislation and future ESEA legislation:

“The Department of Education shall develop and implement Keystone Exams in [the following subjects:]……..as required by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (Public Law 107-110, 115 Stat. 1425) or any successor statute.”(lines 17, 18, 19 ) (Emphasis added)

Oklahoma, in an effort to stop Common Core, the Oklahoma legislature’s passage of House Bill 3399, Sec. 11-103.6a 4 (page 18) with the purpose to remove Common Core Standards, defined in their bill that they would succumb to ESEA federal law:

“Upon the effective date of this act, the State Board of Education shall seek certification from the State Regents for Higher Education that the subject matter standards for English Language Arts and Mathematics which were in place prior to the revisions adopted by the Board in June 2010 are college-and career-ready as defined in the Federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) Flexibility document issued by the United States Department of Education.” (emphasis added)

The Oklahoma legislature codified Common Core through ESEA and gave up its state’s rights authority by surrendering education and students to federal control.

Indiana’s supposed departure from Common Core in HB 1427, (Sec. 14.5(a) C, page 9) also surrenders its state’s rights in order to comply with federal standards.

“Provides that the state board shall implement educational standards that use the common core standards as the base model for academic standards to the extent necessary to comply with federal standards to receive a Flexibility Waiver. ” (emphasis added)

South Carolina’s bill, H3893, (Sec 3, section 59-18-325, (C)(1) passed to stop Common Core and the Smarter Balanced Test is yet another example of a state surrendering its state’s rights over education and students to the federal government. In fact this law restores Common Core:

“The summative assessment must assess students in English/language arts and mathematics, including those students as required by the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and by Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. [For purposes of this subsection, ‘English/language arts’ includes English, reading, and writing skills as required by existing state standards.” [NOTE: The existing State standards are Common Core.] (Emphasis added)

The state of Washington is yet another example. Reference Senate Bill 6030, (Sec 6, (4)(a) page 16, lines 17-20):

“..and shall not conflict with requirements contained in Title I of the federal elementary and secondary education act of 1965, or the requirements of the Carl D. Perkins vocational education 20 act of 1998, each as amended.” (Emphasis added)

(Has your state done this and given all authority over to the Federal Government through total compliance of ESEA Federal Legislation? Time to check)

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, have these states been apprised of the devious design in HR 5 to take away states’ rights granted under the 10th Amendment to the Constitution?

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, why have your hearings not discussed the aspect of the “direct student services” that is defined as PUBLIC SCHOOL CHOICE FOR ALL PRIVATE AND RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS? Why have these services not been discussed…services that each private and religious school MUST “provide on an equitable basis” to meet the individual needs of each child who receives a SUPER VOUCHER? Why does the state require that private or religious schools MUST use “approved academic tutoring services as determined by a provider on a State approved list”? Schools will be subjected to discrimination charges if they deny matriculation of a Title I child even if they cannot financially support the OPEN-ENDED direct services mandated in HR 5, as explained below — even if it bankrupts them.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, why is “meaningful choice” defined as complying to state standards (Common Core) and interventions identified for each “at-risk” child receiving the following services: Special Education, instructional support services, counseling, mentoring, one-to-one tutoring, and other benefits for the Title I child? Why is there wording that mandates that a private or religious school MUST comply with the Civil Rights Act, (the school cannot deny admittance to a Title I choice child) 504 Rehabilitation Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, (MUST administer services for mental health disabilities), IDEA (MUST administer behavioral screening, response to interventions, positive behavioral interventions and supports, mental health wrap-around, BILLABLE MEDICAID SERVICES, mental health services or specialized student support services), General Education Provisions Act (GEPA).

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, you know full well that HR 5 will codify the Family Education Rights in Privacy Act (FERPA). This important Act, as it stands now, has been totally gutted due to President Obama’s Executive Order, EO 12866, January, 2012. FERPA now allows personally identifiable information on the student to be released without informed written parental consent. This personally identifiable information on the students includes anecdotal, psychological observations, analysis, and reeducation interventions in the affective domain by teachers, all tracked and trafficked.

REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, why must private and religious schools provide the following specialized Instructional support on an equitable basis with public school students?

Services defined as school counselors, social workers, school psychologists, or other qualified professional personnel providing assessment, diagnosis, counseling education, therapeutic and other necessary services defined in Sec. 602 IDEA, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, when in fact Common Core has been expanded into the mental health personal trait standards defined as social, emotional, and behavioral weaknesses now coded as a disability?

The State Education Agency names an ombudsman, “an official appointed to investigate individuals’ complaints against mal administration, especially that of public authorities,” for the following equitable services in each private and religious school: monitoring and enforcement requirements of private and religious schools, including reeducation in the affective domain. Obviously, under HR-5 the SEA will operate independently with no accountability to the state legislature which has surrendered its authority and responsibility over education and the students.

Referring to the concept of Title I funds that will “follow the child” and the super voucher called “direct student services”: the Title I fund that “follows the child” is going directly to every child, bypassing state government. No one at the public hearings explained that CHOICE, TITLE I FUNDS “FOLLOWING THE ‘at-risk’ CHILD” would be used to destroy the financial base of public schools which have elected school boards and are funded by local tax dollars. HR 5 is purposely designed to destroy the traditional public school system.

Furthermore, REPRESENTATIVE KLINE, there are scores of pages in your ESEA legislation that would expand CHARTER SCHOOLS OPERATING WITHOUT BOARDS ELECTED BY THE TAXPAYERS AS THEIR REPRESENTATIVES. THIS IS A SET UP FOR CHARTER SCHOOL TAKEOVER OF ALL EDUCATION with charter school authorizers to control private and religious schools. Yet, no one explained HOW these Title I funds “following” a CHOICE, TITLE I “at risk” CHILD will impact the intrusion into private and religious schools, which will be forced into all of the mandates that come with Common Core implementation and EVERY CHILD identified and funded through Title I and thereby subverting the mission of the private and religious school.

In 1990 a federal investigation was completed against the Pennsylvania Department of Education, after filing a federal complaint against the Educational Quality Assessment, EQA, & the US Department of Education’s National Assessment of Educational Progress, NAEP, under the Protection of Pupils Rights Amendment. Forced the Pennsylvania EQA to be withdrawn. Forced the US Department of Education to do their job to investigate the psychological testing of children without informed written parental consent. NAEP was never investigated because the Department said I didn’t have standing, although documents had proven that NAEP did experimental research & used different states to pilot their agenda by embedding their test questions into the Pennsylvania EQA as well as other state tests.

GOOD BYE FROM FRED BROWNBILL AND THE SAVE AMERICA FOUNDATION

This is by far one of the saddest things I have read in a very long time. Fred Brownbill was born in Rhodesia in 1955, and in 1970 moved to South Africa. In 1994 he immigrated to the U.S. and became a proud citizen in 2003. He is currently serving as a Deputy Sheriff in Florida.

He has put his heart and soul into the preservation of the United States. He has worked tirelessly in getting information out to the people, holding monthly informational gatherings and just being an “All Around Good American”.

You ask why he would be so concerned with the welfare and future of America. After returning to Rhodesia after graduating college in 1973, he lived under the Marxist Government when Robert Mugabe took over.

So this tells me the “Sheeple” have won! Not the Communists, Facists, Socialist’s, Bankers, Illuminati, but the Sheeple who cannot be bothered to spend some time learning what is really happening to our country and it is THEY, who are destroying this country. But then the first 5 named knew it would be that way – history repeating itself – Russia, China, Cuba, Germany and Venezuela.

The middle class are gone, more and more are living at the poverty level and just who do you think is going to feed you? You won’t have to worry about electric or cable bills nor a house payment because you won’t have those things any more.

One object of the New World Order is 2 classes and we will all be in the bottom class – you work for the other class and will have nothing of your own. Not even your children for they will take them at an early age and indoctrinate them as they want them to be. No more homes, cars, insurance, cell phones, or other types of toys.

If you are one of the people who believe the Constitution, Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence is out of date for the times – wait until they are gone and you have the new times and then it will be too late. It would be a shame to have to live with knowing you aided in the destruction of something God put his hand on.  Hopefully the “Sheeple” of America are proud of what they “haven’t” done to preserve America.

Save America FoundationIt is with an extremely heavy and sad heart that I sit down today to write this short and final article on and for the Save America Foundation.  It has become more and more obvious that America in general does not want to make the changes needed to restore this once proud Constitutional Republic, nor does it appear to have the heart. The seemingly smaller group of patriots are out of energy and money and their voices are not being heard, nor does anyone in any position of authority seem to care to even listen to us.  America it appears is ready to complete the final act of turning into a Socialist nation and a part of a One World Order.

It has become impossible to continue this Foundation as contributions and help have become increasingly hard to obtain.  We have been operating since 2009 and have a membership well in excess of 10,000.  Our web site has over 100,000 hits a month as does our face book page, but even with those numbers we are not making any difference of a size that makes the countless hours, money and energy, worth it.

The personal threats received almost daily on myself and at times my wife and daughter as well have to date been managed but the many attacks on our website by hackers and several times agents of the Federal Government has made the site more expensive to maintain, requiring specialists that are not easy to find that will donate many hours and expertise to this problem.

We have supported many projects and initiatives as well as groups in the entire US of A, and the majority of those have not been supported.  As an example I am talking about Tribute Flight 77, Operation American Spring, Voter Fraud, Genocide or Ignorance – You Decide, Sharia Watch and many others.

We have assembled some of the best conservative authors in the country who contribute their time and work on a regular basis and whom I want to thank from the bottom of my heart.  I hope that they can all find another avenue and destination for their all-important work.

We also made many great alliances, strategic partners, like Oath Keepers, the III%ers, the Agenders and The Thomas Moore Law Center whose incredible work protecting Americans Christian Rights will continue to attempt to make a difference in this hard, cruel reality that is a Republic in its’ death throw.

The Federal Government will continue its’ march ever onwards, removing and stamping on the Constitution and the citizen’s rights as they carry on dumbing down and enslaving the population, using Common Core, Agenda 21 and every other left-wing, extremist tool they have in their arsenal aided by the tame and corrupt main stream media.  Continued attacks especially on our First, Second and Forth Amendments will increase as the Police State in place continues growing.

I have no good news America, and could in all reality paint a much darker picture, but I know that our readers are among the best informed in the nation and fully understand what it is we are losing, daily.

My love of America has not diminished with the closure of this Foundation.  I assure you all of that.

THE NORTH AMERICAN DREAM (NAU) – Theirs, Not Ours!

Americans continue to discover more and more players and schemes in bringing down America. Call it what you will – North American Union (NAU), North American Trade Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), New World Order (NWO), CETA, NASP, TPP or just simply TREASON and all of the previous listed are simply the road to a New World Order. There are still many Americans who need to learn about the back room deals which are linking them with chains and every aspect of their lives forever to be controlled by those who consider themselves the “holier than thou elite.

If you doubt my words, I suggest you read “After America Comes North America” which disgraced former General Petraeus boasting at the Margaret Thatcher Conference on Liberty in response to a question about what comes after the United States.

The “highly integrated” forces of Canada, the United States, and Mexico, Petraeus continued, will become the world’s powerhouse for energy and science. “There are four revolutions that are ongoing at various levels in each of the countries but foremost in the United States,”

Have you noticed they already have the EU in place – the fact that it isn’t doing so well should be taken into consideration also?

NAULast year Obama used his pen on one of the many UNCONSTITUTIONAL Executive Orders that seeks to “harmonize” U.S. economic regulations with the rest of the world. This new executive order is yet another incremental step that is pushing us closer to a North American Union and a one world economic system.

Outside of Obama being a communist and a colonialist, he is a committed GLOBALIST. He firmly believes that more “global governance” (the elite don’t like to use the term “global government”) will make the world a much better place. His whole time in office, Obama has consistently sought to strengthen international institutions such as the UN, the IMF, the World Bank and the WTO. Since he was elected, Obama has signed a whole host of new international economic agreements. He regularly speaks of the need for “cooperation” among global religions and once stated, “all nations must come together to build a stronger global regime”.

North American Union 3xMost Americans have absolutely no idea how far plans to integrate the United States, Canada and Mexico have advanced. In 2011, Obama signed an agreement to create a “North American security perimeter” and most Americans never even heard about it because the mainstream news networks almost entirely ignored it

There has been a Mexican customs office built in Kansas City which is to be the SmartPort overseeing the rail transportation of goods from Asia to Lazaro Cardenas, Mexico at a cost of $3M to U.S. taxpayers. Shipments will be pre-screened in Southeast Asia, and the shipper will send advance notification to Mexican and American Customs with the corresponding ”pre-clearance” information on the cargo. Upon arrival in Mexico, containers will pass through multiple X-ray and gamma ray screenings, allowing any containers with anomalies to quickly be removed for further inspection. Do you trust Mexico?

The Mexican trucks will cross the border in FAST lanes, checked only electronically by the new “SENTRI” system.

Container shipments will be tracked using intelligent transportation systems, or ITS, (RIF) that will include global positioning systems or radio frequency identification systems, and monitored on their way to inland trade-processing centers in Kansas City and elsewhere in the United States. The Kansas City SmartPort website boasts: ”Kansas City offers the opportunity for sealed cargo containers to travel from Mexican port cities with virtually no border delays and to return.

Longshoremen will not be employed at the port of Lazaro Cardenas, and, in Mexico, the employees of Kansas City Southern will not be United Transportation Union workers. To the extent that Mexican trucks become involved in the operation, it would mean Teamster Union drivers would not be employed in the operations. In fact, it will be taking a considerable amount of traffic from the west coast.

Kansas City SmartPort Inc. is an “investor based organization supported by the “public and private sector” to create the key hub on the NAFTA Super Highway.

Still believe Wikileaks was wrong in spilling the beans? A document uncovered by Wikileaks shows that those involved in the effort to integrate the North America Union (NAU) believe that an “incremental” approach is best. Apparently they believe that small moves toward integration are less likely to alarm the general population. Keep them deaf, dumb and blind and they’ll never know what hit them!

Obama as America’s Russian trained lap dog, in February 2014 attended the North American Leaders’ Summit Meeting at Tuloca, Mexico, which is the successor to the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) that was launched by President George W. Bush. (The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America was written by the Hudson Institute (Christopher Sands) and the Univ. of Alberta (Greg Anderson).

Any doubt in your minds now that the BUSH dynasty is part and parcel involved in the New World Order? I don’t care what political party you think you support, if you want to retain your country as America, you best wake up!

The U.S. government has housed within the Department of Commerce (DOC) an “SPP office” that is dedicated to organizing the many working groups laboring within the executive branches of the U.S., Mexico and Canada to create the regulatory reality for the Security and Prosperity Partnership.

NAU US Canada Mexico 05It is a process of technical negotiations on economic and security rules and regulations conducted by working-level counterparts in the governments of the United States, Canada and Mexico. It was launched in March 2005 at a summit hosted by President George W. Bush in Waco, Texas.

Forces within the Democratic Party seeking to protect jobs held back Obama in his daylong meeting with Mexican President Enrique Peña and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper. According to the LA Times, Obama and his two North American counterparts “made little progress in boosting their ambitious plans to ease borders and expand into new frontiers.”

The setback came as congressional Democrats representing the interests of big labor unions succeeded in blocking a Democratic-controlled Senate in cahoots’ with GOP congressional leaders seeking to serve multi-national business interests from granting the Obama administration fast-track authority to push through Congress without debate or amendments anything regarding the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).

The TPP is a massive 12-nation global trade pact that which has been designed to supersede NAFTA. And let us not forget the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP).

They told us the TPP was for better security against potential terrorist attacks, but what it does is open the borders from the Yukon to Yucatan. Now you know why nothing has ever been done about securing the border between the U.S. and Mexico. You can’t have closed borders with the NAU.

The Comprehensive Economic & Trade Agreement (CETA) began in 2009 which is a free trade agreement between the EU and Canada and far more reaching than NAFTA.

Let us not forget for one minute that NAFTA has, since its inception, been one of the main tools being used to bring America to her knees. Carnegie’s Marc Tucker took care of matching training to needs with his Human Resources Development Plan for the United States, developed by the National Center for Education and the Economy which was unveiled in 1992.

Whether you liked him or not Ross Perot made a statement in 1992 before NAFTA was even ratified, warning “You’re going to hear a giant sucking sound of jobs being pulled out of this country. Lower-cost Mexican workers will replace middle class America.”

NAFTA proponents promised tens of thousands of newly created jobs. Small farmers would export their way to wealth. Mexican living standards would rise. Economic opportunities would reduce regional immigration to America. All the promises made never materialized. Reality disproved hype. It does it every time. Ideologues praising NAFTA were exposed. They’re all frauds. They’re discredited liars. However they are doing it again selling the similar Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) snake oil. It’s NAFTA on steroids.

Where was Governor Perry? They used eminent domain to steal property to build this massive 10 lane highway (5 lanes each direction). Cheap South American, Chinese and Mexican merchandise will come from the open ports on the Pacific coast of Mexico in loaded trailers. Each trailer will have a pre-authorized radio chip in it giving that trailer prior authority to drive all the way to the Yukon if it chooses with absolutely no inspection of the cargo. Goods, drugs, illegals, human trafficking – you name it – there will be no border checks. The widening of the Panama Canal is all a part of this deal.

David Rockefeller and the labor wing of the Republican Party – “globalists” are behind this. The push here will be Mexican jobs – not American jobs. This is not to bring jobs to America – it is to destroy the Middle Class and at the same time infuse this country with illegals and drugs. The far left of the Democratic Party are against the TPP because of the effects it will have on the workers and thus fewer funds for the unions.

In the 1993 Annual report of the Heritage Foundation celebrating their 20th year celebration, the following was revealed: The idea of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) originated with Heritage Fellow Richard Allen and has long been advocated by Heritage policy analysts. The idea of creating a North American free trade zone from the Yukon to the Yucatan was first proposed by Heritage Distinguished Fellow Richard Allen in the late 1970s, refined by then Presidential candidate Ronald Reagan, and further developed in a major 1986 Heritage Foundation study.

The power elite simply ordered their puppets in the White House and Congress to approve NAFTA and GATT even though an overwhelming majority of Americans opposed both. Then through globalization, they sent manufacturing jobs overseas, outsourced high-tech jobs, and imported guest workers to perform lower-skilled jobs. Once again, wallets over the American people.

In 2011, Obama made a “stand alone deal” (himself with the pen) with President Felipe Calderon, president of Mexico, to allow Mexican trucks to carry their loads onto U.S. highways and roads bypassing Congress as usual, and defying the wishes of the American people which looked like the action of a Third World dictator who thinks representative government is a nuisance and can be ignored. Congress made its wishes emphatically clear in 2007 when it voted to continue our ban on Mexican trucks: the House roll-call vote was 411 to 3 and the Senate was 75 to 23.

But what difference does that vote make with OPEN BORDERS? It’s like an American Red Dawn!

But where is Congress? I guess they think if they hold Obama accountable for his unconstitutional actions it will give others the ability to do the same!

This deal as with NAFTA is a job killer for Americans and certainly a direct hit on U.S. truck drivers because it helps big-business interests cut their costs by hiring cheaper Mexican drivers. It is also an attack on small business (i.e., the owner-operated and independent truck drivers) which constitutes the big majority of U.S. trucks.

Affecting the areas of transportation, education, immigration, law enforcement, regulations, banking, and agriculture, military and manufacturing, is there anything left? Tell me again the differences between the Republican and Democratic politicians. They all have their games, each side taking turns controlling our every walk of life with the end of the game – controlling the world collectively.

The “Amero”! This is what the new currency is supposed to be if and when the NAU is ever finalized. If America adopts a single currency such as the “Amero” along with Canada and Mexico, America would no longer control their own monetary policy.

The proposed governing structure of the NAU would be composed of a panel of 15 appointees, with 5 representing each of the three countries. This would give Mexico’s population of 108 million, and Canada’s population of 33 million an equal voice in the decisions made by over 300 million citizens of the United States. Critics claim a “North American Union” would be a paramount threat to our nation’s sovereignty, as it would subordinate both federal and state governmental authority to the control of one super-national authority. Gone would be all of the democratic underpinnings of our republic, replaced with a ruling oligarchy of appointed bureaucrats. The Constitution would no longer be the supreme law of the land; the decisions of government elites would now hold that honor.

There is hope. Go to the John Birch Society web site and utilize their anti-NAU and anti-NAFTA campaign tools and resources. Rep. Virgil Goode R-VA introduced H.C.R.40 in January 2007 in Congress to block the American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Superhighway System or enter into a North American Union with Mexico and Canada. Unfortunately it died in Committee.

One last thing! Does this in anyway look like they don’t like each other or are enemies? Never forget it is PARTY over PEOPLE and THEY ARE ONE – they both have the same objectives, they just go about it in different ways.

The People’s Voice – A Commentary

freedom-of-speechThe People’s Voice is a national group that operates with no government, political, corporate or religious affiliations or influence. We are Free Americans. We are not Republicans, Democrats, Independents or any other of these endless parties which claim to represent our best interests. We are mainly American Veterans from WWII to the present. There are many of us. The only special group we belong to is America. The doctrines which give us our rights and our orders are The United States Constitution, The Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights and few others. These documents do not belong to our elected government; they belong to the People of the United States.

Our out of control government is shredding every concept of what America is all about. They are funded primarily by corporations who have their own private interests on the national level and, of course, abroad, which are not the interests of the American People. Enron and WorldCom are primary examples of the damage and these are the ones we know about. What about the others? The law’s the government has passed recently against these corporate crimes is not putting any American back to work or food on their tables. These types of activities put our entire nation in harm’s way and the entire world sees this.

13th AmendmentOur politicians have violated the ‘original Thirteenth Amendment of the Constitution’ wherein that no lawyer shall hold any political office within our national government (and they know this). One cannot serve two masters.

They have permitted the pride of the American People to be exported into other nations – taking away our industry and our jobs. This makes it absolutely impossible to pursue the American Dream of Life, Liberty, Freedom and Peace. We can’t afford this. Literally 100’s of thousands of jobs have been lost with pension funds and health care being sucked down the drain into oblivion.

It means you need to read these documents. Learn them, know them, live by them, defend them. That’s what it means and it’s that simple. If you do not know what is in these documents or have never read them you will find links to them right here on this site. Therefore, your first assignment, or duty, is to read them…so get with it.

There are responsibilities that come with Freedom.

Taking for granted certain liberties and freedoms without understanding what must accompany them and in order to benefit from them is pure ignorance. How can you allow yourself to believe that you have these rights, in any degree, if you do not know what any of them are?

You may have been born in America, but, what does that really mean?

What is America? Why is America?

It takes work, constantly. It takes participation, actively.

It means keeping a watchdog’s eyes to monitor it on a 24/7 schedule; as individuals and not as some trumped-up government propaganda machine as the Homeland Security Act suggests, or the American Freedom Corps. Stay away from these groups. They are designed to manipulate a free people into believing that they will fix our problems when in fact they are citizens vs. citizen’s spy-networks. Wake up!

When Americans are met with the challenge to question the activities of our government elect then they should get in their face if need be to make sure they are doing the job they were elected/hired to do. When things go astray then ask yourself what you did to prevent it. Now, what are you going to do to correct it?

If Americans allow themselves to believe that if they just sit in the comforts of their home, go to church regularly, or not, shuffle their kids off to school or home school, go to work, pay their taxes and keep their mouths shut then everything will be alright because you had nothing to do with it.

That’s right! You had NOTHING to do with it.

Don’t just sit there and assume that everything is alright. Apathy is the path to slavery, slavery is the body of bondage and bondage is the path to revolution.

Remember, a prisoner’s chains are heavier than a soldier’s pack.

Revolution is a tool to break those chains.

Revolution is not a bad thing, it is, however, an unfortunate turn of events, but, it is also the very device that allowed America to become one of the world’s greatest nations in the archives of history. It was the driving force to construct our very constitution. Revolution built this country!

If you believe that revolution is a bad thing for America then you haven’t studied your history very well. We are dedicated to maintaining America’s greatness for all Americans.
