Why Are Your Children Still in Public School?  By Anita Hoge

Dear Friends,

Another school year has rolled around.  The Federal legislation, ESSA, has passed which strip your rights away as a parent.  (Did you sign a parent engagement letter or conduct compact?  I hope not.) Teachers are transmitting data on your family and children to the federal government in the SLDS. The techniques teachers are being trained to impart on your children are techniques only certified psychologists and psychiatrists can practice.  I’ve warned you but … your kids are still in school.

What are you doing to protect your children, really?  An Opt-Out of tests is meaningless when arbitrary, observational data is collected on the behavior of your children. These behavioral techniques are embedded in the curriculum and everyday classes.

Academics have been dumbed-down and most of the school day is relegated to social, emotional, and behavioral rewards, punishments, stimulus, response animal conditioning. But you do not recognize it. Seven states have been selected for experimental research on your children in the social, emotional, behavioral conditioning in the affective domain, but I didn’t hear any screaming from Pennsylvania parents or any other state.

HooverBut, there’s more. The Feds aren’t finished with your family and kids yet. The force of the new law will force everyone to comply.  Spirited children will be found through CHILD FIND. Aggressive behavior once deemed, “oh, he’s just a boy” will be gone. Creative children will become depressed and not want to go to school.  Happy children are gone. Strong willed children, smashed. Shy children will be re-mediated with psychological manipulation, daily – Interventions, interventions, interventions galore. They will not stop. Your child will become confused, pliable and recycled until he/she thinks it is normal to be in a prison called school. It’s called conditioning – BF Skinner conditioning.  Starting in universal fed pre-school- they won’t have a chance.

DSM Codes will be tallied into the NCES/IES data warehouse. MEDICAID will be billed for psych interventions. Your child will have a mental health disability for minor infractions and personality traits that are normal human feelings…pain, anguish, disappointment, elation, frustration, sadness, anger, anxiety, love, fear, hate, all of these emotions that are part of our human endeavor…forming the character of your child. They will be gone. The slate that you imprinted on your child will be wiped clean. It is a new beginning of a new world. And, it is happening now as I write to you.

Be prepared for this: Once identified to the Feds, the whole new system under ObamaCare kicks in for Medicaid age 0-21 for case management for your family. An individual family service plan is in the works for caretakers to enter your home and remediate the family; moral knowing, moral feeling, moral acting…a global agenda.

I’m not kidding. I’m scared, so I know you will be when you read this note.

Sec of Ed Terrel Bell under the Reagan administration had laid out these plans called the Knowledge Network when he was supposed to eliminate the Department of Education which never happened. Bell believed parents should not be left to raise their own children. So here we are.  You bore them, clothe them, feed them, house them…they are your children, but the federal government owns “who they are”, their character, their thinking skills have turned against you and our country for the good of globalism. That is the plan. If you do not cooperate, they will condemn you, too, as an unfit parent. This is the “Village” that Hillary dreamed of.

Our Federally Mandated Education System is Child Abuse! by DianeMarie

Parents – numerous researchers, psychologists, teachers and others have been warning you for years of what is coming down the pike using your children as the bait through the education system. Charter/Choice is not the answer since there now is not only government control over your children, but corporate money feeding the pot. Who but you care enough about your children to do something about this?

What can you do? First of all primary elections are going on all over the country for local, state and federal politicians. Stop relying on the news media or a political party to pick who the best candidates are. Do your research especially on those individuals who have the power over your children.

If someone is running and has in the past signed onto these egregious education bills fire them! If your local or state board of education willingly complies, vote them out or recall them. If they state they support Common Core dump them. This applies to almost everyone running for Congress – go here and here to see if your elected officials from your state voted for the Every Student’s Success Act. Take a hard look at your governor and other state officials right down to your local school boards – if they agreed to participate in the horror of Common Core – fire them! (Remember – Cruz, Rubio and Sanders did not bother to vote because they were campaigning – that was more important).

You owe nothing to these individuals, but you owe everything to your children. They are set to become wards of the state and your parental rights are being stripped right out from underneath you.

Bill Bennett, former Sec. of Education under Reagan was PAID by a lobbying firm to become the “Conservative Case for Common Core”. This man for years told America one of the most important things to him was our children and giving them a good education. Really? Liar!

Paid by the consulting firm DCI Group to write the op-ed perhaps explains why it doesn’t sound much like the writing of the Reagan appointee who agreed with his president at the time that there was no real necessity for a federal Department of Education. However, under the influence of Terrell Bell and other individuals he has changed his mind. Money usually does say it all!

It was very apparent in his op-ed that not only does he not know very much about the Common Core Standards, but it doesn’t take very much for him to leave whatever conservative principles he might have had in the past.

Bennett writes to conservatives, “First, we can all agree that there is a need for common standards of assessment in K-12 education.” Apparently out of touch with “we, the people,” if Bennett is a “conservative,” he would know that most Americans believe the individual states, and not the federal government, should decide their own education standards.

America has let Mike Huckabee get away with his dirty tricks of sitting with Jeb Bush’s group pushing for the preservation of the Common Core Standards. Huckabee even went so far as to have lunch in February, 2014 with the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) (all who by the way have had their palms greased through this whole thing) telling them to get rid of the “Common Core” name as it had become toxic in households all over the country. He went on to state,” Rebrand it, refocus it, but don’t retreat”. And just the previous December he sat on his TV show telling America he no longer supported Common Core. Which is it Rev. Huckabee?  Truth or dare?

And rebrand they did – did you know that? Almost every state participating in this Trojan Horse came up with ways to remove Common Core from their states standards!

  • Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer (R) has used an executive order to purge the name “Common Core” from the standards and refer to them, instead, as Arizona’s College and Career Ready Standards
  • Iowa, the Common Core standards are now called The Iowa Core
  • Florida deleted the words “Common Core” from official education documents and replaced them with Next Generation Sunshine State Standards. In fact, Gov. Scott went too far as to write a letter to Arne Duncan telling him “Florida’s Education was Florida’s Education and not the federal governments. He openly lied to the parents of Florida in regard to what he was doing.

If they have lied to you vote them out! It doesn’t matter what PARTY they are with!

Huckabee like Gov’ s Scott Walker, Chris Christie, Bobby Jindal all denounced their support of the Common Core Standards before announcing they were going to run for President. It does appear that Ted Cruz and Gov. Kasich are not the only ones who cannot stand behind their oaths. Kasich has continued to support the CCSS even when going into the primary process. Cruz stated he did not support the CCSS but co-signed with Senator Mike Lee on legislation to give an even stronger hold on our children’s education to include Home Schooling.

Even taking campaign funds to support an issue most parents in America are against is no different than “selling your soul for a few pieces of silver”, especially when the price paid is the futures of our children.

My websites and those of others have shared with you hours of research on how “they”, the boogie men of education” have planned for years to use the education system/your children to put in place their New World Order agenda under the United Nations.

Charlotte Iserbyt has been blowing the “whistle” since discovering in the 80’s while working as a Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of Educational Research and Improvement (OERI), U.S. Department of Education, during the first term of U.S. President Ronald Reagan and she leaked information regarding an important technology grant for computerizing our children’s education. Charlotte realized this was a major technology initiative which would control curriculum in America’s classrooms.

Project BEST: “Better Education Skills through Technology” brought about by the writings and a study done by America’s No.1 “change agent” Dr. John I. Goodlad at the Center for Educational Renewal at the University of Washington.  One book of which Iserbyt was critical, “Schooling for a Global Age”, citing the book as having less to do with fostering learning and mainly to do with psychological manipulation of students, possibly against the teaching of the child’s parents.

Senator Lamar Alexander (leader of bad education legislation), Bush family, Bill Ayers, Bill Gates, Linda Darling-Hammond and many more to include many foundations especially the Walmart Family  And Gates Foundations have poured millions/billions into bad education for our children and then they sit back and claim we need them even more because our education stats are still dropping.

Of course they are dropping because we have non-educators and indoctrinated “change agent” teachers playing manipulation games with our children’s education and their minds. Always finding grant money and legislated $$ for low income area schools – why are there low income school areas? Because the politicians have always wanted to keep them in that position – Never a “hand up” – always a “hand down”.

I will openly state that as a mother Diane Ravitch is the one who gets under my skin. She joined President George H.W. Bush’s cabinet as assistant secretary in charge of the Office of Educational Research and Improvement in the Department of Education (1991-1993) under Lamar Alexander stating she embraced the conservative mantra of standards and choice. However, if you were to read any of the books she wrote co-authored by one of the education devils Chester Finn, Jr. you might get a different picture:

  • Challenges to the Humanities May 1985 by Finn, Chester E., Jr. and Diane Ravitch
  • Against Mediocrity: The Humanities in America’s High Schools May 1, 1984 by Chester E. Finn and Diane Ravitch
  • What Do Our 17-Year-Olds Know: A Report on the First National Assessment of History and Literature Mar 1989 by Diane Ravitch and Chester E. Finn, Jr.

In Diane Ravitch’s book “Reign of Error: The Hoax of the Privatization Movement and the Danger to America’s Public Schools” she tells you she is answering all the questions about why American education is in crisis and gives ideas as to what reforms can be implemented. One of her ideas is to include the Sen. Lamar Alexander and Chester Finn idea to include Pre-K programs (get’um young) and her version of school choice.

Sadly, most of her recommendations are based on Abraham Maslow’s “Hierarchy of Needs” which gives you a good dose of the Humanistic Psychology worldview as he sees it. LINK

Anyone who would quote Maslow’s Humanistic Psychology (Third Force Psychology) is basing their worldview on the “whole child” theory, and the behavioral science that originated with Freud and was developed by B.F. Skinner.”  Anita Hoge

Ravitch later became a supporter of President George W. Bush’s No Child Left Behind, which he signed into law in 2002, but she changed her view after researching the consequences of NCLB on schools, students and teachers. Her 2010 book, “The Death and Life of the Great American School System,” is supposed to explain why she changed her mind.

Sorry, Diane the damage has been done! Last year while Alexander was doing his push for the changes in the NCLB garbage Ravitch wrote to him explaining why she found the current education system (CCSS) unacceptable for our children. Her letter is a good one, but when she stated as to why she admired him I thought I would be sick as Alexander has been pushing for “cradle to grave” federal control of our children since the early 80’s. How can you work for a person in that capacity and not know their agenda? Letter

Boogyman in the closetI see Alexander as a drooling, black monster hovering in the darkness waiting to snatch up young children to end up with glazed eyes and no thought processes of their own.

Being a conservative and wanting our government governing the country by the Constitution and not political correctness is not wrong, but this is where our elected’s have led our country. We get people that claim they are conservatives to run and they wear that badge proudly while campaigning, but when they leave for their state capitals and Washington they leave it on their dresser at home, tarnished and void of honesty. Remember we as Americans are operating under two different systems – one for them and one for us.  If we lie to the government it a felony, but if they lie to us it politics as usual.

Sadly and extremely dangerous has been the Charter/Choice agenda. John Oliver’s video here although a little brash is extremely truthful as to what is happening throughout the country in our Charter schools. The political push for our government to unite with corporate America using our children as “Human Collateral” is inhuman!

It’s not happening in just one state but all over the country and they are NOT being held accountable for their actions and our children are the ones suffering from all these grandiose ideas, thoughts and actions taking place across our country. Using our children for this should be an offense that comes with jail time. I forgot – child abuse does!

PROTECTING OUR CHILDREN –

On October 8, 2013 I posted an article titled “Federal Government Backdoor Takeover of Education”.  I told parents about how school boards around America needed to take a serious look at what the Federal government is imposing on them  and their children!

In 2012  the government came up with the National Sexuality Education Standards (NSES) and still today parents have no idea these exist. To make it look like Arne Duncan and Obama had nothing to do with it, they were put through and written by  The American Association of Health Education (www. aahperd.org/aahe); The Future of Sex Education (FoSE) Initiative (www.futureofsexed.org.);  The American School Health Association (www.ashaweb. org);  The National Education Association – Health Information Network (www.neahin.org)  and The Society of State Leaders of Health and Physical Education (www.thesociety.org).

Kathleen Sebelius was at the time Secretary of Health and Human Services and totally supported everything Obama put forth including this and FERPA. She is also pro abortion and Planned Parenthood. Even being a mother, this woman like so many liberals has no problem causing damage to other children.

On page six, they announce:  The National Sexuality Education Standards were further informed by the work of the CDC’s Health Education Curriculum Analysis Tool (HECAT); existing state and international education standards that include sexual health content; the Guidelines for Comprehensive Sexuality Education: Kindergarten – 12th Grade4; and the Common Core State Standards for English Language Arts and Mathematics5, recently adopted by most states.

To remind parents, these standards start with our Kindergaten children now and each state has created their own set of Pre-K ‘Operating Guidelines” and since the big push is for the Pre-K “schools and nursuries” to take children with federal dollars, there is even more control of your children at this early age.

National Health Services (NHS) boards are also jumping on the bandwagon calling for new sex-ed curriculum to cover in depth gay marriages and the changes of transgender and they are objecting to provisions allowing parents to opt their children out of the classes.

It would do well for parents to be sure they know and understand exactly what is being taught to their children in regard to sex, life styles and everything that pertains to them for the hours they spend at their schools. Slipping in “eye scans” and other tricky manuvers to track and manipulate our children are common place today.

Reminding parents it was the Bill Gates Foundation, Carnegie Foundation and Fox News Robert Murdoch who put up the $100 million to create the “nonprofit” IBloom database which was to allow schools and testing companies to share information they were to collect on individual students from their attendance records, to include parent’s names through to the test score results.

Fortunately in the Spring of 2014, IBloom was dumped because of all the sustained protests by parents and privacy advocacy groups concerns.

Through legislation of individual states “in the name of innovation” the data would also be made available to for-profit companies (PPP’s) seeking to peddle a variety of educational products and services to school districts. In return for this the legislators received campaign donations from various for-profit companies.

Did you notice how the past and present governor’s who were running for president all had changed their mind’s in regard to the Common Core now standing against it – all accept Ohio’s governor Kasich who strongly supports the CCSS, but he also has a state full of Charter school scandals.

Even the National PTA received over $1 million to support the Common Core.

Where has all the money been coming from?  Let’s see – we had George Soros, Bill Gates Foundations, Jeb Bush’s 2 Foundations , Walmart Foundation and former governor Mike Huckabee embracing the CC by money, verbal support, ads or all mentioned. There are plenty more but these individuals have an agenda of their own. You would think that this group would be strange bedfellows, but in fact they are nothing but corporate elitists looking to push along the New World Order of which Education is supposed to play the largest role in the “dumbing down and controlling of our children”.

Even the Islamists put a great deal more than just their “two cents” into this game with them being the third-largest shareholder in Pearson who has their fingers on the publishing of the textbooks along with coming up with standards.

You might also want to check in your state to see how much if any Soros money is funding your children’s education. It 2011 was revealed that Bill Gates and Soros money along with the Koch Brothers have their money in the Education pot! Link  Link  Link  Link

The education non-profit Teach for America  (TFA)has been under increasing fire recently as critics and alumni accuse the organization of misappropriating their original mission by backing the policies of the “corporate education agenda” that promote privatization, the expansion of charter schools and the undermining of teachers unions.

In 2013, criticism reached a higher note when the news broke that Wal-Mart owners, the Walton Family—key backers of charter school expansion and the effort to end teacher protections—donated $20 million to the nonprofit TFA for “recruitment, training and professional development,” bringing their total support for TFA to over $100 million since 1993.

“The Walton Family Foundation’s support for Teach for America is driven by the organization’s proven ability to create a pipeline of outstanding education reform leaders,”said Ed Kirby, deputy director of the Walton Family Foundation’s K-12 Education Reform effort, in a statement released last week.

Unfortunately, Mr. Kirby is not bothering to speak to all the previous young men and women who have taught through Teach for America – they do not support TFA unless they have been given a high paying position within the company.

Florida gained a new State School Board member 2 years ago who claimed she was a “life-long”professional teacher. The truth is she graduated from the “progressive” Bank Street College of Edu. for her Maasters 04-06 and during the same time was working for TFA and then took a high paying job from them to run their office in Miami as their Program Director. Some Educator!

The 2015 ESSA is presenting to parents the introduction of Community Education. That’s where the “community” as a whole has a say about the education of your child – your opinion no longer counts.

If the school as an agency of society is to justify itself for the period ahead of us, it must be accepted that its fundamental function is to serve the people of the entire community, the very young children, the children of middle years, early adolescent youth, older youth and the adults as well.

Concerned Americans should read Dorothy Dawson’s articles published in 1968 in The Montgomery County (MD) The  Advertiser (see pages 31 and 38 in Charlotte Iserbyt’s book the deliberate dumbing down of america). Her articles include the 1946 totalitarian womb to-tomb community school plan for Americans which I think is the early UN Agenda 21; new name/same agenda).

Backdoor moves by the Obama Administration have become the “way of the land” The changes in the FERPA laws ,rather than going through congress, were done by making the Data Mining of your children’s information a mandate to be implemented through the Department of Labor.

You see Obama just calls the heads of these departments to his office and “mandates” what he wants done. They change the rules and we have “allowed” this to happen by not holding Congress accountable for not reigning in Obama. Instead Congress just sits back and smiles and writes the checks with our money.

The People LLC, a very effective, “faceless” grassroots  organization in Louisiana, had a huge victory a while back regarding opt-out”.

Angela Alef of The People, LLC stated, “The other thing that keeps getting overlooked in the law and this is the last thing that I’ll bring up and I appreciate your patience, is that it doesn’t say children can’t be asked these questions unless there’s an opt-in or an opt-out.  It doesn’t say they can be asked these questions only if it’s presented voluntarily.  It says they can’t be asked these questions; and, anyone who wants this information from children has to go speak to their parent and get it from the parent if the parent chooses to voluntarily disclose it.

I didn’t pass that legislation–you guys did.  And we were very, extremely proud of the stance Louisiana took.  And we have always said at The People, LLC that Louisiana is the state who can lead the other states out of the mess that this country’s in.  And, I believe you guys led when you passed the Student Data Privacy Act, which is, despite the changes made last session, it still is the strongest student data privacy law in the nation—well-surpassing any protections that FERPA used to or currently provides.”

When Donald Trump, the presumptive nominee for President, stated in his message to the American people, “There is so much, waste, fraud, and abuse,” the establishment elite come to mind. There is a lot of hankie-pankie going on in the U.S. Department of Education and nobody seems to be able to pinpoint the collusion in a public/private financial partnership deal with Goldman Sachs called Pay For Success, PFS.

Senator Cruz did not mention once that Pay For Success, PFS, was rigged into the federal education legislation, ESSA. In fact, Senator Ted Cruz did NOT even vote on the day of the passage of ESSA. Why didn’t Sen. Cruz vote against this bill?

It was Goldman Sachs that had funded Senator Cruz for his entry into the Presidential Race. Heidi Cruz works for Goldman Sachs and is currently on leave while her husband runs as a candidate for President. Is this why they felt silence was “golden”?

Perhaps Heidi Cruz can explain Pay For Success to Special Education parents since she announced that education is her primary goal. We might also ask her to explain the federal education fake CHOICE. Or ask her about the psychological child abuse on children in the classroom that would CONTINUE in Pay For Success because Common Core psychological interventions were legislated through ESSA.

[NOTE: Senator Cruz’s controversial S 306 that supports federal CHOICE ropes private, religious, and homeschools into Common Core with federal Title I portability funds. Senator Cruz is in the perfect position to attach his CHOICE amendment to federal legislation at any time in the future as a sitting Senator. Supporting S 306 and federal CHOICE proves Senator Cruz will NOT do away with Common Core. (See the list of my previous articles at the bottom of this article.)]

Cruz Control Goldman Sachs

Senator Hatch (R-UT) slipped Pay For Success into the new federal education law, ESSA, Every Student Succeeds Act, and uses a preschool in Utah as a pilot. Goldman Sachs is rewarded a kickback for every child who isn’t sent to Special Education. Goldman Sachs, who provided loans and is a silent funder for the Cruz campaign, is reeling in financial rewards for education programs already implemented and paid with Special Education funding. WHAT IS PAY FOR SUCCESS?

Pay For Success was legislated in the Reauthorization of Elementary and Secondary Education Act, now called the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015. The ESSA was passed by both Republican Houses of Congress. Legitimate questions and issues have been raised by In the Public Interest about how the Pay for Success (PFS) program was evaluated, including:

“PFS brings venture capital to the provision of public services. Investors provide the up-front funds for critical preventive services with the expectation of receiving a return on their investment. The theory is that the private investment dollars can fill a funding gap when government doesn’t have adequate financial resources to spend on prevention activities. Under a PFS arrangement, the government repays the loan with interest if pre-determined social outcome targets are met. The theory presumes that even after paying the investors and service providers, the state ultimately reaps financial savings through foregone budget dollars spent to address future more costly, but now avoided, social problems.” [Emphasis added] (Source)

The implementation of Pay For Success, PFS, is a system of kickbacks called Social Impact Bonds, creating a public/private partnership where government strikes deals (contracting mechanisms) with outside businesses and investment financiers to provide capital to accomplish ESSA Common Core psychological/mental health intervention goals on ALL children at school. Therefore, supposedly, fewer children are referred to Special Education.

Goldman Sachs has piloted a PFS investment in a preschool in Utah. Yes, the same Utah that heralds Senator Hatch who included PFS as an amendment to ESSA. [NOTE: Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) recently praised the Pay For Successprogram in Utah. Senator Lee also was the co-sponsor of S 306 with Senator Cruz, which pushes Common Core on all private, religious, and homeschools. Senator Lee has endorsed Senator Ted Cruz for President.]

But the controversy concerning this experimental program using handicapped children for monetary gain is that Special Education funding and service interventions are already being paid through IDEA, Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (Special Education) funds for a program that says children are not going to be referred to Special Education services. WHAT?! The results are that fewer truly Special Education children are sent forward for an IEP evaluation because Special Education services are already being administered. But supposedly the reason Goldman Sachs is getting a pay-out is because children aren’t sent to Special Education. Is this double-speak, double-dipping, or both?

Let’s spell this out:

1. Use Special Education Common Core/psychological interventions and Special Education funds FIRST on the entire classroom;
2. Do NOT send truly handicapped Special Education children for their guaranteed legal evaluation;
3. Use more Special Education intensive psychological interventions on children not meeting Common Core psychological standards;
4. Then reap the benefits for children not sent to Special Education even though Special Education funds were used in the first place;
5. Then pay Goldman Sachs a reward because FEWER children were sent to Special Education. What?!!!

Little do parents realize that Common Core for babies and preschool programs in the pilot preschool program (and all Common Core K-12 schools) have an inordinate amount of social, emotional, and behavioral conditioning using Common Core psychological behavior modification programs. These programs originated in Applied Behavior Analysis, an applied intensive behavior modification program researched on autistic children to be able to function in the real world. Parental knowledge or consent is not provided for this Common Core psychobabble.

Pay For Success is a lousy concept of corruption using children for profit, called taxpayer double dipping, and paying someone off to do the dipping. Is this really reaping financial savings for the government? This is all done with a little twist of ethics—redefining the interventions, using handicapped children to provide a basis for a money grab, psychological child abuse for using these concepts on normal children, and gobs of federal money. This scheme should be turning many heads and must be investigated. [Source]

The pilot program in Utah used PFS as an intervention program in preschool. Goldman Sachs was paid an outcome payment of $2589.70 for each student not referred to Special Education. This program pays back a percentage of the investment to the financial partnership if FEWER children are reported to special education. But, did anyone question the programs or funding to create these statistics BEFORE this kickback was evaluated? NO! Questions were posed, but little has been done to stop the child abuse or the financial bleeding.

Understanding ESSA

The concept of direct student services, services carried out by IDEA Special Education funding, is the Common Core concept reinforced in the new federal education legislation, ESSA. Universal School-Wide Intervention Systems are blanketed on ALL children. ALL children are “At-Risk” and must be psychoanalyzed and treated in a three tiered process in the normal classroom. ALL CHILDREN are treated with psychological techniques normally used for severely handicapped students. The reason psychological techniques are used is because Common Core includes psychological non-academic behavioral standards (See both graphs that design behavioral interventions.

Pay For Sucess

Children with true mental or physical handicaps are NOT apprised with an actual IEP, or referred for a true special education evaluation, until going through the Response to Intervention (RTI) three-tiered process in the regular classroom. These services are based on the conditioning processes developed through Applied Behavior Analysis. Applied Behavior Analysis, a psychological conditioning technique, was renamed Response to Intervention to make it more palatable to parents.

The following behavior modification techniques are being used in the classroom and are actually listed in the ESSA legislation: response to interventions, RTI; positive behavior interventions supports, PBIS; multi-tiered system of supports, MTSS; School-wide multi-tiered system of supports, SWTSS; early intervening services, EIS; Specialized Instructional Support Services, SISS; and Universal Design for Learning, UDL.

These behavioral interventions are all paid for with special education IDEA funds. Therefore, fewer children are referred to Special Education because they had already received Special Education services to meet Common Core. This is the double-dip.

There is also great controversy surrounding the implementation of these behavior modification/affective programs on normal children. The development of these programs was first researched from Applied Behavior Analysis with research on autistic children. The US Department of Education has stated that these techniques are “scientific research based interventions” to meet the government desired goals. However, the government had NOT released the standards of what would be taught, tested, and scored in the affective domain. The Department catapulted the techniques onto normal children citing “prevention”. It uses extreme behavior modification techniques on children because Common Core standards named affective/subjective group-think outcomes to be achieved in the normal classroom.

These behavior modification techniques are extreme measures that induce artificial stress and depression on normal children who are being forced to change their behavior to the government’s desired collectivist standards. To achieve a subjective psychological outcome, psychological techniques must be implemented for behavioral change. When a standard states that your child should have “grit”, do parents know and understand the impact of what is measured and scored? A gang member has “grit”, but not the behavior most parents feel as acceptable. The question arises: can the U.S. Department of Education and the ESSA legislation LEGALLY implement behavior modification programs on unsuspecting children, especially when parents are in the dark about these radical techniques to change the attitudes, values, beliefs, and dispositions of their children? What happened to academics? The goal is to mold our American children into something less than American.

Goldman Sachs “Golden Sacks”

Mandated Common Core non-academic standards (Title I) and direct student services (IDEA) are used as a template for achieving these goals. Pay for Success equates SUCCESS, where Goldman Sachs has a return on their investment money, when districts DENY special education services to students who should be receiving them. Parents are able to request an IEP Evaluation, but many are NOT apprised of the RTI process. Under Title I, Part D (ii) Pay For Successinitiatives, keeping special education students under 1% is incentivized by NOT reporting truly special education children into the IEP process until much later.

Recently, parents sued their school district which denied their child Special Education services until their child went through RTI process and did not include the parents in these evaluations.

Parents of Special Education children should read the following carefully and in its entirety:  

  • “The U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals recently ruled that a school district’s failure to provide educational testing data to parents violated the procedural requirements of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Additionally, this failure deprived parents of the opportunity to meaningfully participate in the formation of their child’s individualized education program (IEP).

    The parents subsequently brought suit alleging, among other things, that the district’s failure to provide the student’s RTI data constituted aprocedural violation of the IDEA, and prevented them from fully participating in the IEP process. The court agreed, finding the district violated the IDEA by failing to ensure the RTI testing data was properly documented, presented to the parents, and carefully considered by the entire IEP team. The court held that the district violated the “procedural safeguards of the IDEA by not providing parents with an opportunity to examine all records relating to C.M [the student].” (Source)

The Utah pilot program boasts, “evidence has shown reduces by 95 percent the need for special education among the low-income students who would otherwise likely be placed in special education programs.” However, the evaluation of the program has been challenged to investigate the impact on vulnerable individuals and the double payment from IDEA funds and investment dollars paid for by the public. How children were measured as needing support and how the children were selected for the ‘Pay For Success’ program is also a major aspect of the challenges to the way this program operates.

There are no procedural safeguards in the RTI process. Parents are NOT given their rights under this process. Parents must demand an investigation. Stop using our children for research. Abide by the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment to stop the psychological child abuse in the classroom.

The Legal Challenge:

A legal challenge to ESSA must be brought forward stating that it denies parents of truly Special Education children to be involved in their child’s evaluations from the beginning when using the following psychological techniques prior to an IEP evaluation: Response To Intervention, RTI; Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports,PBIS; Student Assistance Programs, SAP; Specialized Student Instructional Support, SSIS; Multi-Tiered System of Supports, MTSS; Schoolwide Tiered System of Supports,SWTSS, Early Intervening Services, EIS; Universal Design for Learning, UDI; or other psychological techniques.

A legal challenge must be brought forward by parents stating that normal children in the classroom are receiving Special Education Behavior Modification programs when their children are NOT Special Education students. Parents have NOT been informed of the RTI, PBIS, MTSS, SWTSS, EIS, SISS, UDL, or other mental health psychological programs and interventions performed on their normal children. There is NO disclosure of what the vague non-academic standards are, how they are measured, or the risks involved in changing the attitudes, values, beliefs, and dispositions of their children.

There is NO disclosure of the risk or liability and damage imposed by teachers who are non-certified professional personnel implementing these psychological programs. The school that has trained the teachers in “fidelity”, as “research” to implement these psychological programs EXACTLY as they have been developed, may also have liability issues concerning teachers acting as therapists. A legal challenge must be brought forward against Goldman Sachs for receiving kickbacks for children not referred to Special Education when, in fact, Special Education funds have been used prior to those children being evaluated for the Pay For Success program. In effect, Goldman Sachs is paid TO BE SURE ALL KIDS meet Common Core psychological goals.

Ted and Heidi Cruz are certainly on that list of establishment insiders. It is blatantly clear that Ted Cruz’s “performance” in suspending his campaign was a total lie after a total shut down in Indiana. Exactly what we would expect from an establishment insider.

U.S. Government Once Again Invading Our Homes!

I wrote about this in 2012 shortly after they released the National Sexuality Education Standards (NSES) which is when we first got wind of it. Kathleen Sebelius at the time was Obama’s Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) and she was all for this “policy”.

It wasn’t long after the NSES standards were released we learned how sexuality was being intertwined throughout the Common Core curriculum. This link will show you how the Sexuality Standards are set up grade by grade (go to page 12).

Kathleen Sebelius was a very good Democrat but a lousy individual when it came to overseeing the welfare of the children of this country.

Recently the U.S. Department of Health in conjunction with the HHS have pushed what they believe to be their role as “Big Daddy” and have released a draft document which outlines for all the plan on how our government plans to treat the families. Families will be considered EQUAL partners with the Federal government, but on an UNEQUAL basis the government will have the right to intervene and monitor how your children are being raised at home and how they act in the classroom.

The policy statement of the recent draft states, “This policy statement is to provide recommendations from the U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Education (ED) on systematically engaging families in their children’s development, learning, and wellness, across early childhood and elementary education settings.

Now parents will have a set of “standards” or “Parenting Intervention” on how they are supposed to raise their children all for the sole purpose to “ensure your child’s social-emotional and behavioral needs are met.”

Does the Federal government really think so much of themselves and so little of our parents that they believe they don’t know how to raise their children? There have always been parents who might not care as the others do or who didn’t do as good as job as some, but for the most part the majority of the parents in this country have and are doing a pretty darn good job considering the numerous roadblocks which are continually placed in their way. The Federal government needs to get out of our day to day lives.

Make no mistake, this “family” intrusion starts even before your child is born. Home visits will be the rule of the day and they do not have to give you a reason for their intrusion either.

Regarding “family engagement,” the two unconstitutional bureaucracies (USDOE and HHS) openly state their joint position: families are “equal partners” in everything from children’s “development” and “education” to their “wellness across all settings.” Virtually no area of family life, including the health and “mental health” of parents, as well as a family’s “attitudes” and even its “housing,” would be free from government intrusion under the government’s Orwellian vision. Even vague notions of “family wellness,” as defined by bureaucrats in Washington, D.C., would be put under a government microscope. “Parenting interventions” will be used to ensure compliance.

If you thought we were kidding when we told you the passage of the ESSA “Every Student Succeeds Act” was not the groundwork leading to the total control of your children from cradle to grave, maybe this will make parents believers.

“It is the position of the Departments of HHS and Education that all early childhood programs and schools recognize families as equal partners in improving children’s development, learning and wellness across all settings, and over the course of their children’s developmental and educational experiences,” reads the draft policy. And it gets even more bizarre: As defined in the document, family means “all the people who play a role in a child’s life and interact with a child’s early childhood program or school.”

I have to ask the question if just because the Federal Government puts something in place (it is not even passed legislation) is it Constitutional and what will the ramifications be if we don’t open our doors to them?

The document argues that Big Brother needs to know about essentially everything, for the supposed benefit of the child it wants to “partner” in caring for. Citing “research,” the policy statement claims that “the institutions where children learn cannot ignore family wellness if they want to fulfill their mission to prepare children for school and academic success.” In other words, every aspect of family life is now fair game under the pretext of checking “family wellness.”

While government usurpation of parental rights and responsibilities is hardly a new phenomenon, the Obama administration has pushed the agenda hard. Citing Obama’s so-called “My Brother’s Keeper” scheme, the document also touts ensuring that “children are learning across settings and that all adults who teach and care for them are strong partners with shared expectations and aligned strategies.” Thinking that Big Brother is going to align its “strategies” and “expectations” to those of parents — rather than the other way around — is naïve at best.

This part is precious:  “The “principles” underlying the agenda are spelled out explicitly, including “equal partnerships between families and professionals.” In fact, the paper calls for promoting “shared responsibility” between government “professionals” and families “for children’s healthy development, learning and wellness.” The paper also calls for “jointly” developing and monitoring goals for the children at home and the classroom, with government employees told to “engage parents as capable, competent partners.”

After all the failures and corruption we have seen our government involved in are we supposed to trust “untrained government hacks” to decide if our children are being raised properly or if they are healthy?

The world of “psychiatry” is to play a large role in this also by “ensuring with constant monitoring and communication regarding our children’s social, emotional and behavioral health. Who is going to PAY for all of this?

There are lots of “recommendations” — nudge, wink — for local governments, too. If parent “partners” are not partnering in a way approved of by Big Brother for example, local officials should “identify supports that will be offered to parents such as evidence-based parenting interventions.” By interventions, they mean exactly what you think they mean. Local arms of Big Brother should also seek out “community partners” that can “provide comprehensive services, such as health, mental health, or housing assistance to meet families’ basic needs,” the document explains.

Leading into the ESSA “Community Schools”?

I don’t know who I am angrier at – parents or these morons who have been allowed to continually screw us! Just remember as with Obama’s Executive Orders, there is nowhere in this document that states if you are a Democrat, Liberal or voted for Obama you are exempt from this tyranny.

The document calls for various government programs to visit your house. “To support ongoing relationship building with families, programs and schools and should conduct periodic home visits so that teachers and families can get to know each other and communicate about children’s goals, strengths, challenges, and progress,” the policy statement says, adding that if home visits are not possible for “all families,” other requirements should be imposed.

Schools are to now assess your “families’ needs and wants” and even to provide training for parents on how to raise their children. Indeed, every aspect of parents’ lives is in the crosshairs. “LEAs, schools and programs can support family wellbeing through school social workers, by implementing community schools models or approaches, or using family support staff and mental health consultants.”

These are the very same people that believe it is perfectly alright to take your daughter to have an abortion without telling her parents she is even pregnant.

Coalition for Community Schools.Your Obama approved COMMUNITY SCHOOLS being referred to as “parental-replacement centers” are in full swing and they intend for this to move into a massive expansion. These full service schools are set to play a key role in the broader agenda of control to include every aspect of a child’s life to include even their dentistry, nutrition and mental health.

Hum! Same initials as for the Common Core Standards!

In case you aren’t aware the ESSA also includes provisions for deploying “mental health” programs against parents and/or community members. Former Edu. Secretary Arne Duncan liked to brag that he was going to turn our children into “green” and “global” citizens with the weapon being UNESCO under the over-reaching arms of the United Nations. This even calls for government to use education as a “weapon” even calling for the government to have “some kids” 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In case you aren’t aware Florida’s first Charter/Boarding school opened in Miami/Dade in 2014 called “the Seed School of Miami”. Most of their Board of Directors are lawyers but the one I like best is Virginia Emmons, co-founder of Educate Tomorrow who graduated with a degree in “Community and Social Change” from the Univ. of Miami in 2012.

It is supposedly a college-preparatory, public boarding school which is of course tuition-free “except for our tax $$” public charter school. The SEED Foundation opened their first school 15 years ago in Washington, D.C.

Maybe it is the parents who are willing to send their children off to “boarding” schools who this policy should apply to – not to parents who are deeply involved in their children’s lives and education as a whole.

And though the Democrats are no angels, this whole ESSA was passed by and put together by REPUBLICANS with Sen. Lamar Alexander (globalist) in the lead knowing full well what they were doing – laying out their path to a global world and the New World Order.

Hey debate moderators, how about asking Jeb Bush about this. His “beloved” daddy is the first one to bring up a “New World Order” beginning with the push for Charter schools and Vouchers. Then “baby boy” Jeb carried the staff while governor to really push. Jeb Bush can say whatever he likes but research shows what a corrupt and evil family this is!

This whole document which has not been passed as law but is being treated as “POLICY”, and is very clear in stating federal bureaucrats are starting from the false assumption that Big Brother is in charge of raising children, and that parents may be called upon to help out as “partners.” It also purports to provide justification for governments to pry into every aspect of family life — an extraordinarily dangerous proposition that is a hallmark of totalitarian governments. The mindset evidenced throughout the document is beyond paternalistic and condescending to parents.

What is not clear at this point is if this “POLICY” is not followed by the local school districts what will happen to them. Take their funding away? We keep trying to tell the state governments to STOP sending the Feds any of our money and tell them to take their grants and yearly dole out and put them where the sun doesn’t shine. States would have more money than they would know what to do with.

The document remains online at the federal government’s website. It appears to have been put out during or after the fall of 2015.

I do wonder if this collaboration is also going to be checking on the families of legislators and even Obama since it seems his daughter is not immune from getting herself into fixes by being at the wrong place at the wrong time. Are these animals that are pushing this agenda against America’s families exempt?

Admittedly, a major part of the problem is that many parents have bought into the notion that they can, or even should, hand over their children to government “professionals” and “experts” to be raised, monitored, tracked, manipulated, and “developed.” But Big Brother has certainly played a giant role in encouraging that dangerous idea, most recently illustrated in the policy statement referring to families as “equal partners” in child rearing.

Maybe this will help parents understand this is no joke!

Though this publication is focused on Head Start it is still parental intrusion through “Parental Intervention”.
